Claims (25)
- Vorrichtung (1) zur gleichzeitigen Ausgabe von mindestens zwei Produkten, die getrennt in ersten und zweiten Beuteln mit elastischen Wänden (4, 5) verpackt sind, wobei die Vorrichtung auf weist:i) Mittel (6, 6'), um die zwei Beutel (4, 5) in übereinander angeordneter Stellung derart festzuhalten, dass Austrittsöffnungen (38, 38') der Beutel sich in gegenseitiger Nachbarschaft befinden; undii) Mittel (15, 15'), die bezüglich der Befestigungsmittel (6, 6') beweglich und in der Lage sind, die zwei Beutel so mit Druck zu beaufschlagen, dass der Austritt ihres Inhalts durch ihre Austrittsöffnungen (38, 38') gemäß einem vorbestimmten Verhältnis erzwungen wird,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckbeaufschlagungsmittel (15, 15') aus mindestens zwei Platten (15, 15') bestehen, wobei jede Platte mit den Befestigungsmitteln (6, 6') über eine Gelenkachse (14, 14') verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gelenkachse (14, 14') im Wesentlichen lotrecht zu einer Längsachse X der Vorrichtung ist.

- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckbeaufschlagungsmittel (15, 15') der Beutel (4, 5) zwei Druckbeaufschlagungsplatten (15, 15') aufweisen, zwischen denen die zwei übereinanderliegenden Beutel (4, 5) angeordnet sind, wobei die Platten (15, 15') symmetrisch zu beiden Seiten einer Mittelebene angeordnet sind, die sich an der Schnittstelle zwischen den zwei Beuteln (4, 5) befindet, wobei ein erstes Ende (24, 24') der Platten, das sich in der Nähe der Austrittsöffnungen (38, 38') befindet, mit den Befestigungsmitteln (6, 6') über eine Gelenkachse (14, 14') gekoppelt ist, während ein zweites Ende (23, 23') der Platten, entgegengesetzt zum ersten (24, 24'), frei ist, so dass die gegenseitige Annäherung der zweiten Enden (23, 23') der Platten die gleiche Druckbeaufschlagung der Beutel (4, 5) bewirkt.

- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aufweist:i) ein erstes Element (2),das einen ersten Befestigungsbereich (6) und eine erste Druckbeaufschlagungsplatte (15) aufweist, die bezüglich des ersten Befestigungsbereichs in einer Richtung quer zu einer Mittelebene der ersten Platte (15) beweglich ist;ii) ein zweites Element (3), das einen zweiten Befestigungsbereich (6') und eine zweite Druckbeaufschlagungsplatte (15') aufweist, die bezüglich des zweiten Befestigungsbereichs in einer Richtung quer zu einer Mittelebene der zweiten Platte (15') beweglich ist; undiii) Einhakmittel (13, 13', 43, 43'), um die ersten und zweiten Beutel (4, 5) in der übereinander liegenden Stellung zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Element zu halten, wobei eine Hauptseite (31) des ersten Beutels (4) zumindest zum Teil gegenüber einer Innenseite (22) der ersten Druckbeaufschlagungsplatte (15) liegt, während eine Hauptseite (31') des zweiten Beutels (5), die sich entgegengesetzt zur Hauptseite des ersten Beutels befindet, zumindest zum Teil gegenüber einer Innenseite (22') der zweiten Druckbeaufschlagungsplatte (15') liegt.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der zwischen den ersten und zweiten Elementen (2, 3) montierten Stellung der Beutel (4, 5) ein Endabschnitt (37, 37') der Beutel (4, 5) sich über die ersten und zweiten Befestigungsbereiche (6, 6') hinaus verlängert, um ihr Öffnen durch Aufreißen, Abschneiden oder Bruch des Endabschnitts zu erlauben.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der montierten Stellung der Vorrichtung der erste und der zweite Befestigungsbereich (6, 6') eine Tülle (9, 9') bilden, die gemäß einer Achse X der Vorrichtung ausgerichtet ist und das lokalisierte Auftragen der zwei Produkte erlaubt.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der eine und/oder der andere der ersten und zweiten Befestigungsbereiche (6, 6') über mindestens einen Teil der Länge der Tülle eine axiale Verdickung (10, 10') bildet (bilden), wobei jeder der Beutel einen Austrittskanal (36, 36') begrenzt, der einerseits an der Austrittsöffnung (38, 38') und andererseits an einem Abschnitt größerer Breite mündet, der ein Reservoir (34, 34') bildet, wobei die axiale(n) Verdickung(en) die Kommunikation zwischen den Austrittsöffnungen (38, 38') der Beutel und ihren jeweiligen Reservoirs (34, 34') über ihre jeweiligen Austrittskanäle (36, 36') erleichtert (erleichtern).
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der montierten Stellung der Vorrichtung die erste und die zweite Druckbeaufschlagungsplatte (15, 15') in der Lage sind, bezüglich der ersten und zweiten Befestigungsbereiche (6, 6') um eine Gelenkzone (14, 14') insbesondere in Form eines Folienscharniers zu schwenken, das im Wesentlichen lotrecht zu einer Längsachse X der Vorrichtung ausgerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gelenkzonen (14, 14') der ersten und zweiten Elemente gemäß der Lotrechten zur Achse X durch erste Enden (16, 17, 16', 17') von zwei Ausschnitten (18, 19, 18', 19') begrenzt werden, die sich schräg bis zu zweiten Enden erstrecken, die an Längsrändern (20, 21, 20', 21') der ersten und zweiten Elemente (2, 3) münden.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einhakmittel (13, 13', 43, 43') eine umkehrbare Montage der Beutel (4, 5) auf der Vorrichtung gewährleisten.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einhakmittel (13, 13', 43, 43') eine unumkehrbare Montage der Beutel (4, 5) auf der Vorrichtung gewährleisten.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einhakmittel mindestens ein Element (13, 13'), insbesondere in Form einer Schraube, eines Widerhakensystems, oder eines Niets aufweisen, das Befestigungslöcher (12, 12', 41, 42, 41', 42') durchquert, die in den ersten und zweiten Beuteln (4, 5), sowie in dem einen und/oder anderen der ersten und zweiten Befestigungsbereiche (6, 6') ausgespart sind, wobei die Löcher einander gegenüber angeordnet werden können.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das (oder die) Einhakelement(e) (13, 13') fest mit dem einen und/oder dem anderen der ersten und zweiten Befestigungsbereiche (6, 6') verbunden ist (sind).
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 18 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten und zweiten Beutel (4, 5) sowie die ersten und zweiten Befestigungsbereiche (6, 6') je zwei Schultern (7, 8, 7', 8', 39, 40, 39', 40') bilden, die sich zu beiden Seiten einer Längsachse X der Vorrichtung befinden, wobei die Vorrichtung (1) mindestens ein Einhakmittel (13, 43, 13', 43') zu beiden Seiten der Achse X in Höhe jeder der Schultern aufweist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein erstes Einhakelement (13) fest mit dem ersten Befestigungsbereich (6) verbunden ist, während mindestens ein zweites Einhakmittel (13') fest mit dem zweiten Befestigungsbereich (6') verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, zumindest vor der Öffnung der Austrittsöffnungen (38, 38'), insbesondere durch Aufreißen, Abschneiden oder Brechen, die erste und die zweite Druckbeaufschlagungsplatte (15, 15') auseinandergehen, indem sie sich von den Austrittsöffnungen entfernen (38, 38'), wobei ein freies Ende (23, 23') der Druckbeaufschlagungsplatten sich über den Boden (32, 32') des ersten und des zweiten Beutels hinaus erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der Beutel (4, 5) zwei Folien (30, 31, 30', 31'), die je eine Hauptseite des Beutels bilden, und eine Endfolie (32, 32') aufweist, die einen Boden bildet.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens einer der ersten und zweiten Beutel (4, 5) ausgehend von einem Komplex aus Aluminium und einem Plastikmaterial geformt wird, der mit sich selbst wärmschweißbar ist.
- Verwendung einer Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zur gleichzeitigen Ausgabe von mindestens zwei Produkten, um eine kosmetische Zusammensetzung insbesondere zur Haarpflege zu bilden.
