Claims (17)
- Vorrichtung zum Umreifen von Packstücken (3)mit einem Arbeitstisch (1) zum Aufstellen eines Packstücks (3) während des Umreifens undmit einem bezogen auf den Arbeitstisch (1) ortsfest und außermittig angeordneten, schräg zur Standfläche des Arbeitstischs (1) verlaufenden Bandvorlegerahmen (5) zum Vorlegen einer Bandschlinge (9) aus einem Bandabschnitt eines Umreifungsbandes,dass am Bandvorlegerahmen (5) mindestens ein Bandzuführelement angeordnet ist unddass das Bandzuführelement die Bandschlinge (9) etwa in die Mitte des Arbeitstisches (1) verfährt zum anschließenden Umreifen des Packstücks (3) in Förderrichtung (4).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,

einen Teleskoparm (14) als Bandzuführelement. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Transportriemen (15) zwei abwechselnd eine Bandschlinge (9) vom Bandvorlegerahmen (5) abgreifende Mitnehmer (18) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,

einen Schwenkhebel (19) als Bandzuführelement. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,

einen bogenförmigen, das Packstück (3) während des Umreifens seitlich flankierenden Schwenkhebel (19). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwenkhebel (19) zweifach abgekröpft ist zur Schaffung eines das Packstück während des Umreifens seitlich flankierenden Schwenkhebels (19') - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,

eine Luftdüse als Bandzuführelement. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,

eine paarweise Anordnung von Bandzuführelementen am Bandvorlegerahmen (5). - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,

einen U-Bügel als Bandvorlegerahmen (5). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bandvorlegerahmen nach Art eines auf den Kopf gestellten U an der Vorrichtung, vorzugsweise am Arbeitstisch (3) fixiert ist, dessen U-Schenkel (6) die Seitenteile des Bandvorlegerahmens 5 bilden und dessen U-Querjoch (7) das Rahmenoberteil bildet - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14 oder 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in jedem der beiden Eckbereiche (8) des U-Bügels ein Bandzuführelement (5) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine C-förmige, den die Bandschlinge (9) bildenden Bandabschnitt aufnehmende Führungsnut (22) im Bandvorlegerahmen (5).
