Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Dunstabzugshaube mit einem lösbar an derselben montierbaren Filterelement und einer Sicherungsvorrichtung.
  • Dunstabzugshauben sind mit abnehmbaren Filtern, insbesondere Fettfiltern versehen, um das Reinigen und/oder das Wechseln des Filtereinsatzes zu ermöglichen. Die Filterelemente sind über eine Befestigungseinrichtung, wie eine Verriegelungseinrichtung oder dergleichen in der Absaugöffnung einer Dunstabzugshaube befestigbar. Das Lösen der Befestigungseinrichtung des Filterelements wird in der Regel in der Gebrauchsanweisung erklärt. Da der Filter in relativ großen Abständen (ca. 4 bis 8 Wochen) ausgetauscht bzw. gereinigt werden muss, besteht die Gefahr, dass der Benutzer die Hinweise zum Ausbauen des Filterelements vergessen hat und die Gebrauchsanweisung nicht benutzt, so dass das Filterelement unter Umständen unsachgemäß ausgebaut wird. Im schlimmsten Fall kann dies dazu führen, dass das Filterelement während der Demontage von der Dunstabzugshaube auf die Kochstelle herabfallen kann. Dabei kann einerseits das Filterelement selbst beschädigt oder zerstört werden und andererseits kann die Kochstelle, wie z.B. ein Glaskeramikkochfeld beschädigt oder zerstört werden.
  • Es ist bekannt, in der Absaugöffnung der Dunstabzugshaube eine Kette zu befestigen, deren freies Ende über einen Karabinerhaken verfügt, um daran das Filterelement zu befestigen. Bei einer unsachgemäßen Demontage des Filterelements wird daher das Filterelement mittels der Kette aufgefangen. Nachteilig an dieser Sicherungsvorrichtung ist der Umstand, dass der Benutzer bei der Montage des Filterelements in der Absaugöffnung der Dunstabzugshaube bewusst oder unbewusst die Kette nicht mehr einhängt.
  • Das Dokument FR-A-2423255 zeigt eine Sicherungsvorrichtung mit den Merkmalen der Praämbel des Anspruchs 1.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es daher, eine Dunstabzugshaube mit einem lösbar an derselben montierbaren Filterelement und einer Sicherungsvorrichtung vorzusehen, die betriebssicher, benutzerfreundlich und einfach aufgebaut ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen und Weiterbildungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
  • Die Sicherungsvorrichtung hat ein Verbindungselement zum lösbaren Verbinden des Filterelements mit der zugehörigen Dunstabzugshaube, wobei das Verbindungselement das Filterelement beim Demontieren von der Dunstabzugshaube auffängt bzw. gegen Herabfallen sichert. Die Vorrichtung ist weiterhin mit einer Montagesperre versehen, die ein Montieren des Filterelements an der Dunstabzugshaube bei gelöstem Verbindungselement verhindert und bei verbundenem Verbindungselement zulässt. Hierdurch ist es möglich, ein Montieren des Filterelements bei nicht eingehängter Sicherungsvorrichtung zu unterbinden, so dass der Benutzer immer gezwungen ist, das Verbindungselement zwischen der Dunstabzugshaube und dem Filterelement vorzusehen.
  • Auf diese Weise wird die Betriebssicherheit der Dunstabzugshaube gewährleistet.
  • In einer vorteilhaften Ausführung hat das Verbindungselement einen steifen Körper, der mit seiner oberen Endseite in einer Absaugöffnung der Dunstabzugshaube angelenkt ist und bei nicht montiertem Filter nach unten über die Filteröffnung hinausragt. Hierdurch wird verhindert, dass ein Filterelement von unten in die Filteröffnung eingesetzt werden kann, da es gegen das über die Filteröffnung überstehende Ende des steifen Körpers stößt, so dass der Benutzer gezwungen ist, vor dem Montieren des Filterelements in der Absaugöffnung das Verbindungselement mit Filterelement zu verbinden.
  • In einer vorteilhaften Ausführung sind der Anlenkpunkt des Verbindungselements mit der Dunstabzugshaube gegenüber dem Befestigungspunkt des Verbindungselements mit dem Filterelement in montiertem Zustand des Filterelements an der Dunstabzugshaube zueinander derart versetzt, dass der steife Körper des Verbindungselements eine Schräglage einnimmt, wobei das am Filterelement befestigte Verbindungselement die Monatage des Filterelements der Absaugöffnung nicht behindert, so dass eine leichte Montage des Filterelements in der Absaugöffnung der Dunstabzugshaube möglich ist.
  • In einer vorteilhaften Ausführung ist der Befestigungspunkt zwischen Verbindungselement und Filterelement entlang einer Längsführung verschiebbar. Somit kann einerseits bei der Demontage des Filterelements das Filterelement tiefer abgehängt werden, wobei die Zugänglichkeit zum Verbindungselement und damit zum Lösen des Verbindungselements verbessert wird. Andererseits wird die Montage des Filterelements in der Absaugöffnung der Dunstabzugshaube erleichtert, da durch die Längsführung das Filterelement gegenüber der Absaugöffnung in einem größeren Bereich beweglich ist.
  • In einer vorteilhaften Ausführung ist die Längsführung als ein hintergreifbarer Steg ausgebildet, der parallel zur Ebene des Filterelements am Filterelement vorgesehen ist, wobei eine besonders einfache Längsführung zur Verfügung gestellt wird.
  • In einer vorteilhaften Ausführung ist an der unteren Endseite des steifen Körpers eine Hakeneinrichtung zum lösbaren Befestigen des Filterelements vorgesehen, wodurch das Verbindungselement auf einfache Weise am Filterelement montiert und demontiert werden kann.
  • In einer vorteilhaften Ausführung ist die Hakeneinrichtung als eine zangenförmige Feder ausgebildet, die mit dem Steg in Eingriff bringbar ist, wodurch eine sichere Verbindung zwischen dem Verbindungselement und dem Filterelement zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Indem die zangenförmige Feder einen Griffabschnitt zum Öffnen der zangenförmigen Feder hat, kann die zangenförmige Feder auf einfache Weise durch einen Benutzer betätigt werden.
  • Weitere Einzelheiten, Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachstehen Beschreibung eines Ausführungsbeispiels einer erfindungsgemäßen Dunstabzugshaube unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen.

  • Gemäß Fig. 1 ist eine Sicherungsvorrichtung 1 dargestellt, wie sie ein von einer Absaugöffnung 2 einer Dunstabzugshaube 3 demontiertes Filterelement 4 festhält und gegen einen Absturz auf ein darunter liegendes Kochfeld sichert. Die Sicherungsvorrichtung 1 ist als Verbindungselement 5 ausgebildet, das einen festen Körper 6 aufweist.
  • Die Dunstabzugshaube 3 hat in einem inneren, hinteren Abschnitt ein Lampengehäuse 7. Das Filterelement 4 hat an seinem hinteren Abschnitt eine Aussparung 8, die mit einem transparenten Material, wie Glas oder Plexiglas verschlossen ist. In einem mittleren Abschnitt der Ausspannung 8 ist ein von hinten nach vorne sich erstreckender Steg 9 ausgebildet. In einem vorderen Abschnitt des Filterelements 4 ist ein wechselbarer Filter 10 eingesetzt, über den Dämpfe und Wrasen, die von einer darunter liegenden Kochstelle aufsteigen, abgesaugt werden. Der Filter 10 kann aus einem waschbaren Vliesmaterial oder einem Streckmetall oder Ähnlichem hergestellt sein, das insbesondere zur Abscheidung von Fett geeignet ist. An zwei gegenüber liegenden Seiten des Filterelements 4 ist je eine Verriegelungseinrichtung 11 (siehe auch Fig. 3) vorgesehen, die dazu dient, das in die Absaugöffnung 2 der Dunstabzugshaube 3 eingesetzte Filterelement 4 mit der Dunstabzugshaube zu verriegeln. Die Verriegelungseinrichtung 11 hat dazu gemäß Fig. 3 eine verriegelte und eine entriegelte Stellung.
  • Gemäß Fig. 4, 5 und 6 ist die als Verbindungselement 5 ausgebildete Absturzvorrichtung 1 näher dargestellt. Das Verbindungselement 5 ist als eine Hakeneinrichtung 12 aus einem steifen Federstahldraht hergestellt. Das Verbindungselement 5 hat einen Gelenkabschnitt 13 von dem sich U-förmig zwei Schenkel 14 erstrecken. In einem mittleren Abschnitt der Schenkel 14 ist an jedem Schenkel 14 jeweils eine nach innen gerichtete Biegung vorgesehen, so dass sich die zwei Schenkel 14 kreuzen. Nach dem Kreuzungsabschnitt der Schenkel 14 ist an jedem Schenkel 14 an seinem vorderen Abschnitt ein zu einer Mittellinie 15 hin gerichteter Haken 16 derart ausgebildet, dass die sich gegenüberliegenden Haken 16 eine zangenförmige Feder 17 ausbilden.
  • Das Verbindungselement 5 ist mit seinem Gelenkabschnitt 13 mittels einer Öse 18 am Lampengehäuse 7 derart angelenkt, so dass das Verbindungselement 5 nach vorne und hinten verschwenkbar ist. Das Verbindungselement ist mit seinem unteren Abschnitt, der als zangenförmige Feder 17 ausgebildet ist, mit dem Steg 9 des Filterelements 4 verbindbar. Die zangenförmige Feder 17 ist entlang des Stegs beweglich, so dass eine Längsführung 19 entlang des Stegs 9 ausgebildet wird.
  • Nachstehend wird der Vorgang der Demontage des Filterelements 4 von der Dunstabzugshaube 3 näher erläutert. Zunächst werden die Verriegelungseinrichtungen 11 von ihrer verriegelten Position in die entriegelte Position verdreht. Das Filterelement 4 ist nun von der Dunstabzugshaube 3 gelöst und nach unten entnehmbar. In diesem Zustand wird das Filterelement 4 mittels des Verbindungselements 5 an der Dunstabzugshaube 3 gehalten, wobei der vordere Abschnitt des Filterelements 4 nach unten hängen kann. Um das Verbindungselement 5 zu lösen, wird gemäß Fig. 2 mit zwei Fingern in Richtung der Pfeile 20 auf die Schenkel 14 des Verbindungselements 5 gedrückt, wobei sich die Haken 16 der zangenförmigen Feder 17 in Richtung des Pfeils 21 öffnen und so die Umschlingung der zangenförmigen Feder 17 gegenüber dem Steg 9 freigibt. Nun ist das Filterelement komplett entnehmbar und kann gereinigt oder getauscht werden.
  • Zum Montieren des Filterelements 4 an der Dunstabzugshaube 3 muss das Filterelement 4 wieder in die Absaugöffnung 2 der Dunstabzugshaube 3 eingesetzt werden. Dazu muss zunächst das Verbindungselement 5 mit dem Steg 9 wieder verbunden werden. Wird dieser Vorgang unterlassen, so stößt das aus dem festen Drahtkörper bestehende Verbindungselement 5, das über die Absaugöffnung 2 der Dunstabzugshaube 3 nach unter vorsteht, gegen das Filterelement 4, wobei ein korrektes Einsetzen des Filterelements 4 in die Absaugöffnung 2 unterbunden wird. Wird dagegen das Verbindungselement 5 ordnungsgemäß mit dem Steg 9 verbunden, so gleitet die zangenförmige Feder 17 beim Einsetzen des Filterelements 4 entlang des als Längsführung 19 ausgebildeten Stegs 9 nach hinten, so dass bei in der Ansaugöffnung 2 montiertem Filterelement 4 das Verbindungselement 5 eine Schrägstellung einnimmt, wobei der Anlenkpunkt des Verbindungselements 5 mit der Dunstabzugshaube 3 gegenüber einem Befestigungspunkt des Verbindungselements 5 mit dem Filterelement 4 in montiertem Zustand des Filterelements 4 an der Dunstabzugshaube 3 zueinander versetzt sind.
  • Damit das schräggestellte Verbindungselement 5 nicht gegen das Lampengehäuse 7 stößt, ist in einem mittleren Abschnitt der Schenkel 14 eine Biegung mit einem Winkel α an den Schenkeln 14 ausgebildet (Fig. 6).
  • Die vorstehend beschriebene Sicherungsvorrichtung hat gegenüber einer als Kette ausgebildeten Sicherungsvorrichtung den Vorteil, dass Vibrationen, die durch einen Ventilator angeregt werden, nicht zu Schwingungsgeräuschen führen.
  • Alternativ zu der vorstehend beschriebenen mechanischen Lösung kann eine Montagesperre auch über einen Sensor bewerkstelligt werden, der erkennt, ob das Filterelement über ein Verbindungselement mit der Dunstabzugshaube verbunden ist oder nicht, und mittels einer Steuerungseinrichtung nur dann eine Montage des Filterelements zulässt, wenn das Verbindungselement zwischen Filterelement und Dunstabzugshaube vorgesehen ist.

Claims (8)

  1. Dunstabzugshaube (3) mit einem lösbar an derselben montierbarem Filterelement (4) und einer Sicherungsvorrichtung mit einem Verbindungselement (5) zum lösbaren Verbinden des Filterelements (4) mit der zugehörigen Dunstabzugshaube (3), wobei das Verbindungselement (5) das Filterelement (4) beim Demontieren von der Dunstabzugshaube (3) auffängt und gegen Herabfallen sichert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Montagesperre vorgesehen ist, die ein Montieren des Filterelements (4) an der Dunstabzugshaube (3) bei gelöstem Verbindungselement (5) verhindert und bei mit dem Filterelement (4) verbundenem Verbindungselement (5) zulässt.
  2. Dunstabzugshaube (3) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement (5) einen steifen Körper hat, der mit seiner oberen Endseite in einer Ansaugöffnung (2) der Dunstabzugshaube (3) angelenkt ist und bei nicht montiertem Filterelement (4) nach unten über die Absaugöffnung (2) hinausragt.
  3. Dunstabzugshaube (3) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anlenkpunkt des Verbindungselements (5) mit der Dunstabzugshaube (3) gegenüber einem Befestigungspunkt des Verbindungselements (5) mit dem Filterelement (4) in montiertem Zustand des Filterelements (4) an der Dunstabzugshaube (3) zueinander derart versetzt sind, dass der steife Körper des Verbindungselements (5) eine Schräglage einnimmt.
  4. Dunstabzugshaube (3) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungspunkt zwischen Verbindungselement (5) und dem Filterelement (4) entlang einer Längsführung (19) verschiebbar ist.
  5. Dunstabzugshaube (3) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsführung (19) als ein hintergreifbarer Steg (9) ausgebildet ist, der parallel zur Erstreckung des Filterelements (4) am Filterelement (4) vorgesehen ist.
  6. Dunstabzugshaube (3) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der unteren Endseite des Verbindungselements (5) eine Hakeneinrichtung (16) zum lösbaren Befestigen des Filterelements (4) vorgesehen ist..
  7. Dunstabzugshaube (3) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hakeneinrichtung (16) als eine zangenförmige Feder (17) ausgebildet ist, die mit dem Steg (9) in Eingriff bringbar ist.
  8. Dunstabzugshaube (3) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zangenförmige Feder (17) einen Griffabschnitt zum Öffnen der Hakeneinrichtung (16) hat.
