Claims (12)
- Frachtcontainer (10) zum Transport von Gütern mit im wesentlichen quaderförmiger äußerer Struktur, der ein Bodenteil (11), ein zum Bodenteil (11) im wesentlichen paralleles Deckelteil (12), zwei im wesentlichen parallele Seitenteile (15, 16) und zwei im wesentlichen parallele Stirnteile (13, 14) umfaßt, wobei der Frachtcontainer (10) zur Verringerung seines Leertransportvolumens in eine Leertransportstellung überführbar ist, wobei der Frachtcontainer (10) vier jeweils an den Quaderecken (100, 101, 102, 103) positionierte, das Bodenteil (11) mit dem Deckelteil (12) kraftschlüssig verbindende Pfostenelemente (104, 105, 106, 107) aufweist, die in Transportstellung des Frachtcontainers (10) im wesentlichen rechtwinkelig zum Bodenteil (11) und zum Deckelteil (12) positionierbar sind und zur Einnahme der Leertransportstellung des Frachtcontainers (10) in eine Stellung im wesentlichen parallel zum Bodenteil (11) überführbar sind,
wobei die Pfostenelemente (104, 105, 106, 107) im Bereich von in wenigstens allen unteren Quaderecken (100, 101, 102, 103) angeordneten Eckbeschlägen (17) um eine im wesentlichen parallel zum Bodenteil (11) ausgerichtete Achse (18) schwenkbar sind und
wobei die Pfostenelemente (104, 105, 106, 107) an ihren Anlenkbereichen an das Deckelteil (12) in in Längsrichtung (19) des Deckelteils (12) ausgebildeten Führungen (20) gleitend verschiebbar aufnehmbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenteile (15, 16) aus zwei über eine im wesentlichen längs des Bodenteils (11) bzw. des Deckelteils (12) verlaufende Faltachse (152, 162) faltbaren Seitenelementen (150, 151; 160, 161) bestehen. - Frachtcontainer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faltachse (152, 162) der Seitenelemente (150, 151; 160, 161) durch ein Scharnierelement (21) gebildet wird.
- Frachtcontainer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenelemente (150, 151; 160, 161) am Deckelteil (12) und am Bodenteil (11) über ein Scharnierelement (22, 23) angelenkt sind.
- Frachtcontainer nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Scharnierelement (21) oder die Scharnierelemente (21, 22, 23) aus einem elastomeren Werkstoff gebildet ist bzw. sind.
- Frachtcontainer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Stirnteil
(13, 14) durch einen Verschluß nach Art einer Roll- oder Falttür (24) gebildet wird. - Frachtcontainer nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rolltür (24) in den Pfostenelemente (104, 105, 106, 107) und/oder im Deckelteil (12) geführt aufnehmbar ist.
- Frachtcontainer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Pfostenelement (104, 105, 106, 107) ein in Längsrichtung (25) des Pfostenelementes (104, 105, 106, 107) verlaufendes, in das Pfostenelement (104, 105, 106, 107) hineinklappbares und aus dem Pfostenelement (104, 105, 106, 107) herausklappbares stangenförmiges Verriegelungselement (26) vorgesehen ist, das im herausgeklappten Zustand in Eingriff mit der Querstirnseite (153; 163) des angrenzenden Seitenteils (15, 16) steht. - Frachtcontainer nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das stangenförmige Verriegelungselement (26) um eine in der Längsrichtung (25) des Pfostenelements (104, 105, 106, 107) angeordnete Drehachse (27) zum Hineinklappen und zum Herausklappen des Verriegelungselementes (26) drehbar ist.
- Frachtcontainer nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rolltür (24) in das Stirnteil (13; 14) verschließenden Zustand lösbar verriegelbar ist.
- Frachtcontainer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens das Deckelteil (12) in Form einer Leichtbau-Sandwich-Konstruktion ausgebildet ist.
- Frachtcontainer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenteile (13, 14) in Form einer Leichtbau-Sandwich-Konstruktion ausgebildet sind.
- Frachtcontainer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser an seinen Stirnseiten und/oder Längsseiten Koppelelemente aufweist, mittels derer eine Mehrzahl von Frachtcontainer (10) längst und/oder quer lösbar miteinander verbindbar sind.
