Abstract
Description
Eine derartige Ausführung erweist sich gegenüber den bekannten Konstruktionen als einfach und vorteilhaft, insbesondere wenn zwischen Support und Spannplatte eine elastische Einlage angeordnet ist, die einen dämpfenden Einspanndruck bewirkt und eine günstige Reaktionsfähigkeit aufweist. Gleichzeitig kann die Einlage die Spannplatte in der Ruhelage halten.

Die an einem Zugmittel 2 befestigten Einspannelemente 3 weisen einen Support 4 auf, mit dem eine quer zur Förderrichtung F eines Buchblocks federnd abgestützte Spannplatte 5 verbunden ist. Die Verbindung der Spannplatte 5 mit dem Support 4 entsteht durch vorstehende Lappen 6, die an den Supportenden sich gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind. Diese Lappen 6 ragen durch Ausnehmungen 7, der mit der Spannplatte 5 fest verbundenen Falzstege 8 hindurch, wobei die Ausnehmungen 7 in Beaufschlagungsrichtung P eine grössere lichte Weite aufweisen als die Dicke der Lappen 6, so dass sich die Spannplatte 5 in Beaufschlagungsrichtung P entsprechend der Ausnehmung 7 bewegen kann. Die Bewegung der Spannplatte 5 wird durch eine elastische Einlage 9 zwischen ihr und dem Support 4 gedämpft bzw. gebremst. Die Einlage 9 kann als Gummipaket ausgebildet sein. Der Support 6 ist durch Halter 10 seitlich an einer als Zugmittel 2 ausgebildeten mehrgliedrigen Getriebekette befestigt. Von letzterer zeigen die Fig. 1 und 2 innere Laschen 11 und äussere Laschen 12, die durch einen Schenkel 13 des als Winkel ausgebildeten Halters 10 gebildet sind. Die Verbindung zwischen Halter 10 und Support 4 besteht aus Schrauben 14 und zugehörigen Muttern 15. Der andere Schenkel 16 eines Halters 10, an dem der Support 4 befestigt ist, ist senkrecht nach oben resp. nach unten gerichtet.
Die Schrauben 14 durchsetzen jeweils von aussen den Schenkel 16 des Halters 10 und den Support 4, an dessen der Einlage 9 zugekehrten Fläche die aufgeschraubte Mutter 15 ansteht.
Claims (15)
- Fördereinrichtung (1) zum Transport von Buchblocks (20) oder Büchern in einer Verarbeitungslage, gebildet aus mehreren, an umlaufenden Zugmitteln (2) in regelmässigen Abständen befestigten Einspannelementen (3), die entlang eines Abschnittes der Zugmittel (2) beabstandet sich gegenüberliegend eine Förderstrecke bilden, wobei die Einspannelemente (3) einen an dem Zugmittel (2) befestigten Support (4) aufweisen, mit dem eine quer zur Förderrichtung (F, F') der Buchblocks (20) nachgiebig abgestützte Spannplatte (5) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der als von dem Zugmittel (2) lösbar verbundene Platte ausgebildete Support (4) Ausnehmungen (7) an der Spannplatte (5) durchsetzt.
- Fördereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmungen (7) in zwei an der Spannplatte (5) befestigten Falzstegen (8) angeordnet sind.
- Fördereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Falzstege (8) sich gegenüberliegend an jeweils einem Ende der Spannplatte (5) befestigt sind.
- Fördereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen Support (4) und Spannplatte (5) eine elastische Einlage (9) angeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannplatte (5) durch die Einlage (9) gegen eine Beaufschlagungskraft gehalten resp. vorgespannt ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmungen (7) in Beaufschlagungsrichtung (P) der Spannplatte (5) länger als die Dicke des die Falzstege (8) durchsetzenden Supports (4) ausgebildet sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Ausnehmungen (7) der Falzstege (8) durchsetzenden Supportenden als vorstehende Lappen (6) ausgebildet sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmungen (7) quer zur Förderrichtung (F, F') sich gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Support (4) seitlich des Zugmittels (2) an diesem mittels Verbindungselementen (14, 15) an Haltern (10) befestigt ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, mit einer als Zugmittel (2) ausgebildeten endlosen Getriebekette, deren Kettenglieder um vertikale Achsen schwenkbar angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 9 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halter (10) als Aussen- oder Innenlasche eines Kettengliedes ausgebildet sind und jeweils einen zur Befestigung des Supports (4) nach oben und unten abstehenden Schenkel (16) eines Winkels aufweisen.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einlage (9) in Beaufschlagungsrichtung (P) betrachtet Durchtrittsöffnungen (17) für die Verbindungselemente (14, 15) aufweisen.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einlage (9) seitlich der Verbindungselemente (14, 15) jeweils eine der Spannplatte (5) zugewandte Stützleiste (18) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungselemente durch Schraube (14) und Mutter (15) oder Nieten gebildet sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannplatte (5) den Verbindungselementen (14, 15) zugeordnete Ausnehmungen (24) aufweisen.
