Claims (7)
- Hilfsantrieb für Trichterfalzwalzen einer Rotationsdruckmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen einer treibenden Walze (07; 08) und einer anzutreibenden Walze (04; 06) jeweils ein anstellbarer Reibradantrieb (21; 22) mit mindestens einem Reibrad (23) angeordnet ist.
- Hilfsantrieb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Reibrad (23) ein Pneu (23) verwendet wird, der mittels Druckluftbeaufschlagung an die Walzen (04, 07; 06, 08) anstellbar ist.
- Hilfsantrieb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die treibende Walze (07; 08) als Zugwalze (07; 08) und die anzutreibende Walze (04; 06) als Trichterfalzwalze (04; 06) ausgebildet ist.
- Hilfsantrieb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Reibrad (23) auf jeweils sich gegenüberliegende Enden (18; 19) der parallel zueinander verlaufenden Walzen (04, 07; 06, 08) wirkend angeordnet ist.
- Hilfsantrieb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Reibrad (23) jeweils auf einer Welle (24) angeordnet ist, welche als Lagerstelle (28) zweier winkelveränderbarer Gelenkarme (29; 31) dient und dass die freien Enden (32; 33) der Gelenkarme (29; 31) jeweils auf Achszapfen (13; 09) der Walzen (04, 07; 06, 08) gelagert sind.
- Hilfsantrieb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (24) des Reibrades (23) als Hohlwelle (24) ausgebildet ist, welche sowohl mit einem Pneumatikwegeventil als auch mit dem Innenraum (27) des Pneus (23) in Verbindung steht.
- Hilfsantrieb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der auf das Reibrad (23) wirksame Durchmesser (e) der anzutreibenden Walze (04; 06) kleiner als der entsprechende Durchmesser (f) der treibenden Walze (07; 08) ist.
