Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung (10) zum Spannen von Umreifungsbändern (11), insbesondere aus Kunststoff, mit einem Widerlager (24) und mit einem von einem Spannmotor (20) über ein Getriebe (31) antreibbaren, mit einer Rücklaufsperre versehenen Spannrad (21), das mit dem Widerlager (24) einen Spannkanal (26) für die zu spannenden Bandenden (11a und 11b) bildet und mit dem Spannmotor (20) und dem Getriebe (31) in einem Getriebeblock (18) angeordnet ist, der als Ganzes im Grundrahmen (13) der Vorrichtung (10) um eine erste feste Achse (17) schwenkbar gelagert ist und von auf einem Spannraddrehzapfen (43) mit Reibung gelagerten Haltemitteln in seiner vom Bandende (11b) abgehobenen, unwirksamen Lage gehalten wird und unter der Wirkung eines Druckelementes (64) gegen das Widerlager (24) geschwenkt wird, wenn das Spannrad (21) in Spannrichtung (29) anläuft und das Haltemittel seine wirksame Stellung verliert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spannrad (21) von dem Spannmotor (20) in Spannrichtung (29) und in Gegenrichtung (30) antreibbar ist, und daß die Rücklaufsperre ein Freilauf (57) mit Bremse (58) ist, welcher die Rückdrehung des Spannrades (21) sperrt, wenn der Spannmotor (20) stehenbleibt, der jedoch eine Rückdrehung des Spannrades (21) gestattet, wenn der Spannmotor (20) rückwärts läuft und daß das Spannrad (21) mit seinem Spannradzapfen (43) in einem Exzenter(45) mit Reibung drehbar gelagert ist, der seinerseits in einem Lenkhebel (47) drehbar geführt ist, welcher um eine zweite, feste Achse (48) am Grundrahmen (13) schwenkbar gelagert ist und daß als Haltemittel ein entgegen der Spannrichtung (29) gesperrter Freilauf (46) zwischen Spannradzapfen (43) und Exzenter (45) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bandenden (11a und 11b) im Spannkanal (26) unmittelbar übereinander liegen, wobei das untere Bandende (11a) von der Oberfläche des Widerlagers (24) reibschlüssig festgehalten wird, während das obere Bandende (11b) von der mit einer Profilierung (23) versehenen Umfangsfläche (25) des Spannrades (21) auf der Oberfläche des unteren Bandendes (11b) entlanggezogen und hierdurch um ein Packstück od.dgl. gespannt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste feste Achse (17) des Getriebeblockes (18) und die zweite feste Achse (48) des Lenkhebels (47) auf verschiedenen Seiten des Widerlagers (24) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste feste Achse (17) des Getriebeblockes (18) in Spannrichtung (29) vor dem Widerlager (24) und die zweite feste Achse (48) des Lenkhebels (47) hinter dem Widerlager (24) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spannrad (21) vom Exzenter (45) und Lenkhebel (47) derart geführt wird, daß es bei einer Drehung des Spannrades (21) in Spannrichtung (29) in Gegenrichtung (30) gegen das Widerlager (24) geschwenkt wird und bei einer Drehung des Spannrades (21) in Gegenrichtung (30) vom Widerlager (24) abgehoben wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Exzenter (45) unter der Wirkung eines Druckelementes (56) steht, das bestrebt ist, den Exzenter (45) in Spannrichtung (29) des Spannrades (21) zu drehen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Freilauf (57) mit Bremse (58) im Antriebswellenzug (34,35,39) des Getriebes (31) für das Spannrad (21) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bremse (58) am Freilauf (57) eine mit der Freilaufnabe (59) verbundene Bremsscheibe (60) ist, die zwischen durch Federelemente (63) zusammengedrückten festen Reibelementen (61,62) läuft.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spannrad (21) durch das Rastmoment des Spannmotors (20) und/oder durch die Sperre im Freilauf (46) des Exzenters (45) und/oder durch die Sperre im Freilauf (57) des Getriebes (31) in der von den Bandenden (11a und 11b) abgehobenen, unwirksamen Stellung gehalten wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Exzenter (45) auf einem um den Spannraddrehzapfen (43) drehbaren Bandseitenführungselement (28) angeordnet ist, das unter der Wirkung des Druckelementes (56) steht, welches das Bandseitenführungselement (28) in Spannrichtung (29) soweit dreht, daß es den Bandkanal (26) seitlich abdeckt, wenn sich das Spannrad (21) in seiner auf dem Widerlager (24) niedergeschwenkten Spannstellung befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bandseitenführungselement (28) eine Sektorscheibe ist, die an ihrem in Spannrichtung (29) vorderen Rand (68) eine nach innen leitende Abfasung (69) aufweist.
