Definitions

  • the invention relates to a pedal mechanism according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
  • a pedal mechanism To the operation of pedals, for example in the motor vehicle, the different size of drivers and thus the different location be able to adapt to the optimum force application point for the driver, a pedal mechanism must be adjustable in the direction of travel (X) and / or in height (Z) be. This can also be an adaptation of the pedals to different Proportions and sitting habits of the drivers take place.
  • the technical problem underlying the invention is a Pedalwerk propose, in which the tread plate in an area that in a horizontal and vertical extent covering any point, is adjustable and adjustable to the force introduction angle Treadplate employment a possible horizontal trajectory of the tread plate enabled on actuation.
  • This problem is caused by a pedal mechanism according to Claim 1 solved.
  • An embodiment in which the adjusting device for the tread plate by a threaded rod is formed, which is caradan on both thighs stored nuts interspersed and engaged with the two nuts each having an opposing rising thread, has the advantage that it is in Simple way allows the four-bar linkage by bracing to change. As a result, an adjustability of the tread plate in or against the Direction of travel (positive or negative X direction) possible.
  • An embodiment with integrated in the guide rocker Threaded rod with the upper holding part and the slide block with opposing rising threads engaged has the advantage that with it an adjustment of the parts shifted in the vertical direction (Z direction), Holding part or slide block is made possible in a simple manner.
  • An embodiment in which the slopes of the legal and the Linksgewindees each other in proportion to the transmission ratio stand, has the advantage that due to the different gradients the Change of the distance between pressure point and main bearing to one corresponding change in the distance between main and push rod bearings can be implemented so that the gear ratio also at Adjustment of the tread plate is maintained. This will be done in an advantageous manner ensures that the same force on the footboard an equal Abreteskraft on the ram bearing is effective. The retention of the In addition, the high position of the pushrod bearing allows the angular position of the Push rod functional to maintain almost unchanged.
  • the X-direction rear leg is slightly longer than the front, is at an adjustment of the pedal in the -X direction of the headband and thus the attached tread plate pivoted slightly counterclockwise, so that a + Z-direction pointing motion coordinate is compensated and the Tread plate is adjusted on a nearly horizontal path.
  • An embodiment in which at least one of the threaded rods for the Adjustment in the X and Z directions is driven by a motor, has the advantage that the setting in a simple way from the control panel by corresponding control signals can be initiated.
  • the adjustability of the pedal mechanism according to the invention allows it in Appropriately, the connection of the pedal works of the in case of a crash decouple from deformation-prone bulkhead and connectivity instead to do this at crash-independent cross struts.
  • An embodiment in which the Pedalwerk an adjustable footrest is provided, in their adjustability of the position of the tread plate adapted accordingly, has the advantage that the driver depending on the setting the treadplate finds an ergonomically favorable support for the foot, so that when adjusting the footboard unfavorable fatigue or Cramping is avoided.
  • Fig. 1 the items of the illustrated as an embodiment Pedalwerk well recognizable in their functional interaction.
  • the fixed bearing block 1 with the fixed bearings of Main bearing and push rod coupling and the rotatable in one end mounted main bearing coupling 3 and the plunger bearing coupling 4, wherein the other End of the main bearing pad 3 in a trained in a slide block 5 Main bearing B rotatable and the other free end of the plunger bearing coupling 4 in one formed on the guide rocker 6 ram bearing A rotatable is stored.
  • the slide block 5 and the Support carriage 8 slidably mounted in the Z direction.
  • a threaded spindle 7 is arranged, which with a toothing of the Holding carriage 8 and the Gleitklotzes 5 is engaged.
  • the two legs 9, 10 are approximately parallel to each other two legs 9, 10 articulated, with their other end are hinged to the bracket 11.
  • the holding slide 8 the two legs 9, 10 and the headband 11 form a four-bar parallelogram.
  • the tread plate 12 is attached on the bracket 11, the tread plate 12 is attached.
  • the Nuts are penetrated by a threaded rod 13.
  • the forms the output point of the pedal mechanism is a push rod 14, for example, for a brake booster, rotatably mounted.
  • Fig. 2 in which the pedal mechanism in a basic position in side view is shown schematically, the main bearing B and the force application or pressure point C and the output point A, which is located in the plunger bearing, individually characterized.
  • the actuating force F forms the horizontal to the Force introduction angle ⁇ .
  • the tread plate has one opposite the horizontal one Angle of attack ⁇ .
  • Starting from the pressure point C is a rectangular area hatched representing the coordinates of the provided adjustability of the pedal mechanism in -Z and -X direction outlines.
  • horizontal Traces a, b and c drawn, the trajectories of the pressure point C (a) the ram bearing (b) and the tread plate with different coupling geometry (c) suggest.
  • Fig. 3 is a dash-dotted representation of the pedal unit in basic position and in solid lines, the pedal mechanism after operation in the X direction shown. It can be clearly seen that the tread plate 12 in the Actuation has moved approximately on a horizontal path and that the Retainer with the foot plate mounted slightly counterclockwise was panned. Furthermore, it can be seen that the main bearing something in -Z direction on a pivoting track around the articulation of the main bearing pad on the bearing block in -Z has moved. The ram bearing A is on one almost horizontal track in the X direction on a swivel path around the articulation of Rammer bearing coupling on the bearing block has been pivoted in the X direction.
  • the adjusting arrangement is designed so that during actuation of the Pedalwerk no adjustment is possible. After adjustment is the structure of Tread plate to Gleitklotz and thus from C to B to be regarded as rigid.
  • Fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of the pedal mechanism in a Fig. 1 is largely shown comparable representation.
  • a difference between the Illustrations in FIGS. 1 and 10 relate to the compensation of the Transmission ratio with adjustment in the Z direction, in Fig. 1 by a Threaded rod 7 with different slopes of the opposite direction rising threaded sections and in Fig. 10 by a cable 2 with Deflection and a gear, not shown, for example a Pulley, is made.
