dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflösewalze (12) auf ihrer Oberfläche mit einer Vielzahl von Stiften (13) versehen ist und so rotiert, dass die Fasern (6) durch die Stifte (13) umgelenkt und im Wesentlichen entlang einem durch einen Teilabschnitt (15) des Umfangs der Auflösewalze (12) und eine gegenüberliegende Wandung (16) begrenzten Schachtabschnitt (17) unter Auseinanderziehung des Faserstroms zu einem dünnen Film geführt werden und an einer Austrittsöffnung (18) des Schachtabschnitts (17) im Wesentlichen horizontal austreten, und dass die Fasern (6) nach dem Austritt aus dem Schachtabschnitt (17) gesichtet werden, indem ein durch Unterdruck erzeugter, aufwärts oder abwärts gerichteter Luftstrom (51,52; 51a,52a) auf die Fasern (6) ausgeübt wird, der Fasern (49) mitreißt, und Verunreinigungen in Form von Grobgut (50) durch die Gravitationskraft einem Grobgutaustrag (45) zugeführt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei aufwärts gerichtetem Luftstrom (51,52) das Grobgut (50) durch eine im Winkel verstellbare Klappe (48) vertikal nach unten zu dem Grobgutaustrag (45) gelenkt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Auflösewalze (12) eine Walze mit einem Durchmesser von 500 bis 600 mm verwendet und diese mit 300 bis 2000 Umdrehungen pro Minute betrieben wird. - Vorrichtung zum Auflösen von Ungleichmäßigkeiten in einem zur Herstellung von Faserplatten vorgesehenen Strom von aus einer Dosiereinrichtung (1) ausgetragenen Holzfasern (6), wobei sich unterhalb eines Austrags (5) der Dosiereinrichtung (1) ein Zuführschacht (7) von dem Austrag (5) zu einer Auflösewalze (12) erstreckt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflösewalze (12) auf ihrer Oberfläche eine Vielzahl von Stiften (13) aufweist und so rotierbar ist, dass auf die Auflösewalze (12) treffende Fasern (6) durch die Stifte (13) umgelenkt werden, und dass sich ein Schachtabschnitt (17), der durch einen Teilabschnitt (15) des Walzenumfangs und eine gegenüberliegende Wandung (16) begrenzt ist, von einer Austrittsöffnung (11) des Zuführschachtes (7) in Drehrichtung (14) der Auflösewalze (12) erstreckt und mit einer Austrittsöffnung (18) für die Fasern versehen ist, welche so angeordnet ist, dass die Fasern (6) im Wesentlichen horizontal in einem auseinandergezogenen Faserstrom in einen Luftkanal (38) austreten, der einen durch Unterdruck erzeugten, aufwärts oder abwärts gerichteten Luftstrom (51,52; 51 a,52a) führt, wobei ein Grobgutaustragsschacht (44), der einen der Austrittsöffnung (18) des Schachtabschnitts (17) gegenüberliegenden Einlass (43) und einen unterhalb des Einlasses (43) angeordneten Grobgutaustrag (45) aufweist, mit dem Luftkanal (38) verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei aufwärts gerichtetem Luftstrom (51,52) eine im Winkel verstellbare Klappe (48) am Einlass (43) des Grobgutaustragsschachtes (44) so angeordnet ist, dass das Grobgut (50) in den Grobgutaustragsschacht (44) umgelenkt wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stifte (13) der Auflösewalze (12) sich mit größer werdendem Abstand zur Drehachse der Auflösewalze (12) konisch zu einer Spitze verjüngen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandung (16) des Schachtabschnitts (17) durch eine der Auflösewalze (12) zustellbare Haube gebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Zuführschacht (7) Düsen (30) angeordnet sind, zum Besprühen der aus der Dosiereinrichtung (1) ausgetragenen Fasern (6) mit Additiven (31).
