Claims (10)
- Pumpeinrichtung für Schmiermittel einer Brennkraftmaschine z.B. der Hubkolbengattung, umfassend eine Druckpumpeneinrichtung und eine Saugpumpeneinrichtung, welche Saugpumpeneinrichtung mehrere Saugpumpen aufweist, die mit Absaugeinrichtungen der Brennkraftmaschine verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass benachbarte Saugpumpen (5,6) als an die Absaugeinrichtungen (7,8) angeschlossene Zahnradpumpen (9,10) ausgebildet sind, wovon Zahnräder (11,13) der Zahnradpumpen (9,10) koaxial zueinander angeordnet und unter Zwischenschaltung eines Antriebsmittels (15) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Pumpeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zahnradpumpen (9,10) im Wesentlichen baugleiche Teile umfassen.
- Pumpeinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die baugleichen Teile der Zahnradpumpen (9,10) bspw. durch die Zahnräder (11,12 und 13,14), ein Gehäuse (16) und Gehäusedeckel (19) gebildet werden.
- Pumpeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebsmittel (15) eine Welle (21 ) ist, die mit den Zahnrädern ( 11,13) der Zahnradpumpen (9,10) in Wirkverbindung steht.
- Pumpeinrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (21) an ihren Enden (21,22) Außenverzahnungen (24,25) besitzt, die mit Innenverzahnungen (26,27) der Zahnräder (11,13) der Zahnradpumpen (9,10) zusammenarbeiten.
- Pumpeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Zahnradpumpe (z.B. 9) mit voneinander getrennten Absaugstellen (28,29) der Absaugeinrichtung (28) Brennkraftmaschine (1) verbunden sind.
- Pumpeinrichtung, deren Zahnradpumpe vorzugsweise zwei parallel zueinander angeordnete und in einem Gehäuse arbeitende Zahnräder aufweist nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Zahnräder (11,12) in dem Gehäuse (16) in voneinander getrennten Kammern (30,31) wirksam sind, die an die Absaugstellen (28,29) der Brennkraftmaschine (1) angeschlossen sind.
- Pumpeinrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kammern (30,31) durch eine Zwischenwand (32) getrennt sind, die im rechten Winkel zu Mittelachsen (33,34) der Zahnräder (bspw. 13,14) verläuft.
- Pumpeinrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die als ebene Scheibe ausgebildet Zwischenwand f32) in Nute (35,36) der Zahnräder (13,14) eingesetzt ist und über freie Enden (37,38) mit Innenwandabschnitten (39,40) des Gehäuses (16) dichtend zusammenarbeitet.
- Pumpeinrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwischenwand (32) nach Art einer Brille ausgeführt ist und aus zwei Teilen (41,42) besteht, die einer beide Mittelachsen (33,34) der Zahnräder (13,14) einschließenden Mittellängsebene (A - A) zusammengesetzt sind.
