Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Verpacken einer Materialbahnrolle mit einem Rollenantrieb und einer Verpackungsbahnspenderanordnung, die mindestens einen parallel zur Materialbahnrolle verfahrbaren ersten Verpackungsbahnspender mit einem Ausgabepfad aufweist, der einen spitzen Winkel mit der Umfangsrichtung der Materialbahnrolle einschließt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein zweiter Verpackungsbahnspender (18) stationär angeordnet ist, der einen Ausgabepfad aufweist, der parallel zur Umfangsrichtung der Materialbahnrolle (2, 2') verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Winkel veränderbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausgabepfad des ersten Verpackungsbahnspenders (16a, 16b) parallel zu dem des zweiten Verpackungsbahnspenders (18) ausrichtbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Verpackungsbahnspender (18) einen größeren Abstand zur Materialbahnrolle (2, 2', 2") aufweist als der erste Verpackungsbahnspender (16a, 16b).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Verpackungsbahnspender (18) eine Verpackungsbahn (14) aufweist, die breiter als die Verpackungsbahn (10a, 10b) des ersten Verpackungsbahnspenders (16) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verpackungsbahn (14) des zweiten Verpackungsbahnspenders (18) mehr als doppelt so breit wie die Verpackungsbahn (10a, 10b) des ersten Verpackungsbahnspenders (16) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei erste Verpackungsbahnspender (16a, 16b) vorgesehen sind.
- Verfahren zum Verpacken einer Materialbahnrolle mit einer Verpackungsbahn, bei dem die Verpackungsbahn um den Umfang der Materialbahnrolle herumgeführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man vor dem Verpacken die axiale Länge der Materialbahnrolle ermittelt und in Abhängigkeit von der Länge eine erste Verpackungsbahn schraubenlinienförmig oder eine zweite Verpackungsbahn in Umfangsrichtung um die Materialbahnrolle herum führt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die zweite Verpackungsbahn bei Materialbahnrollen mit einer axialen Länge in einem vorbestimmten Längenbereich parallel zu der ersten Verpackungsbahn führt, wobei beide Verpackungsbahnen einander überlappen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man zwei erste Verpackungsbahnen an beiden axialen Enden der Materialbahnrolle verwendet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die beiden ersten Verpackungsbahnen bei der schraubenlinienförmigen Verpackung als Kantenstreifen verwendet.
