Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Beseitigen von Querkrümmungen in Metallbändern in einer Bandprozesslinie mit zumindest einer von dem Metallband zu durchlaufenden Behandlungseinrichtung, wobei die Querkrümmungen in einem Bandprozesslinienbereich erfasst und mittels zumindest einer in ihrer Eintauchtiefe einstellbaren Korrekturrolle eliminiert werde, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Eliminieren der Querkrümmungen in einem Bandprozesslinienbereich unmittelbar vor der Bandbehandlungseinrichtung erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei auf beiden Seiten des Metallbandes vorhandenen Querkrümmungen deren Eliminierung mittels jeder Bandseite zugeordneter Korrekturrollen erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querkrümmungen eliminiert werden, nachdem das Metallband eine die Bandplanlage negativ beeinflussende Bandbehandlungseinrichtung durchlaufen hat.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querkrümmungen des Metallbandes gemessen werden und die Messwerte als Regelgrößen fortwährend erfasst und nach einem Ist-Wert/Soll-Wert-Vergleich für die Eintauchtiefe der Korrekturrolle in einem Regelkreis zum Ausregeln der Querkrümmungen verwendet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einfluss von gegebenenfalls im Metallband vorhandenen Welligkeiten auf die Messungen der Querkrümmungen durch Integration der Messwerte über einen vorgegebenen Zeitraum oder mittels einer gleitenden Mittelwertbildung herausgefiltert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einfluss gegebenenfalls im Metallband vorhandener Bandsäbel auf die Messungen der Querkrümmungen durch rechnerische Korrektur der Schieflage der gemessenen Querkrümmungen über die Bandbreite herausgefiltert wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Beseitigen von Querkrümmungen in Metallbändern, zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei in Bandlaufrichtung ein Messgerät (3) zum Erfassen der Querkrümmungen (1) des betreffenden Metallbandes (2) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Bandlaufrichtung vor einer Bandbehandlungseinrichtung (4) zumindest eine in die Eintauchtiefe gegen das jeweilige Metallband (2) einstellbare Korrekturrolle (5) angeordnet ist, und dass die Korrekturrolle (5) in Abhängigkeit von der jeweils erfassten Querkrümmung (1) von einer zwischengeschalteten Regelvorrichtung (7) Stellsignale zum Ausregeln der Querkrümmungen (1) erhält.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Bandlaufrichtung vor der Bandbehandlungseinrichtung (4) auf beiden Seiten des Metallbandes (2) eine einstellbare Korrekturrolle (5,8) vorgesehen ist.
