Claims (16)
- Behälter aus Kunststoff, insbesondere Lager- und Transportkasten, der an der Unterfläche seines Bodens mit Rippen versehen ist, die einerseits ein Bodenmittelfeld bilden und andererseits sich umlaufend längs des Bodenrandes erstreckende, einen äußeren Laufkranz bildenden Flachstege tragen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vertikalen Freiräume (15) zwischen den Laufkranz-Flachstegen (9a, 9b) und der Unterfläche (11) des Bodens (5) an den inneren und/oder äußeren stirnseitigen Flachstegkanten (12) mit Plattenelementen (17; 17a, 17b) verschlossen sind. - Behälter nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Plattenelemente (17) als an die Flachstegkante (16) angespritzte Schwenklappen ausgebildet sind. - Behälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Plattenelemente (17b) mit Rasthalterungen (18) in die vertikalen Freiräume (15) eingesetzt sind. - Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Plattenelemente (17; 17a, 17b) mit den Laufkranz-Flachstegen (9a, 9b) und/oder dem Boden (5) verschweißt sind. - Behälter nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (5) das Plattenelement (17) an dessen Innenfläche mit einer Anlagekante (19) nach oben überlappt. - Behälter nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Anlagekante (19) eine Vertiefung (20) ausgebildet ist. - Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Übergang von den Laufkranz-Flachstegen (9a, 9b) zu den Plattenelementen (17; 17a, 17b) mit einem Radius (21) versehen ist. - Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laufkranz-Flachstege (9a, 9b) im Übergang zu den Plattenelementen (17; 17a, 17b) mit einer geneigten Schräge (22) ausgebildet sind. - Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laufkranz-Flachstege (9a, 9b) mit einer Schräge (22) ausgebildet sind, die in einen Radius (21) einer an der inneren Laufkranzseite vorgesehenen Abschlußwand (13) übergeht. - Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flachstege (9a, 9b) des Laufkranzes einstückig mit einem das Bodenmittelfeld (8) abdeckenden Boden (23) ausgebildet sind. - Behälter nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abdeckboden (23) im Bereich des Mittelfeldes (8) abgesenkt ist. - Behälter nach Anspruch 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abdeckboden (23) von einer mittig angeordneten Längsrippe (25) abgestützt ist. - Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ausgehend von der Innenbodenfläche (4) bis zur Außenfläche des Abdeckbodens (23) durchgängig umfangsgeschlossene Wasserablaufkanäle (26) ausgebildet sind. - Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Überbrückung zwischen einander gegenüberliegenden Laufkranz-Flachstegen (9a, 9b) Bodenholme (27) ausgebildet sind. - Behälter nach Anspruch 14,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine die Bodenholme (27) unterteilende Rippe (29). - Behälter nach Anspruch 14 oder 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenholme (27) gegenüber den Laufkranz-Flachstegen (9a, 9b) abgesenkt und mit diesen über eine Schräge (28) verbunden sind.
