Claims (25)
- Dampfblaskasten (10) zum Aufbringen von Dampf auf eine vorbeilaufende Materialbahn wie insbesondere eine zu entwässernde Papier- oder Kartonbahn, mit einem das Gehäuse bildenden, eine Dampfaustrittswand (12) aufweisenden Außenkasten (14) und einem Innenkasten (16), der eine Vielzahl von über die Bahnbreite aneinander gereihten, durch die Dampfaustrittswand (12) des Außenkastens (14) begrenzten Zonenkammern (18) und eine Hauptdampfversorgungskammer (20) umfasst, mit der die Zonenkammern (18) über Ventile (22) verbunden sind, wobei der Innenkasten (16) zumindest teilweise aus dem Außenkasten (14) herausfahrbar ist.
- Dampfblaskasten nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Innenkasten (16) über eine bestimmte Ausfahrstrecke hinweg am Außenkasten (14) abgestützt ist. - Dampfblaskasten nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Innenkasten (16) über wenigstens eine Verfahreinrichtung (24) ausfahrbar ist. - Dampfblaskasten nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verfahreinrichtung (24) Rollen, Gleitlager und/oder dergleichen umfasst. - Dampfblaskasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Innenkasten (16) selbsttragend bzw. am Außenkasten (14) abgestützt über einen Teil der Kastenlänge in Richtung Führerseite und über zumindest im wesentlichen den restlichen Teil der Kastenlänge in Richtung Triebseite ausfahrbar ist. - Dampfblaskasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Innenkasten (16) über wenigstens etwa zwei Drittel der Kastenlänge in Richtung Führerseite am Außenkasten (14) abgestützt ausfahrbar ist. - Dampfblaskasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Innenkasten (16) über wenigstens etwa ein Drittel der Kastenlänge in Richtung Triebseite am Außenkasten (14) abgestützt ausfahrbar ist. - Dampfblaskasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außenkasten (14) eine zumindest im wesentlichen geschlossene Querschnittsform besitzt. - Dampfblaskasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventile (22) dem Innenkasten (16) zugeordnet sind. - Dampfblaskasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventile (22) zusammen mit dem Innenkasten (16) ausfahrbar sind. - Dampfblaskasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventile (22) jeweils wenigstens ein Ventilrohr (26) umfassen, über das die jeweilige Zonenkammer (18) mit der Hauptdampfversorgungskammer (20) verbunden ist. - Dampfblaskasten nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nur das Ventilrohr (26) eines jeweiligen Ventils (22) fest mit dem Innenkasten (16) verbunden ist. - Dampfblaskasten nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventile (22) jeweils einen mehrteiligen Aufbau besitzen und die nicht durch das Ventilrohr (26) gebildeten Teile lösbar mit dem Ventilrohr (26) und/oder dem Innenkasten (16) verbunden sind. - Dampfblaskasten nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nicht durch das Ventilrohr (26) gebildeten Teile zumindest im Wesentlichen außerhalb des Innenkastens (16) angeordnet sind. - Dampfblaskasten nach Anspruch 13 oder 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nicht durch das Ventilrohr (26) gebildeten Teile über eine Flanschverbindung (28) mit dem Ventilrohr (26) und/oder dem Innenkasten (16) verbunden sind. - Dampfblaskasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventilrohr (26) fest mit dem zugeordneten Ventil (22) verbunden und die damit gebildete Einheit demontierbar ist. - Dampfblaskasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel (30) vorgesehen sind, über die der Innenkasten (16) mit seiner die Zonenkammern (18) aufweisenden Seite an die Dampfaustrittswand (12) des Außenkastens (14) anlegbar und/oder so mit dem Außenkasten (14) verbindbar ist, dass er mit seiner die Zonenkammern (18) aufweisenden Seite an der Dampfaustrittswand (12) anliegt. - Dampfblaskasten nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Innenkasten (16) durch die betreffenden Mittel an die Dampfaustrittswand des Außenkastens (14) anpressbar ist. - Dampfblaskasten nach Anspruch 17 oder 18 ,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anpress- bzw. Verbindungsmittel (30) für ein jeweiliges Ausfahren des Innenkastens (16) lösbar sind. - Dampfblaskasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anpress- bzw. Verbindungsmittel (30) vorzugsweise über eine entsprechende Steuerung automatisch aktivierbar bzw. lösbar sind. - Dampfblaskasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen Außenkasten (14) und Innenkasten (16) Dichtelemente (32) vorgesehen sind. - Dampfblaskasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
