  1. Device (1) for the simultaneous dispensing of at least two products, packaged separately in first and second flexible-walled sachets (4, 5), the said device comprising:
    i) means (6, 6') for fixedly holding the two sachets (4, 5) in a superposed position so that respective outlet orifices (38, 38') of the said sachets are in the vicinity of one another; and
    ii) means (15, 15') which can move with respect to the fixing means (6, 6') and are able to pressurize the two sachets in such a way as to force their contents out through their respective outlet orifices (38, 38') in a predetermined ratio, characterized in that the pressurizing means (15, 15') consist of at least two plates (15, 15'), each plate being coupled to the fixing means (6, 6') via an articulation axis (14, 14').
  2. Device (1) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the said articulation axis (14, 14') is roughly perpendicular to a longitudinal axis X of the device.
  3. Device (1) according to Claim 2, characterized in that the two plates (15, 15') are arranged one facing the other, each plate (15, 15') being delimited by two longitudinal edges (20, 21, 20', 21'), the longitudinal edges (20, 21) of the first plate (15) being, over the entirety of their length, a variable distance away from the corresponding edges (20', 21') of the second plate (15').
  4. Device (1) according to Claim 2 or 3, characterized in that each plate (15, 15') comprises a first end (24, 24') situated in the vicinity of the outlet orifices (38, 38'), and a second end (23, 23') at the opposite end to the first, the said first end (24, 24') being adjacent to the articulation axis (14, 14').
  5. Device (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the said sachets (4, 5) can be opened by cutting, tearing or breaking an end portion (37, 37') of the said sachets (4, 5).
  6. Device (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the means (15, 15') for pressurizing the sachets (4, 5) comprise two pressurizing plates (15, 15') between which the two superposed sachets (4, 5) are arranged, the said plates (15, 15') being arranged symmetrically on each side of a mid-plane situated at the interface between the two sachets (4, 5), a first end (24, 24') of the said plates, which end is situated in the vicinity of the said outlet orifices (38, 38'), being coupled to the fixing means (6, 6') via an articulation axis (14, 14'), a second end (23, 23') of the said plates, at the opposite end to the first (24, 24'), being free so that bringing the second ends (23, 23') of the said plates closer together causes the said sachets (4, 5) to be pressurized identically.
  7. Device (1) according to Claim 6, characterized in that the two pressurizing plates (15, 15') are obtained from two identical mouldings.
  8. Device (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that it is configured in such a way as to be able to rest freely on a roughly horizontal support (S) with the said outlet orifices (38, 38') some distance from the said support.
  9. Device (1) according to Claim 8, characterized in that it is configured so as to be able to rest roughly vertically on the said support (S).
  10. Device (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 9, characterized in that it comprises:
    i) a first element (2) comprising a first fixing part (6) and a first pressurizing plate (15) that moves with respect to the first fixing part in a direction transverse to a mean plane of the said first plate (15);
    ii) a second element (3) comprising a second fixing part (6') and a second pressurizing plate (15') that moves with respect to the second fixing part in a direction transverse to a mean plane of the said second plate (15'); and
    iii) catching means (13, 13', 43, 43') for holding the said first and second sachets (4, 5) in a superposed position between the said first and second elements, a main face (31) of the first sachet (4) being, at least in part, opposite an internal face (22) of the first pressurizing plate (15), a main face (31') of the second sachet (5), situated on the opposite side to the said main face of the first sachet, being, at least in part, opposite an internal face (22') of the second pressurizing plate (15').
  11. Device (1) according to Claim 10, characterized in that, when the sachets (4, 5) are in position between the first and second elements (2, 3), an end portion (37, 37') of the said sachets (4, 5) continues beyond the said first and second fixing parts (6, 6') so as to allow them to be opened, particularly by tearing, cutting or breaking the said end portion.
  12. Device (1) according to Claim 10 or 11, characterized in that, when the device is in the assembled position, the said first and second fixing parts (6, 6') form an end-piece (9, 9') directed along an axis X of the device and allowing localized application of the two products.
  13. Device (1) according to Claim 12, characterized in that one and/or other of the said first and second fixing parts (6, 6') forms (form), on at least part of the length of the end-piece, an axial bulge (10, 10'), each of the said sachets delimiting an outlet duct (36, 36') opening, on the one hand, into the said outlet orifice (38, 38') and, on the other hand, into a larger-width portion forming a reservoir (34, 34'), the axial bulge(s) facilitating the communication between the outlet orifices (38, 38') of the sachets and their respective reservoirs (34, 34') via their respective outlet ducts (36, 36').
  14. Device (1) according to any one of Claims 10 to 13, characterized in that, when the device is in the assembled position, the said first and second pressurizing plates (15, 15') are able to pivot with respect to the said first and second fixing parts (6, 6'), respectively, about an articulation region (14, 14'), particularly in the form of a living hinge, oriented roughly at right angles to a longitudinal axis X of the device.
  15. Device (1) according to Claim 14, characterized in that the articulation regions (14, 14') of the first and second elements are delimited along the perpendicular to the axis X by first ends (16, 17, 16', 17') of two cuts (18, 19, 18' , 19') running at an angle as far as second ends opening onto respective longitudinal edges (20, 21, 20', 21') of the said first and second elements (2, 3).
  16. Device (1) according to any one of Claims 10 to 15, characterized in that the said catching means (13, 13', 43, 43') allow the sachets (4, 5) to be assembled reversibly on the device.
  17. Device (1) according to any one of Claims 10 to 15, characterized in that the said catching means (13, 13', 43, 43') allow the sachets (4, 5) to be assembled irreversibly on the device.
  18. Device (1) according to Claim 16 or 17, characterized in that the catching means comprise at least one element (13, 13'), particularly in the form of a screw, of a barbed system, or of a rivet, passing through fixing holes (12, 12', 41, 42, 41', 42') formed in the first and second sachets (4, 5) and in one and/or other of the said first and second fixing parts (6, 6'), the said holes being able to be placed in register with each other.
  19. Device (1) according to Claim 18, characterized in that the said catching element(s) (13, 13') is (are) secured to one and/or other of the said first and second fixing parts (6, 6').
  20. Device (1) according to Claim 18 or 19, characterized in that the said first and second sachets (4, 5) and the said first and second fixing parts (6, 6') each form two shoulders (7, 8, 7', 8', 39, 40, 39', 40') situated one on each side of a longitudinal axis X of the device, the device (1) comprising at least one catching element (13, 43, 13', 43') on each side of the axis X, at each of the said shoulders.
  21. Device (1) according to Claim 20, characterized in that at least one first catching element (13) is secured to the first fixing part (6), at least one second catching element (13') being secured to the second fixing part (6').
  22. Device (1) according to any one of Claims 10 to 21, characterized in that, at least prior to opening the outlet orifices (38, 38'), particularly by tearing, cutting or breaking, the first and second pressurizing plates (15, 15') diverge in the direction away from the said outlet orifices (38, 38'), a free end (23, 23') of the said pressurizing plates extending beyond the bottom (32, 32') of the said first and second sachets.
  23. Device (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 22, characterized in that each of the sachets (4, 5) comprises two sheets (30, 31, 30', 31') each delimiting a main face of the sachet, and an end sheet (32, 32') forming a bottom.
  24. Device (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 23, characterized in that at least one of the said first and second sachets (4, 5) is formed of a complex of aluminium and of a plastic that can be thermally welded to itself.
  25. Use of a device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims for the simultaneous dispensing of at least two products with a view to forming a cosmetic composition, particularly a hair composition.
