Claims (16)

  1. Rembobineuse automatique (1), particulièrement pour du film de matériau plastique, comprenant :
    - des moyens d'alimentation de film (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e, 5), capables d'alimenter un film (4) vers au moins un noyau (9) soutenu par un mandrin (8) monté en rotation dans une entaille de bobinage (7), de manière à générer au moins un rouleau (6) de film,
    - des moyens de découpage (60), capables de découper le film (4) une fois que le rouleau a été terminé (6),
    - des moyens de déchargement du rouleau (60), capables de décharger ledit au moins un rouleau complété (6) à l'extérieur de la surface de bobinage de la rembobineuse,
    - des moyens d'alimentation du noyau (110, 111), capables d'alimenter les noyaux (9) à partir d'une cassette vers un support de chargement (50) monté sur le cadre (2) de la rembobineuse,
    - un dispositif de chargement / déchargement de mandrin (100), capable de charger un mandrin (8') dans les noyaux (9) disposés dans ledit support de chargement (50) et de décharger le mandrin (8) des noyaux (9) disposés dans ladite entaille de bobinage (7), quand la formation de rouleaux sur lesdits noyaux est terminée, et
    - des moyens de manipulation de mandrin (30, 40), capables de prendre ledit mandrin (8') avec les noyaux relatifs (9) insérés dans ledit support de chargement (50) pour l'amener dans ladite surface de bobinage dans ladite entaille de bobinage (7).
  2. Rembobineuse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit dispositif de chargement / déchargement de mandrin (100) comprend :
    - un cadre de base fixe (101) monté sur un côté de la rembobineuse (1),
    - un cadre amovible (102) monté sur le cadre fixe qui peut se translater horizontalement de manière longitudinale par rapport à la machine, depuis une position rétractée pour charger des mandrins sur la rembobineuse en une position avancée pour décharger des mandrins de la rembobineuse, et
    - un chariot (104) monté sur le cadre amovible (102) qui peut se translater verticalement à partir d'une position de chargement de mandrins élevée pour charger des mandrins sur la rembobineuse en une position de déchargement de mandrins abaissée pour décharger des mandrins de la rembobineuse.
  3. Rembobineuse selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que des rouleaux ou des roues (105) avec un axe longitudinal, capables de soutenir un mandrin (8, 8') au cours d'une translation dans une direction transversale, sont montés sur ledit chariot (104).
  4. Rembobineuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit dispositif de chargement / déchargement de mandrin (100) comprend des moyens d'entrée d'air pour souffler de l'air dans le mandrin (8') quand il est inséré dans les noyaux (9) soutenus par le support de chargement (50) de manière à augmenter son diamètre et une tête de préhension (120) capable de provoquer une libération d'air du mandrin (8) quand il est inséré dans les noyaux (9) qui soutiennent les rouleaux terminés (6) pour que son diamètre diminue et qu'il soit possible de saisir ledit mandrin (8) une fois que son diamètre a diminué.
  5. Rembobineuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit support de chargement (50) comprend une entaille (51) pour recevoir lesdits noyaux (9) et est monté de manière amovible à partir d'une position de chargement de noyau rétractée pour charger des noyaux (9) en une position de chargement de mandrins avancée pour charger le mandrin (8').
  6. Rembobineuse selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que ledit support de chargement (50) est entraîné au moyen d'un actionneur linéaire (52) monté sur le cadre de la rembobineuse.
  7. Rembobineuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit moyen d'alimentation du film comprend des rouleaux fonctionnant au ralenti (3a, 3b, 3c, 3e) et un tambour d'entraînement (5) disposé dans la partie centrale de la rembobineuse, en contact périphérique avec le rouleau (6) à former.
  8. Rembobineuse selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de manipulation de mandrin comprennent une première paire de leviers (30) attachés par charnières au cadre (2) de la rembobineuse et présentant une extrémité en forme d'entaille (31) pour soutenir les extrémités du mandrin (8'), chaque levier (30) étant amovible à partir d'une position élevée pour saisir le mandrin (8') dudit support de chargement (50) en une position abaissée pour déposer le mandrin (8') sur ledit tambour (5).
  9. Rembobineuse selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un dispositif de collage (53) monté au cadre (2) de la rembobineuse au dessus du support de chargement (50) et que ladite première paire de leviers (30) peut passer de la position pour saisir ledit mandrin (8') à la position dans laquelle ils transportent ledit mandrin avec les noyaux (9) sous le dispositif de collage (53) qui a la responsabilité de déposer une couche de colle sur la surface latérale des noyaux (9) soutenus par le mandrin (8').
  10. Rembobineuse selon la revendication 8 ou la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de manipulation de mandrin comprennent une deuxième paire de leviers (40) attachés par charnières audit cadre, ajustables de manière télescopique en longueur et présentant une extrémité (41) en forme d'entaille pour soutenir les extrémités du mandrin (8'), chaque levier (40) étant amovible à partir d'une première position pour saisir le mandrin (8') au dessus du tambour (5) en une deuxième position pour déposer le mandrin (8') dans ladite entaille de bobinage (7).
  11. Rembobineuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite entaille de bobinage (7) est entraînée par un système de levier comprenant un premier bras (12) attaché par charnières à l'entaille (7) et un deuxième bras (13) à son tour attaché par charnières au cadre (2) de la rembobineuse et un actionneur linéaire agissant sur ledit deuxième bras (13), de sorte que l'entaille (7) peut passer d'une position de bobinage rétractée à une position de déchargement avancée.
  12. Rembobineuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite entaille de bobinage (7) comprend une dent (10) pour serrer le mandrin (8) qui soutient les noyaux dans la surface de bobinage, ladite dent étant opérée par un actionneur linéaire (11) monté dans ladite entaille (7).
  13. Rembobineuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de déchargement de rouleau comprennent un support de déchargement (15) monté de manière à pouvoir coulisser verticalement et se balançant sur un guide vertical (16) monté dans ledit cadre, pour pouvoir passer d'une position élevée pour saisir lesdits rouleaux formés (6) à une position abaissée pour décharger lesdits rouleaux formés vers une rampe (17) disposée en aval de la rembobineuse.
  14. Procédé de production de rouleaux (6) de matériau de film, comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à :
    - alimenter un film (4) vers une surface de bobinage dans laquelle au moins un noyau (9) est soutenu par un mandrin (8) monté en rotation dans une entaille de bobinage (7) pour former un rouleau (6),
    - alimenter des noyaux (9) à partir d'une cassette vers un support de chargement (50) d'une rembobineuse (1),
    - insérer un mandrin (8') dans les noyaux (9) soutenus dans ledit support de chargement (50), au moyen d'un dispositif de chargement / déchargement de mandrins (100),
    - saisir le mandrin (8') soutenant les noyaux (9) avec des moyens de levier (30, 40) pour transporter le mandrin (8') vers un tambour d'entraînement (5) pour un bobinage périphérique du film (4) sur les noyaux (9),
    - découper le film (4) avec des moyens de découpage (60), une fois que les rouleaux (6) ont été formés sur lesdits noyaux (9),
    - déplacer les rouleaux formés (6) dans une position de déchargement pour décharger le mandrin des noyaux disposés dans ladite entaille de bobinage (7), quand la formation des rouleaux sur lesdits noyaux est terminée, avec ledit dispositif de chargement / déchargement de mandrin (100),
    - déplacer le mandrin (8') avec les noyaux (9) vers la surface de bobinage pour commencer à embobiner le film (4) sur les noyaux (9),
    - transporter le mandrin (8) retiré des noyaux (9) dans la surface de chargement pour l'insérer dans les noyaux (9) qui ont été chargés à nouveau sur le support de chargement (50).
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce qu'un mouvement réciproque dudit support de chargement (50) est pourvu pour passer d'une position de chargement de noyau en une position de chargement de mandrin.
  16. Procédé selon la revendication 14 ou la revendication 15, caractérisée en ce qu'il comprend en outre une étape de collage dans laquelle la colle est déposée sur la surface extérieure des noyaux (9) soutenus par ledit mandrin (8') quand ledit mandrin est saisi, avec un moyen de déplacement (30, 40), à partir dudit support de chargement (50).
