Claims (10)
- Wetterschutzgitter für Strömungskanäle mit einem eine zugeordnete Öffnung eines Grundrahmens (1) ausfachenden, hieran festlegbaren Gittereinsatz (2), der aus parallel übereinander angeordneten Lamellen (9) und diese aufnehmenden, vertikalen Lamellenträgern (10,11) besteht, die mit den Lamellen (9) zugeordneten Ausnehmungen versehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Lamellenträger (11) mit Abstand von den Lamellenenden angeordnet und mit den Lamellen (9) zugeordneten Durchführausnehmungen (14) versehen ist, die eine zweischenklige Konfiguration mit einem von einer frontseitigen Öffnung ausgehend nach innen verlaufenden Einführschlitz (15) und einem hiergegen abgewinkelten, sackförmigen, inneren Einhängbereich (16) aufweisen, und dass die Lamellen (9) mit einer ersten, gegenüber ihrem Mittelbereich (18) abgewinkelten Randleiste (19) in den sackförmigen Einhängbereich (16) der zugeordneten Durchführausnehmung (14) einhängbar und mit einer gegenüberliegenden, zweiten Randleiste (20) unter federnder Verformung des Mittelbereichs (18) in ein am Lamellenträger (11) festlegbares Halteorgan (22) einrastbar sind.
- Wetterschutzgitter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Übergang vom Einführschlitz (15) zum hiergegen abgewinkelten Einhängbereich (16) der Durchführausnehmungen (14) eine untere Stützkante (17) ausgebildet ist, an der die zugeordnete Lamelle (9) mit ihrem Mittelbereich (18) zur Anlage bringbar ist.
- Wetterschutzgitter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die lichte Weite des vorzugsweise nach außen erweiterten Einführschlitzes (15) größer als die Lamellendicke ist.
- Wetterschutzgitter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der sackförmige Einhängbereich (16) als vertikales Langloch ausgebildet ist, von dessen unterem Endbereich der Einführschlitz (15) unter Bildung einer Stützkante (17) schräg nach außen abfallend abgeht und dass die erste Randleiste (19) in einer Endrolle (21) ausläuft, deren Durchmesser der lichten Weite des sackförmigen Einhängbereichs (16) entspricht.
- Wetterschutzgitter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vorzugsweise aus Federmaterial bestehende Halteorgan (22) als Schnappfeder ausgebildet ist, die einen nach unten offenen Rastkopf (23) aufweist, der mit einer Randklaue (24) hinter eine Endrolle (21) der zugeordneten, zweiten Randleiste (20) einrastbar ist.
- Wetterschutzgitter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rastkopf (23) an einen Tragschenkel (25) angeformt ist, der in einen von der der zugeordneten Lamelle (9) zugeordneten Durchführausnehmung (14) distanzierten, von vorne zugänglichen Schlitz (26) des Lamellenträgers (11) einführbar ist, wobei vorzugsweise eine Rastzunge (27) des Tragschenkels (25) vorgesehen ist, die in eine zugeordnete, den Schlitz (26) erweiternde Kerbung (28) einrastbar ist.
- Wetterschutzgitter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tragschenkel (25) mit seitlichen, an den die Lamellen (9) aufnehmenden, einwandig ausgebildeten Bereich des Lamellenträgers (11) angesetzten Zungen (29) versehen ist.
- Wetterschutzgitter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der an den Tragschenkel (25) anschließende, ansteigende Federbereich (32) des Rastkopfes (23) des Halteorgans (22) mit einem Schlitz (30) versehen ist, mit dem ein dem dem Tragschenkel (25) zugeordneten Schlitz (26) des einwandig ausgebildeten Bereichs des Lamellenträgers (11) benachbarter Eckbereich (31) des Lamellenträgers (11) zum Eingriff bringbar ist, wobei vorzugsweise der dem Tragschenkel (25) zugeordnete Schlitz (26) des Lamellenträgers (11) vom freien Rand des einwandig ausgebildeten Bereichs des Lamellenträgers (11) distanziert ist und vom oberen Rand einer nach vorne offenen Ausnehmung, insbesondere des Eingangsschlitzes (15) einer Durchführausnehmung (13) ausgeht.
- Wetterschutzgitter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die von den Enden der Lamellen (9) distanzierten Lamellenträger (11) als im Querschnitt L-förmige Profilabschnitte ausgebildet sind, die mit den Enden ihres parallel zur Ebene der auszufachenden Öffnung verlaufenden Schenkels (12) am Grundrahmen (1) anbringbar sind und derer anderer Schenkel (13) die Durchführausnehmungen (14) und gegebenenfalls die diesen benachbarten, den Halteorganen (22) zugeordneten Schlitze (26) enthält.
- Wetterschutzgitter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle Lamellenträger (11) mit Abstand von den Enden der Lamellen (9) angeordnet und mit Durchführausnehmungen (14) versehen sind, wobei vorzugsweise über der Länge der Lamellen (9) mehr als zwei Lamellenträger (11) vorgesehen sind.
