Claims (23)

  1. Cylindre défibreur avec un porte-garniture portant une garniture et un corps de base, sachant le cylindre défibreur peut être entraîné par un arbre d'entraînement, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu entre le corps de base (10) et l'arbre d'entraînement (2) un dispositif de connexion redesserrable (8) disposé au corps de base (10) et à l'arbre d'entraînement (2).
  2. Cylindre défibreur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de connexion redesserrable (8) peut être créé ou détaché dans le sens axial par traction ou compression.
  3. Cylindre défibreur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de connexion redesserrable (8) se présente sous une forme à clip ou à trame.
  4. Cylindre défibreur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de connexion redesserrable (8) peut être amené aussi bien à sa position de connexion qu'à sa position de desserrage sans l'aide d'outils positionnables de l'extérieur.
  5. Cylindre défibreur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu entre le corps de base (10) et le porte-garniture (11) un dispositif de connexion redesserrable (3, 5, 6).
  6. Cylindre défibreur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de connexion (3) comporte un élément de type goujon (30) et un logement de goujon (31) coopérant avec ledit élément de type goujon (30), lequel logement de goujon (31) est orienté parallèlement à l'axe du cylindre défibreur, comporte une extrémité ouvert, est adapté à la section de l'élément de type goujon (30) et comporte en son extrémité un rétrécissement (313), sachant que le logement de goujon (31) et/ou l'élément de type goujon (30) se présentent sous forme élastique dans le sens transversal.
  7. Cylindre défibreur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de connexion (5, 6) créant la connexion entre le porte-garniture (11) et le corps de base (10) et/ou entre le corps de base (10) et l'arbre d'entraînement (2) comporte à l'une de ces deux pièces (11, 10; 10, 2) un crochet de crantage (50) et à l'autre de ces deux pièces (10, 11 ;2, 10) un épaulement de crantage (51) limitant un creux (510) et coopérant avec le crochet de crantage (50) ainsi qu'un dispositif de desserrage (52), lequel est activable par un mouvement du crochet de crantage (50) dans le sens longitudinal du creux (510).
  8. Cylindre défibreur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de desserrage (52) comporte en face de l'épaulement de crantage (51) une arête de soulèvement (513) limitant le creux (510), par laquelle le crochet de crantage (50) montant sur l'arête de soulèvement (513) peut être soulevé du creux (510) et amené sur une trajectoire de déplacement (A) s'allongeant à côté du creux (510), le long duquel le crochet de crantage (50) peut être sorti de la zone longitudinale de la pièce (10, 11 ; 2, 10) accueillant le creux (510).
  9. Cylindre défibreur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que l'arête de soulèvement (521) est partie constitutive d'un élément de desserrage (520), lequel est déplaçable en va-et-vient entre deux butées (51, 511) limitant le creux (510), butées (51, 511) dont une est constituée par l'épaulement de crantage (51), et qu'une partie de la trajectoire de déplacement (A) s'étendant à côté du creux (510) est constituée par une surface d'entraînement (524) disposée sur l'élément de desserrage déplaçable (520) et limitée par l'arête de soulèvement (521), surface d'entraînement sur laquelle peut déposé le crochet de crantage (50) soulevé du creux (510), à partir de laquelle le crochet de crantage (50), lors de son mouvement retour après la mise en attaque de l'élément de desserrage (520) à l'épaulement de crantage (51), peut être transféré à une surface de guidage (524) orientée vers le porte-garniture (11) par rapport au creux (510).
  10. Cylindre défibreur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de desserrage (52) comporte un dispositif déflecteur (523) déviant vers le côté le crochet de crantage (50) se présentant sous forme élastique ou fixée sur palier, en ce que le creux (510) est situé dans la trajectoire de mouvement (B) du crochet de crantage (50) dévié et que l'arête de soulèvement (511) est constitué par l'extrémité du creux (510) située en face de l'épaulement de crantage (51), en ce que le crochet de crantage (50) peut être déplacé hors de la zone d'action du dispositif déflecteur (523) par soulèvement hors du creux (510) et que ledit crochet de crantage (51) peut être transféré par reprise de sa position allongée hors de la première voie de déplacement (B) définie par le dispositif déflecteur (523) à sa deuxième voie de déplacement (A) près de la première voie de déplacement mentionnée (B) s'allongeant à côté du creux (510).
  11. Cylindre défibreur selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'épaulement de crantage (51) se présente sous la forme d'une contre-dépouille (514) et que le crochet de crantage (50) coopérant avec ledit épaulement de crantage (51) comporte une gorge (502) adaptée à la forme dudit épaulement de crantage (51).
  12. Cylindre défibreur selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications 7 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la partie du dispositif de connexion (6) comportant le crochet de crantage (50) est logée sur palier de manière mobile dans le porte-garniture (11).
  13. Cylindre défibreur selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le porte-garniture (11) comporte une butée de sûreté (70), laquelle coopère avec un crochet (501) supplémentaire disposé au crochet de crantage (50) et bloque la partie mobile du dispositif de connexion (6) dans le porte-garniture (11).
  14. Cylindre défibreur selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le porte-garniture (11), en son côté orienté vers le corps de base (10), et/ou le corps de base (10) comporte(nt) une surface d'attaque d'éjecteur (41).
  15. Cylindre défibreur selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'attaque d'éjecteur (41) est disposée à une position coaxiale au porte-garniture (11) ou au corps de base (10).
  16. Cylindre défibreur selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément d'actionnement (9) déplaçable dans le sens axial est disposé dans l'arbre d'entraînement (2) se présentant sous la forme d'un arbre creux.
  17. Cylindre défibreur selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'actionnement (9) se présente sous la forme d'un éjecteur, lequel peut être mis en appui à la surface d'attaque d'éjecteur (41) disposée à une position coaxiale au porte-garniture (11) ou au corps de base (2).
  18. Cylindre défibreur selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé en ce que le corps de base (10) et l'arbre d'entraînement (2) sont connectés réciproquement dans le sens axial au moyen d'un dispositif de connexion (8) de type à clips ou à crans, en ce qu'il est prévu entre le corps de base (10) et l'arbre d'entraînement (2) un ajustement avec jeu (23) et en ce que le corps de base (10) et l'arbre d'entraînement (2) sont connectés réciproquement par complémentarité de formes dans le sens de la rotation.
  19. Cylindre défibreur selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications 16 à 18, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'actionnement (9) est positionnable au dispositif de connexion (8) de type à clips ou à crans créant la connexion entre le corps de base (10) et l'arbre d'entraînement (2).
  20. Cylindre défibreur selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'actionnement (9) comporte un dispositif de soulèvement (90) agissant dans le sens radial, lequel peut être mis en opération sur le dispositif de connexion (8) de type à clips ou à crans à travers au moins une ouverture radiale (27) dans l'arbre d'entraînement (2).
  21. Cylindre défibreur selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications 16 à 20, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'actionnement (9) se présente sous la forme d'une élément demeurant en permanence dans l'arbre d'entraînement (2).
  22. Cylindre défibreur selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications 16 à 21, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'actionnement (9) est soumis à l'action d'un élément élastique (432), de telle manière qu'à sa position de repos, il se trouve à une certaine distance de la surface d'attaque d'éjecteur et/ou de la position desserrant le dispositif de connexion (3, 5, 6, 8).
  23. Métier à filer à bout libéré avec un dispositif d'ouverture de rubans de fibres et un cylindre défibreur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
