Selon l'invention, le dispositif est remarquable en ce que :
- chaque axe d'articulation est engagé dans une lumière oblongue formée dans l'épaisseur de la partie d'accouplement ;
- le bord latéral du cadre considéré du côté opposé aux axes d'articulation, présente des formes d'accrochage aptes à coopérer avec des formes complémentaires que présente un bord latéral du châssis ;
- en position de fermeture du cadre les formes complémentaires d'accrochage sont en prise, correspondant à un verrouillage ;
- une action sur le vérin provoque un déplacement latéral limité du cadre correspondant au déplacement des lumières par rapport aux axes et, d'une manière concomitante, le désengagement des formes complémentaires d'accrochage pour le basculement dudit cadre sous l'effet de poussée du vérin, correspondant à l'ouverture.

articulée à son extrémité libre sur un fer médian reliant les côtés
transversaux du cadre (1). De même, le vérin (3) peut être complété par un
ressort ou un vérin à gaz (8).
