Abstract

Eine Tischvitrine zur Zurschaustellung von Gegenständen mit einem mit einem Untergestell fest verbundenen Teil und einem an dem Unterteil (15) schwenkbar befestigten Oberteil (16), welches ein vorderes (1), ein hinteres (2), ein rechtes (3), ein linkes (4) und ein oberes Seitenteil (5) aufweist, von denen mindestens das obere Seitenteil aus einer Glasscheibe besteht und wobei das Oberteil (16) elektromotorisch bewegbar ist. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Neuerung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Zurschaustellung von Gegenständen mit einem mit einem Untergestell fest verbundenen Unterteil und einem an dem Unterteil schwenkbar befestigten Oberteil, welches ein vorderes, ein hinteres, ein rechtes, ein linkes und ein oberes Seitenteil aufweist, von denen mindestens das obere Seitenteil aus einer Glasscheibe besteht.
Eine derartige Vorrichtung ist bereits bekannt. So wird in der Druckschrift DE 195 13 151 C1 eine Vitrine zur Zurschaustellung von Gegenständen beschrieben, welche aus einem Unterteil und einem nach unten offenen Oberteil besteht, welches mindestens eine hintere Seitenfläche, eine vordere Seitenfläche, eine linke und eine rechte Seitenfläche und eine obere Fläche aufweist, von denen beispielsweise die vordere, die linke und die rechte Seitenfläche und die obere Fläche aus Glas bestehen, wobei das Oberteil mit dem Unterteil schwenkbar verbunden ist.
Bei dieser bekannten Vitrine wird das Oberteil im geöffneten Zustand von einer oder zwei Gasdruckfedern gehalten, welche jeweils im Bereich der Seitenflächen und zwar einerseits am Unterteil und andererseits am Oberteil angebracht sind. Die Gasdruckfedern erleichtern auch das Öffnen der Vitrine. Nachteilig ist jedoch die Auswahl der jeweiligen Gasdruckfedern, deren Kraft von dem Gewicht des Oberteils abhängig ist. Weiterhin ist die Verwendung von Gasdruckfedern für den Gewichtsausgleich des Oberteils immer dann problematisch, wenn der Innenraum der Vitrine hermetisch von der Außenluft im geschlossenen Zustand der Vitrine abgeschlossen werden soll, da zwar an der Unterseite des Oberteils bzw. an der Oberseite des Unterteils im Randbereich ein umlaufender Dichtungsstreifen vorhanden ist, die Gasdruckfedern jedoch dem Gewicht des Oberteils entgegenwirken und damit eine sichere Auflage des Oberteils auf dem Unterteil verhindern, wenn nicht zusätzliche Maßnahmen getroffen werden, damit zwischen Oberteil und Unterteil eine luftdichte Verbindung im geschlossenen Zustand der Vitrine sichergestellt ist.
Die Aufgabe der Neuerung besteht nun darin, eine Vitrine anzugeben, bei welcher auf die Gasdruckfedern verzichtet werden kann, welche dennoch leicht zu öffnen und zu schließen ist und dabei eine luftdichte Verbindung zwischen Oberteil und Unterteil gewährleistet ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß das Oberteil elektromotorisch bewegbar ist.
Durch die Verwendung geeigneter Mittel in Verbindung mit einem Elektromotor kann auf diese Weise das Oberteil vom Unterteil leicht nach oben verschwenkt werden, andererseits kann beim Schließvorgang der Vitrine das Oberteil wieder auf das Unterteil ebenso bewegt werden und zwar soweit, daß zwischen Oberteil und Unterteil wieder eine luftdichte Verbindung entsteht.
Weitere Vorteile ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
Die Neuerung wird anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert, welches in der Zeichnung dargestellt ist.

Eine Tischvitrine gemäß Fig.1 weist ein Oberteil 16 auf, welches aus einer vorderen 1, einer hinteren 2, einer rechten 3, einer linken 4 und einer oberen Seitenfläche 5 besteht und mit einem Unterteil 15 beweglich verbunden ist. Sämtliche Seitenflächen, zumindest jedoch die obere Seitenfläche 5 bestehen aus Glasscheiben. Der durch die Seitenscheiben 1 bis 5 umgrenzte Raum des Oberteils dient zum Schutz von mehr oder weniger flachen Ausstellungsgegenständen z.B. in Museen. Um den Zugang zu den Ausstellungsgegenständen zu ermöglichen, kann das im Bereich einer der Seitenflächen 2 bis 4 schwenkbar gelagerte Oberteil 16 in einem gewissen Bereich nach oben bewegt werden (siehe Fig. 2). Das Unterteil 15 kann aus einem mit Beinen 7 versehenen Untergestell 6 oder auch aus einem kubusförmigen geschlossenen Block bestehen.
Wie in Fig. 3 gezeigt, werden die Seitenscheiben 1 bis 4 des Oberteils 16 jeweils in dem dem Unterteil 15 zugewandten Bereich von einem oberen Rahmen 9 gehalten, wobei dieser aus Strangpreß-Metallprofilen gebildet wird. Fluchtend mit dem oberen Rahmen 9 ist ein aus ebenfalls Strangpreß-Metallprofilen bestehender unterer Rahmen 10 vorhanden, welcher das Unterteil 15 bildet und mit dem Untergestell 6 fest verbunden ist. Im geschlossenen Zustand des Oberteils 16, d.h. wenn dieses auf dem Unterteil 15 aufliegt, liegen die Rahmen 9 und 10 fluchtend aufeinander. Je nach Form und Größe der Tischvitrine befinden sich entweder im Bereich der hinteren 2 oder einer der beiden Seitenflächen 3 oder 4 ein oder mehrere Scharniere 18 (siehe Fig. 2), die jeweils am oberen Rahmen 9 oder auch an der Hinterkante des oberen Seitenteils 5 und am unteren Rahmen 10 angebracht sind und auf diese Weise die Schwenkbarkeit des Oberteils 16 ermöglichen.
Das Öffnen des Oberteils 16, d.h. das Schwenken desselben nach oben und ebenso das Schließen, d.h. das Absenken des Oberteils 16 auf das Unterteil 15 erfolgt durch einen nicht gezeigten Elektromotor, welcher im Unterteil 15 oder im unteren Rahmen 10 untergebracht ist und einen Verstellmechanismus antreibt, beispielsweise ein Schubglied 8 (Fig 2.). Dabei kann der Elektromotor zusammen mit dem Schubglied 8 im Bereich des vorderen Seitenteils 1 (siehe Fig. 1 oder 2) vorzugsweise in der Mitte oder auch im Bereich des rechten 3 oder des linken Seitenteils 4 angebracht sein. Das Schubglied ist mit seinem dem Elektromotor abgewandten Ende in der Querachse beweglich mit dem oberen Rahmen 9 verbunden. Wird der Elektromotor unter eine Spannung mit entsprechender Polarität gesetzt, so wird durch angeschlossene nicht gezeigte Mittel seine Drehbewegung in eine Schubbewegung umgesetzt, die auf das Schubglied 8 wirkt und so das Oberteil 16 vom Unterteil 15 abhebt und zwar so weit, wie die maximal ausfahrbare Länge des Schubgliedes 8 es zuläßt. Zum Absenken des Oberteils 16 auf das Unterteil 15 wird die Drehrichtung des Elektromotors durch entsprechendes Umpolen der Spannung geändert.
Eine andere Möglichkeit des Aufbaus eines Verstellmechanismus kann darin bestehen, daß der Motor eine Gewindespindel mit Außengewinde antreibt, welche sich in einer Gewindehülse mit Innengewinde befindet. Der Elektromotor, welcher starr mit der Gewindespindel verbunden ist, ist dabei in einer Kammer 17 (siehe Fig. 3), die durch eine entsprechende Ausbildung der beiden Metallprofile des oberen 9 und des unteren Rahmens 10 im aufeinanderliegenden Zustand entsteht, mit einem ersten Befestigungspunkt 13 am unteren Rahmen 10 in der Querachse beweglich verbunden. Die Gewindehülse ist an ihrem, dem Elektromotor abgwandten Ende mit einem zweiten Befestigungspunkt 14 des oberen Rahmens 9 ebenfalls in der Querachse beweglich verbunden. Liegen beide Rahmen 9 und 10 aufeinander, dann beträgt der Abstand der beiden Befestigungspunkte 13 und 14 zueinander dem Abstand zwischen dem der Gewindespindel abgewandten Ende des Elekromotors und dem dem Elektromotors abgewandten Ende der Gewindehülse im Ruhezustand diese Verstellmechanismus. Zur Abdichtung des Innenraums des Oberteils 16 im geschlossenen Zustand der Vitrine ist im unteren Rahmen 10 ein umlaufender elastischer Dichtungsstreifen 11 vorgesehen, welcher sich an den oberen Rahmen 9 anlegt.
Ist die Anordnung Elektromotor/Verstellmechanismus selbsthemmend, dann kann nicht nur auf eine Haltevorrichtung für das Oberteil 16 im geöffneten Zustand verzichtet werden sondern auch der Einbau eines Zylinderschosses im unteren Rahmen 10 entfallen, besonders dann, wenn der Elektromotor seine Energie durch eine von außen anschließbare elektrische Stromversorgungseinrichtung erhält, die nur dann angeschlossen werden muß, wenn das Oberteil der Tischvitrine geöffnet oder geschlossen werden soll. Ist ein Zylinderschloß vorhanden, dann muß u.U. ein von diesem betätigbarer elektrischer Kontakt vorhanden sein, welcher den Stromkreis für den Elektromotor im abgeschlossenen Zustand unterbricht. Weiterhin können auch weitere Kontakte vorhanden sein, welche die Stromzufuhr für den Elektromotor in der jeweiligen Drehrichtung unterbrechen, sobald der Verstellmechanismus eine seiner beiden Endlagen erreicht hat.
Ebenso ist denkbar, die Stromversorgungseinrichtung ständig anzuschließen und das Öffnen und Schließen der Vitrine durch die Betätigung entsprechender Kontakte zu veranlassen. Ist der Verstellmechanismus auch im geschlossenen Zustand der Vitrine selbsthemmend und kann deshalb auf ein Zylinderschloß verzichtet werden, dann besteht die Möglichkeit im Brandfall ausgelöst durch eine Brandmeldeanlage durch selbsttätiges Schließen entsprechender Kontakte das Öffnen einer oder mehrerer Vitrinen automatisch auszulösen. Damit ist sichergestellt, daß bei einem Brand die in den Vitrinen befindlichen Gegenstände schnell in Sicherheit gebracht werden können.

Claims (9)

  1. Tischvitrine zur Zurschaustellung von Gegenständen mit einem mit einem Untergestell fest verbundenen Unterteil und einem an dem Unterteil schwenkbar befestigten Oberteil, welches ein vorderes, ein hinteres, ein rechtes, ein linkes und ein oberes Seitenteil aufweist, von denen mindestens das obere Seitenteil aus einer Glasscheibe besteht,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Oberteil (16) elektromotorisch bewegbar ist.
  2. Tischvitrine nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Oberteil (16) einen oberen Rahmen (9) und das Unterteil (10) einen unteren Rahmen (10) aufweist, wobei im oberen Rahmen (9) die Seitenteile (1,2,3,4) auf der dem oberen Seitenteil (5) abgewandten Seite gehalten werden und daß im unteren Rahmen (10) oder im Unterteil (15) oder im Untergestell (6) ein mit einem Verstellmechanismus verbundener Elektromotor angebracht ist und der Verstellmechanismus auf das Oberteil (16) wirkt.
  3. Tischvitrinenach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
    dadurchgekennzeichnet,
    daß am Untergestell (6) eine Vorrichtung angebracht ist, welche aus einem Elektromotor und einem von diesem bewegbaren Schubglied (8) besteht, wobei dessen freies Ende mit dem Oberteil (16) zumindest in einer Achse beweglich verbunden ist.
  4. Tischvitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Unterteil (15) einen unteren Rahmen (10) aufweist, wobei der obere Rahmen (9) und der untere Rahmen (10) aus Metallprofilen besteht, welche im geschlossenen Zustand der Vitrine eine Kammer (17) bilden, und daß in dieser Kammer (17) ein Elektromotor zumindest in einer Achse beweglich mit dem unteren Rahmen (10) verbunden ist, welcher eine Gewindespindel antreibt, die von einer Gewindehülse umgeben ist, die ihrerseits zumindest in einer Achse beweglich mit dem oberen Rahmen (9) verbunden ist.
  5. Tischvitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Elektromotor durch eine von außen an die Vitrine anschließbare Stromquelle gespeist wird.
  6. Tischvitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stromkreis für den Elektromotor für den Schließvorgang bei Erreichen der Endlage des Oberteils (16) durch einen entsprechend angebrachten ersten Kontakt unterbrochen wird.
  7. Tischvitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stromkreis für den Elektromotor für den Vorgang des Öffnens bei Erreichen der Endlage des Oberteils (16) durch einen entsprechend angebrachten zweiten Kontakt unterbrochen wird.
  8. Tischvitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verstellmechanismus (8) im abgeschaltetem Zustand des Elektromotors selbsthemmend ist.
  9. Tischvitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im unteren (10) oder im oberen Rahmen (9) ein Zylinderschloß vorgesehen ist, welches im Schließzustand das Öffnen der Vitrine verhindert, und daß vom Zylinderschloß im Schließzustand ein elektrischer Kontakt betätigt wird, welcher den Stromkreis des Elektromotors unterbricht.
