Claims (37)
- Wechselplakatvitrine, mit zumindest einem Plakatwechsler, der eine erste Plakatwelle, auf die Plakate auf- und von der Plakate abwickelbar sind, eine zweite Plakatwelle, von der die Plakate ab- bzw. auf die die Plakate aufwickelbar sind, einen ersten Motor (1), mittels dem die erste Plakatwelle in Auf- und Abwickelrichtung antreibbar ist, und einen zweiten Motor (2) aufweist, mittels dem die zweite Plakatwelle in Auf- und Abwickelrichtung antreibbar ist, gekennzeichnet durch eine Steuerungsbaugruppe (3), mittels der der erste Motor (1) und der zweite Motor (2) über eine Endstufe (18) und ein elektronisches Drehrichtungsumkehrglied (19) steuerbar sind, und die einen DIP-Schalter (21), mittels dem die Anzeigedauer der einzelnen Plakate einstellbar ist, einen Türkontakt (12), mittels dem die Steuerungsbaugruppe (3) bei geöffneter Wechselplakatvitrine außer Betrieb setzbar ist, und einen berührungslosen Sensor (13) aufweist, mittels dem die Position der Plakate abfragbar ist.
- Wechselplakatvitrine nach Anspruch 1, deren Stromversorgung mittels eines plakatvitrinenseitigen 24V-Netzteils realisiert ist.
- Wechselplakatvitrine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der die Steuerung einer Plakatbeleuchtung (14) mittels einer externen Zeituhr realisiert ist.
- Wechselplakatvitrine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, deren Steuerungsbaugruppe (3) ein Steckmodul aufweist, mittels dem die Plakatbeleuchtung (14) schaltbar ist.
- Wechselplakatvitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, deren Steuerungsbaugruppe (3) eine RS232-Schnittstelle (15) zum Anschluß eines Fehlermeldungsmodems, vorzugsweise eines DECT-Modems MD32 bzw. eines Funkmodems, aufweist.
- Wechselplakatvitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, deren Steuerungsbaugruppe (3) eine RS232-PC-Schnittstelle (15) für Servicezwecke aufweist.
- Wechselplakatvitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, deren Steuerungsbaugruppe (3) für die beiden Motoren (1, 2) zwei Vier-Quadranten-Drehgeber (10,11) zugeordnet sind, mittels denen die Drehzahlen der beiden Motoren (1, 2) kontrollierbar sind.
- Wechselplakatvitrine nach Anspruch 7, bei der die Vier-Quadranten-Drehgeber (10, 11) der Motoren (1, 2) als Impulsgeber in den Kugellagern der Motoren (1, 2) angeordnet oder auf der Antriebswelle der Motoren (1, 2) angebaut sind.
- Wechselplakatvitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, bei der der DIP-Schalter (21) der Steuerbaugruppe (3) als Vierfach-DIP-Schalter ausgebildet ist.
- Wechselplakatvitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, bei der die beiden Motoren (1, 2) eine Leistungsaufnahme bis zu 1,oo kW, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,18 kW und 0,37 kW, aufweisen.
- Wechselplakatvitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, bei der dem ersten Motor (1), mittels dem die erste Plakatwelle antreibbar ist, eine Magnetbremse (5) zugeordnet ist.
- Wechselplakatvitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, bei der die Steuerungsbaugruppe (3) in einem heizbaren Schaltschrank angeordnet ist.
- Wechselplakatvitrine nach Anspruch 12, mit einer Hauptsicherung, die in den Schaltschrank eingebaut ist.
- Wechelplakatvitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, deren Steuerungsbaugruppe (3) mittels einer Steckverbindung an eine Handbedienung (4) anschließbar ist.
- Wechselplakatvitrine nach Anspruch 14, bei der die Motoren (1, 2) mittels der an die Steuerungsbaugruppe (3) anschließbaren Handbedienung (4) manuell verfahrbar sind.
- Wechselplakatvitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15, bei der für die Funktion der Steuerungsbaugruppe (3) bzw. der Wechselplakatvitrine wesentliche Ein- und Ausgänge der Steuerungsbaugruppe (3) bei geöffnetem Schaltschrank mittels an der Steuerungsbaugruppe (3) vorgesehener LED überprüfbar sind.
- Wechselplakatvitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, bei der die Verbindungen der Steuerungsbaugruppe (3) zu an ihr angeschlossenen bzw. mittels ihr gesteuerten Bauteilen der Wechselplakatvitrine als Steckverbindungen ausgebildet sind.
- Wechselplakatvitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, deren Steuerungsbaugruppe (3) eine Mikrocontrollereinrichtung (17) mit einem 8-Bit-Mikrocontroller C517 mit Flash-EPROM für Steuerungsvorgänge und zwei 8-Bit-Mikrocontroller C504 für eine Pulsweitenmodulationsansteuerung der Motoren (1, 2) aufweist.
- Wechselplakatvitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, bei der während eines Plakatwechsels derjenige Motor (1, 2), der diejenige Plakatwelle antreibt, von der die Plakate abgerollt werden, mittels eines Gegendrehfelds abbremsbar ist.

- Wechselplakatvitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22, die zwei Plakatwechsler mit jeweils einer Steuerungsbaugruppe (3) aufweist.

- Wechselplakatvitrine nach Anspruch 24, deren Zentralbaugruppe (6) eine RS485-Schnittstelle (25) zum unmittelbaren Anschluß der Steuerungsbaugruppe (3) aufweist, die demjenigen Plakatwechsler zugeordnet ist, bei dem sich die Zentralbaugruppe (6) räumlich befindet.
- Wechselplakatvitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 25, deren Steuerungsbaugruppe (3) einen Fünf-fach-DIP-Schalter für die Adreßwahl zur selektiven Identifizierung bei der Kommunikation mit der Zentralbaugruppe (6) aufweist.
- Wechselplakatvitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 24 bis 26, deren Zentralbaugruppe (6) ein 24VDC-Stromversorgungsglied (8) aufweist, das als separates Fertignetzteil ausgebildet ist und mittels dem maximal zwölf Steuerungsbaugruppen (3) mit elektrischer Energie versorgbar sind.
- Wechselplakatvitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 24 bis 27, bei der die Zentralbaugruppe (6) ein an das 24VDC-Stromversorgungsglied (8) angeschlossenes, vorzugsweise als Batterie oder Akkumulator ausgebildetes Notversorgungsglied (23) aufweist, mittels dem die Zentralbaugruppe (6) bei Netzausfall zur Absendung eines entsprechenden Meldesignals mit elektrischer Energie versorgbar ist.
- Wechselplakatvitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 24 bis 28, bei der in der Verbindungsbusleitung zu den weiteren Steuerungsbaugruppen (3) deren 24VDC-Betriebsspannung geführt ist.
- Wechselplakatvitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 24 bis 29, bei der die RS485-Bus-Schnittstelle (25) in Form eines Schaltschranksteckers verfügbar ist.
- Wechselplakatvitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 24 bis 30, bei der die Mikrocontollereinrichtung (27) der Zentralbaugruppe (6) einen 16-Bit-Mikrocontroller mit Flash-EPROM und einen Uhrenbaustein aufweist.
- Wechselplakatvitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 24 bis 31, bei deren Steuerungsbaugruppen (3) das Steckmodul für die Plakatbeleuchtung (14) mittels der mit dem Uhrenbaustein versehenen Zentralbaugruppe (6) steuerbar ist, wobei vorzugsweise die Ein- und Ausschaltzeiten der Plakatbeleuchtung (14) mittels eines in die Firmware implementierten Sonnenstandkalenders ermittelt werden.
- Wechselplakatvitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 24 bis 32, deren Steuerungsbaugruppe (3) eine RS485-Schnittstelle (16) oder ein vorzugsweise als DECT-Funkmodem MD32 ausgebildetes Funkmodul (22) aufweist, mittels der bzw. dem die Steuerungsbaugruppe (3) mit anderen Steuerungsbaugruppen (3) und mit der Zentralbaugruppe (6) vernetzbar ist.
- Wechselplakatvitrine nach Anspruch 33, deren Steuerungsbaugruppe (3) eine weitere RS485-Schnittstelle (16) zur Weiterleitung des Signals aufweist.
- Wechselplakatvitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 24 bis 34, deren Zentralbaugruppe (6) eine RS232-PC-Schnittstelle aufweist, mittels der ein Programm-Download realisierbar ist.
- Wechselplakatvitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 24 bis 35, deren Zentralbaugruppe (6) eine RS232-Schnittstelle zu einem GSM-Modem (24), vorzugsweise in TC35-Bauart, aufweist, mittels dem eine Kommunikationsverbindung mit einer zentralen Leitstelle realisierbar ist.
- Wechselplakatvitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 24 bis 36, deren Zentralbaugruppe (6) einen Chipkartenleser (26) aufweist, mittels dem Anzeigeprogramme für die in der bzw. den Wechselplakatvitrinen vorhandenen Plakate einlesbar sind und den einzelnen Plakatwechslern zugeordnet werden können.
