Claims (9)
- Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung (10), insbesondere für Gewerbeabfälle und hausmüllähnliche Materialien, mit einer langsam laufenden Zerkleinerungswalze (14), die auf Umfang verteilt Zerkleinerungswerkzeuge (18) trägt, und mit den Zerkleinerungswerkzeugen (18) zusammenwirkenden Gegenschneidenwerkzeugen (26) die auf einem Gegenschneidenwerkzeugträger (28) angeordnet sind, wobei die Zerkleinerungswerkzeuge (26) auf der Zerkleinerungswalze (14) und die Gegenschneidenwerkzeuge (26) auf dem Gegenschneidenwerkzeugträger (28) identisch sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schnittspaltverstellung zwischen der Zerkleinerungswalze (14) und der im wesentlichen aus dem Gegenschneidenwerkzeugträger (28) und den Gegenschneidenwerkzeugen (26) bestehenden Gegenschneideneinheit (22) einstellbar ist mittels zwei jeweils seitlich angeordneter Keile, welche koaxial zur Zerkleinerungswalze (14) bewegbar sind und mit gegenflächen zusammenwirken, welche rahmenfest ausgeführt sind. - Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Keile über zwei synchron zueinander ansteuerbare Kolbenzylindereinheiten (40,42) gegenüber einer gestellfesten Schräge verschiebbar sind, um so den Schnittspalt zu verstellen.
- Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenschneidenwerkzeuge (26) auf dem Gegenschneidenwerkzeugträger (28) versetzt zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Gegenschneidenwerkzeugträger (28) Leisten (34) derart angeordnet sind, dass sie das zu zerkleinernde Material im Verdichtungsvorgang axial transportieren.
- Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zerkleinerungswerkzeuge (18) auf der Zerkleinerungswalze (14) spiralförmig nebeneinander angeordnet sind.
- Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzlich Abstreifer vorgesehen sind, die zwischen die auf der Zerkleinerungswalze (14) angeordneten Zerkleinerungswerkzeuge (18) greifen.
- Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gegenschneidenwerkzeug (26) bzw. das Zerkleinerungswerkzeug (18) in seiner Projektion im wesentlichen einem gleichseitigen Dreieck entspricht und dass in den abgerundeten Ecken des Dreiecks vorstehende Zähne ausgebildet sind.
- Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zerkleinerungswerkzeug (18) bzw. das Gegenschneidenwerkzeug (26) auf einer entsprechenden Haltevorrichtung (44) über eine einzelne Schraube (46) festlegbar ist, wobei es über einen Formschluss gegen Verdrehung gesichert ist.
- Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zerkleinerungswerkzeug (18) und das Gegenschneidenwerkzeug (26) gegenüber der Haltevorrichtung (44) jeweils um 120° verdrehbar montierbar ist.
