Claims (16)

  1. Automatische Aufwickelvorrichtung (1), insbesondere für Kunststofffilm, umfassend:
    - Filmzuführmittel (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e, 5), die imstande sind, einen Film (4) mindestens einem Kern (9) zuzuführen, der durch eine Spindel (8) gehalten ist, welche in einem Wickelgestell (7) angebracht ist, um zumindest eine Rolle (6) Film zu erzeugen,
    - Schneidemittel (60), die imstande sind, den Film (4) zu schneiden, sobald die Rolle (6) fertig gestellt ist,
    - Rollenentlademittel (60), die imstande sind, die zumindest eine, fertig gestellte Rolle (6) nach außerhalb des Wickelbereichs der Aufwickelvorrichtung zu entladen,
    - Kernzuführmittel (110, 111), die imstande sind, einer Ladehalterung (50), die an dem Rahmen (2) der Aufwickelvorrichtung angebracht ist, Kerne (9) von einem Magazin zuzuführen,
    - ein Spindellade-/-entladegerät (100), das imstande ist, eine Spindel (8') in die Kerne (9) zu laden, welche in der Ladehalterung (50) angeordnet sind, und die Spindel (8) aus den Kernen (9) zu entladen, welche in dem Wickelgestell (7) angeordnet sind, wenn die Ausbildung von Rollen auf den Kernen fertig gestellt ist, und
    - Spindelhandhabungsmittel (30, 40), die imstande sind, die Spindel (8') mit den jeweiligen Kernen (9), die aus der Ladehalterung (50) eingeführt sind, zu übernehmen und sie in den Wickelbereich in dem Wickelgestell (7) zu bringen.
  2. Aufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spindellade-/-entladegerät (100) folgendes umfasst:
    - einen feststehenden Grundrahmen (101), der an einer Seite der Aufwickelvorrichtung (1) angebracht ist,
    - einen beweglichen Rahmen (102), der an dem feststehenden Rahmen angebracht ist und sich horizontal, längs zu der Maschine von einer eingezogenen Position zum Laden von Spindeln in die Aufwickelvorrichtung zu einer Vorwärtsposition zum Entladen von Spindeln aus der Aufwickelvorrichtung verschieben kann, und
    - einen Schlitten (104), der an dem beweglichen Rahmen (102) angebracht ist und sich vertikal von einer angehobenen Spindelladeposition zum Laden von Spindeln in die Aufwickelvorrichtung zu einer abgesenkten Spindelentladeposition zum Entladen von Spindeln aus der Aufwickelvorrichtung verschieben kann.
  3. Aufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Walzen oder Räder (105) mit einer Längsachse, die imstande sind, eine Spindel (8', 8) bei der Verschiebung in einer schräg verlaufenden Richtung zu halten, an dem Schlitten (104) angebracht sind.
  4. Aufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spindellade-/-entladegerät (100) Luftzufuhrmittel zum Blasen von Luft in die Spindel (8'), wenn sie in die Kerne (9) eingeführt ist, die durch die Ladehalterung (50) gehalten sind, um ihren Durchmesser zu vergrößern, und einen Greifkopf (120) umfasst, der imstande ist, die Freigabe von Luft aus der Spindel (8) zu bewirken, wenn sie in Kerne (9) eingeführt ist, die fertig gestellte Rollen (6) halten, um zu bewirken, dass ihr Durchmesser abnimmt, und der imstande ist, die Spindel (8) aufzunehmen, sobald ihr Durchmesser abgenommen hat.
  5. Aufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ladehalterung (50) ein Gestell (51) zum Aufnehmen der Kerne (9) umfasst und beweglich von einer eingezogenen Kernladeposition zum Laden von Kernen (9) zu einer Spindelladevorwärtsposition zum Laden der Spindel (8') angebracht ist.
  6. Aufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ladehalterung (50) mithilfe eines Schubantriebs (52) angetrieben ist, der an dem Aufwickelvorrichtungsrahmen angebracht ist.
  7. Aufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Filmzuführmittel Umlenkwalzen (3a, 3b, 3c, 3e) und eine im mittleren Teil der Aufwickelvorrichtung angeordnete Antriebstrommel (5) umfasst, die umfänglich mit der auszubildenden Rolle (6) in Berührung sind.
  8. Aufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spindelhandhabungsmittel ein erstes Paar Hebel (30) umfassen, die an den Rahmen (2) der Aufwickelvorrichtung angelenkt sind und ein schlittenförmiges Ende (31) zum Halten der Enden der Spindel (8') aufweisen, wobei jeder Hebel (30) von einer angehobenen Position zum Aufnehmen der Spindel (8') aus der Ladehalterung (50) zu einer abgesenkten Position zum Ablegen der Spindel (8') auf der Trommel (5) beweglich ist.
  9. Aufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Klebegerät (53) aufweist, die in dem Rahmen (2) der Aufwickelvorrichtung über der Ladehalterung (50) angebracht ist, und dass das erste Paar Hebel (30) von der Position zum Aufnehmen der Spindel (8') zu der Position, in der sie die Spindel tragen, mit den Kernen (9) unter dem Klebegerät (53) durchlaufen kann, das zum Ablagern einer Schicht Klebstoff auf der Seitenfläche der Kerne (9) vorgesehen ist, die von der Spindel (8') getragen sind.
  10. Aufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spindelhandhabungsmittel ein zweites Paar Hebel (40) umfassen, die in der Länge teleskopisch einstellbar an den Rahmen angelenkt sind und ein Ende (41) zum Halten der Enden der Spindel (8') schlittenartig geformt aufweisen, wobei jeder Hebel (40) von einer ersten Position zum Aufnehmen der Spindel (8') über der Trommel (5) zu einer zweiten Position zum Ablegen der Spindel (8') auf dem Wickelgestell (7) beweglich ist.
  11. Aufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wickelgestell (7) durch ein Hebelsystem, das einen ersten Arm (12), welcher an das Gestell (7) angelenkt ist, und einen zweiten Arm (13) umfasst, der seinerseits an den Rahmen (2) der Aufwickelvorrichtung angelenkt ist, und einen Schubantrieb angetrieben ist, der auf den zweiten Arm (13) einwirkt, sodass das Gestell (7) von einer eingezogenen Wickelposition zu einer Vorwärtsentladeposition laufen kann.
  12. Aufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wickelgestell (7) einen Zahn (10) zum Einspannen der Spindel (8), die die Kerne im Wickelbereich hält, umfasst, wobei der Zahn durch einen Schubantrieb (11) betrieben ist, der in dem Gestell (7) angebracht ist.
  13. Aufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollenentlademittel eine Entladehalterung (15) umfassen, die vertikal gleitbar und auf einer vertikalen Führung (16) schwingend in dem Rahmen angebracht ist, um imstande zu sein, von einer angehobenen Position zum Aufnehmen der ausgebildeten Rollen (6) zu einer abgesenkten Position zum Entladen der ausgebildeten Rollen zu einer Rutsche (17) hin zu laufen, die der Aufwickelvorrichtung nachgeschaltet angeordnet ist.
  14. Verfahren zum Erzeugen von Rollen (6) von Filmmaterial, folgende Schritte umfassend:
    - Zuführen eines Films (4) in einen Wickelbereich, wobei zumindest ein Kern (9) durch eine Spindel (8), die drehbar in einem Wickelgestell (7) angeordnet ist, zum Ausbilden einer Rolle (6) gehalten ist,
    - Zuführen von Kernen (9) aus einem Magazin zu einer Ladehalterung (50) einer Aufwickelvorrichtung (1),
    - Einführen einer Spindel (8') in die Kerne (9), die in der Ladehalterung (50) gehalten sind, mithilfe eines Spindellade-/-entladegeräts (100),
    - Aufnehmen der Spindel (8'), die die Kerne (9) hält, mithilfe von Hebelmitteln (30, 40), um die Spindel (8') zu einer Antriebstrommel (5) zum umfänglichen Wickeln des Films (4) auf die Kerne (9) zu tragen,
    - Schneiden des Films (4) mithilfe von Schneidemitteln (60), sobald die Rollen (6) auf den Kernen (9) ausgebildet wurden,
    - Verschieben der ausgebildeten Rollen (6) in eine Entladeposition, um die Spindel aus den Kernen zu entladen, die in dem Wickelgestell (7) angeordnet sind, wenn die Ausbildung der Rollen auf den Kernen fertig gestellt wurde, mithilfe des Spindellade-/-entladegeräts (100),
    - Verschieben der Spindel (8') mit den Kernen (9) zum Wickelbereich hin, um das Wickeln des Films (4) auf die Kerne (9) zu beginnen,
    - Befördern der Spindel (8), die aus den Kernen (9) entfernt wurde, in den Ladebereich zur Einführung der Kerne (9), die erneut auf die Ladehalterung (50) geladen wurden.
  15. Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Hin- und Herbewegung der Ladehalterung (50) zum Laufen von einer Kernladeposition zu einer Spindelladeposition vorgesehen ist.
  16. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ferner einen Klebeschritt umfasst, bei dem Klebstoff auf die Außenfläche der Kerne (9) aufgetragen wird, die von der Spindel (8') gehalten sind, wenn die Spindel mithilfe von Bewegungsmitteln (30, 40) von der Ladehalterung (50) abgenommen werden.
