Description
Claims (8)
- Betonschalung mit seitlicher Abstützung bestehend aus Schalungspaneelen (6) welche unter sich von Schalungsankern (10) zusammengehalten werden und mit den Außenflächen an senkrechten zusammensetzbaren Streben (8) anliegen welche ihrerseits von seitlichen, am Boden (1) verankerten, Querstützen (9) abgestützt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verankerung am Boden durch eine Lasche (2c) oder ein anderes Verankerungselement, welches vom Endbereich eines Schalungsankers (2) absteht, gebildet wird und daß dieser Schalungsanker (2) in die Ausgleichschicht (A, A1) für das Fundament (B, B1) oder in die zu erstellende Mauer eingegossen ist und gleichzeitig Einrastprofile (4) in Position haltet.
- Betonschalung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schalungsanker (2), für die Halterung von Einrastprofilen (4), Klammerlaschen (2b) aufweist.
- Betonschalung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrastprofile (4, 4a) U-förmigen Querschnitt haben und im Innenbereich mindestens eine Längsnut aufweisen in welche Verriegelungselemente (3a, 7d) eingreifen können.
- Betonschalung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schalungsanker 2 aus zwei oder aus mehreren unter sich verbindbaren Teilen zusammengesetzt ist und daß diese Verbindung eine Veränderung der Gesamtlänge des Schalungsankers (2) ermöglicht.
- Betonschalung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schalungspaneele (6) an ihrer Außenfläche mit eingelassenen Magnetbädern (6a) versehen sind.
- Betonschalung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Stützfuß (5) als seitliche Abstützung der untersten Schalungspaneele (6) einer Schalungswand oder als Grundelement für den Aufbau einer senkrechten Strebe (8) vorgesehen ist, daß dieser Stützfuß (5) aus einer senkrechten Stütze (5a) besteht an deren oberem Ende senkrechte Stützelemente (8) aufgesteckt oder angebaut werden können, daß vom unteren Ende der senkrechten Stütze (5a) ein Ansatz mit Verriegelungsmechanismus (3a, 3b) absteht welcher in das Einrastprofil (4, 4a) einsetzbar ist und daß im Bereich des unteren Endes dieser senkrechten Stütze (5a) eine horizontale Strebe (5c) absteht an deren Ende ein senkrecht verstellbarer Auflagefuß (5e, 5f) gelagert ist.
- Betonschalung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die horizontale Strebe (5c) des Stützfußes (5) teleskopartig verlängerbar und in unterschiedlicher Auszugslänge arretierbar ist.
- Betonschalung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Positionierung und Halterung der Einrastprofile (4a) Querträger (7) vorgesehen sind an welchen längsverschiebbare Halterungsbolzen (7h) vorgesehen sind welche durch eine Druckfeder (7g) senkrecht angehoben werden um durch das, in innere Längsnuten der Einrastprofile (4a) durch Verdrehen, eingreifende Plättchen (7d) am Bolzenende, das Einrastprofil (4a) gegen die untere Fläche des Querträgers zu drücken und daß an beiden Enden des Querträgers (7) feststehende oder verstellbare, nach unten abragende Halteflanschen (7a) vorgesehen sind welche ein Einrasten am oberen Rand der Schalungspaneele (6) ermöglichen.
