Description

Gebiet der Erfindung
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Behälter gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 zur Aufnahme von fließfähigen Gütern, insbesondere in Form einer Getränkedose, die mit einer Sollbruchlinie versehen ist, welche nach Aufreißen eine Trink- oder Ausgießöffnung ergibt.
Hintergrund der Erfindung
Getränkedosen weisen gewöhnlich eine Hufeisen-förmige Sollbruchlinie auf, die einen Wandbereich umgrenzt, an welchem eine Lasche (Ringpull) befestigt ist. Wenn eine solche Getränkedose durch Betätigen der Lasche geöffnet worden ist, kann sie nicht mehr wirksam geschlossen werden, was im Falle von Kohlensäure-haltigen Getränken dazu führt, daß der Doseninhalt rasch verbraucht werden muß, andernfalls das Getränk schal schmeckt.
Um diesen Mangel zu beheben, ist es bereits bekannt (DE 196 13 256 A1), ein deckelförmiges Verschlusselement vorzusehen, welches Eingriffselemente aufweist, die mit Gegeneingriffselementen an einer zylindrischen Wand der Dose, der sogenannten Kernwand, in der Art eines Bajonettverschlusses zusammen wirken, um auf diese Weise eine in der Dose eingedrückte Trink- oder Ausgießöffnung luftdicht zu verschließen. Um diese Ausgießöffnung herzustellen, weist das Verschlusselement bogenförmige Druckelemente auf, die in eine Sicke der Deckelwand der Dose eingreifen und beim Drehen des Verschlusselements auf eine schräg ansteigende Druckfläche der Sicke aufreiten, um so die Sollbruchlinie aufzureißen, die sich um den Rand der Deckelwand der Dose herum erstreckt. Nachteilig an dieser Gestaltung der Getränkedose ist der Umstand, daß die Umrissform der üblichen Getränkedosen verlassen wird, so daß die Stapelbarkeit mit üblichen Getränkedosen nicht gegeben ist. Beim Gebrauch muß ferner das Verschlusselement von der Getränkedose abgenommen werden, um die Ausgießöffnung frei zu machen.
Bei einem Behälter nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 (US-A-3 726 432) ist eine ebene Deckelwand mit Einbuchtung und Schrägfläche vorgesehen, in die ein zungenförmiger Vorsprung hineinreicht, der an einem zusätzlichen, drehbaren Deckel angebracht ist. Die Deckelwand des Behälters weist eine Sollbruchlinie auf, die einen kreisförmigen Bereich und einen bogenförmigen Bereich umgibt, wobei die Sollbruchlinie in dem kreisförmigen Bereich an einer Stelle unterbrochen ist, die dem bogenförmigen Bereich gegenüberliegt. Wenn der zusätzliche Deckel mit dem zungenförmigen Vorsprung gedreht wird, fährt dieser zunächst in den bogenförmigen Bereich und dann in den kreisförmigen Bereich ein und reisst die Sollbruchlinie auf, wobei der gebildete Wandlappen ins Innere des Behälters geschwenkt wird. Der Wandlappen wird dabei an der Stelle zwischen den Enden der Sollbruchlinie gebogen. Es besteht die Gefahr, dass sich die Deckelwand an dieser Biegestelle wölbt, so dass es keine ebene Auflage mit der Wand des drehbaren Deckels gibt, was keine gute Abdichtung erwarten lässt.
Eine Dose mit zwei vorstehenden, kappenartigen Bereichen, die jeweils durch eine Sollbruchlinie umgeben sind, kann mit einem Dosenaufsatzdeckel geöffnet werden, der schräge Anschlagskanten aufweist (EP-A-0 340 835). Der Dosenaufsatzdeckel weist noch zwei zylindrische Bereiche auf, die bei entsprechender Drehung des Dosenaufsatzdeckels in die aufgerissenen Öffnungen der Dose stopfenartig eingeführt werden können. Es ist zweifelhaft, ob eine Öffnung, die sich entlang einer Sollbruchlinie bildet, auf diese Weise abgedichtet verschlossen werden kann.
Bei Getränkedosen ist es bekannt (US-A-5 816 427), die Ausgießöffnung durch zueinander parallele Schlitze zu bilden, die mit einer drehbaren Abdeckung erzeugt werden. Eine Abdichtung der Getränkedose nach dem Öffnen ist nicht vorgesehen.
Bei einer Getränkedose mit Deckeldrehverschluss (US-A-5 692 633) ist auf der Deckelwand eine mit Schrägflächen versehene Erhebung vorgesehen, die von einer Sollbruchlinie umgeben wird. Der Deckeldrehverschluss weist eine Öffnung entsprechend dem Umriss der Sollbruchlinie und eine mit Schrägflächen versehene Erhebung auf, welche die Erhebung der Deckelwand eng umgibt, so dass beim Drehen des Deckeldrehverschlusses die Erhebung der Deckelwand entlang der Sollbruchlinie abgeschert wird.
Zusammenfassung der Erfindung
Eine Zielrichtung der Erfindung besteht darin, einen Behälter mit Drehverschluss zu schaffen, der mit handelsüblichen Behältern gleicher Art stapelbar gestaltet sein kann.
Eine weitere Zielrichtung der Erfindung besteht darin, einen Behälter mit Drehverschluss zu schaffen, der sich auch zum Abdichten von Kohlensäure-haltigen Getränken eignet.
Eine weitere Zielrichtung der Erfindung besteht darin, einen Behälter mit Drehverschluss zu schaffen, bei dem die Trink- oder Ausgussöffnung durch einfaches Drehen(ohne Abnehmen) des Drehverschlusses geöffnet und geschlossen werden kann.
Eine weitere Zielrichtung der Erfindung besteht darin, einen Behälter mit Drehverschluss zu schaffen, bei dem eine einzige Ausgießöffnung wegen ihrer relativen Größe ausreicht, als Trinköffnung zu dienen.
Gemäß Erfindung wird ein Deckeldrehverschluss mit sämtlichen Merkmalen des kennzeichnenden Teils des Anspruchs 1 geschaffen, der an dem Behälter drehbar angebracht wird. Der Deckeldrehverschluss weist einen Vorsprung auf, mit dem sich durch Drehen des Deckeldrehverschlusses eine Ausgiessöffnung in der Deckelwand des Gefäßes öffnen lässt. Der Deckeldrehverschluss weist ferner eine ausgesparte Öffnung auf, die in Überdeckung mit der Ausgießöffnung in der Deckelwand des Gefäßes gebracht werden kann, um Inhalt aus dem Gefäß zu entnehmen. Die ausgesparte Öffnung im Deckeldrehverschluss kann auch zu einer neutralen Stelle gedreht werden, wonach Wandteile des Deckeldrehverschlusses die Ausgießöffnung in der Deckelwand abdecken und verschließen. Der Behälter und der Deckeldrehverschluss sind mit Abstützeinrichtungen versehen, so dass die Auflage der Wand des Deckeldrehverschlusses auf dem Rand der Ausgießöffnung in der Deckelwand ausreichend groß ist, auch Kohlensäure-haltige Getränke abzudichten.
Im einzelnen wird der Deckeldrehverschluss als Haube auf die Dose gesetzt und daran mittels Klipsen gehalten, welche den Randfalz bei handelsüblichen Blechdosen hintergreifen. Es genügen drei Klipse, die sich mit ihren Einbuchtungen an dem Randfalz festkrallen und den Drehverschluss halten, ohne dessen Drehbewegung zu verhindern. Die Haubenform des Drehverschlusses bietet genügend große Griff-Flächen für die Hand, so daß der Drehverschluss bequem umgriffen und gedreht werden kann, wobei eine große Hebellänge gebildet wird. Zum Öffnen der Ausgießöffnung, d. h. des durch Schwächungskerben umgrenzten Bereichs der Deckelwand, ist an dem Drehverschluss ein Vorsprung vorgesehen, der sich durch Betätigen des Drehverschlusses in den umgrenzten Bereich hineindrücken lässt, so dass der Deckel längs eines kurzen Stückes der Schwächungslinien einreisst. Durch weiteres Drehen am Drehverschluss lässt sich der Vorsprung über die Fläche des umgrenzten Bereiches hinweg verschieben, so dass die Deckelwand in diesem umgrenzten Bereich fortlaufend und nach unten gebogen und sich der Riss entlang der Schwächungskerben fortsetzt, bis die Ausgießöffnung vervollständigt ist. In der bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung kommt dabei die ausgesparte Öffnung in dem Deckeldrehverschluss zur Überdeckung mit der Ausgießöffnung in der Deckelwand des Behälters. Durch Rückdrehen des Deckeldrehverschlusses wird der Behälter verschlossen.
Von besonderem Vorteil ist, dass handelsübliche Dosen verwendet werden können, bei denen lediglich die Aufreisslasche nicht angebracht und durch den Drehverschluss ersetzt werden. Von weiterem Vorteil ist, dass der Drehverschluss in seiner Schließstellung gut abdichtet, so dass auch Kohlensäure-haltige Getränke in der Dose unter einem gewissen Druck gehalten werden können.

Beschreibung der Ausführungsformen
Fig. 1 zeigt das obere Ende einer Dose, d. h. einen drehsymmetrischen Wandbereich 1, z. B. aus Weißblech, der durch eine Deckelwand 2 z.B. aus Aluminium verschlossen ist, wobei eine Randfalzung 3 gebildet wird. Die Deckelwand 2 weist eine umlaufende Rille 8 und einen umgrenzten Bereich 5 auf, der etwas gegenüber der Ebene der Deckelwand 2 abgesenkt ist und über Schwächungskerben 6 als Sollbruchlinien (Fig. 2) zum teilweisen Aufreissen vorbereitet ist. Auf der Deckelwand 2 sind ferner zwei Raststellen in Form von Eindellungen 7a, 7b angebracht.
Wie aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich, haben die Schwächungsrillen 6 bogenförmige Abschnitte 6a, 6b, 6c und 6d. Die bogenförmigen Abschnitte 6a und 6b laufen im Großen und Ganzen entlang von radialen Linien, deren Winkel zueinander knapp unterhalb von 90° beträgt. Der Abschnitt 6b ist etwas länger als der Abschnitt 6a. Die Abschnitte 6c und 6d verlaufen in etwa konzentrisch zu der Mittelachse 4, wobei die Konzentrizität wegen des Zulaufens zum längerem Abschnitt 6b nicht ganz gewahrt wird.
In Fig. 1 ist auch ein Drehdeckelverschluss 10 als Schnitt I-I aus Fig. 4 dargestellt, der aus Metall oder Kunststoff besteht und eine umlaufende Ringwand 11 mit trichterförmiger Erweiterung 12 und eine Drehschiebewand 13 aufweist. Die Drehschiebewand 13 weist eine ausgesparte Öffnung 15 auf, die im Grossen und Ganzen die gleiche Form hat wie der umgrenzte Bereich 5 der Deckelwand 2. Teile der Wand 13 im Bereich der Öffnung 15 sind schlaufenartig zur Bildung eines wulstartigen Vorsprunges 16 umgebogen, wie am besten aus Fig. 5 ersichtlich. In der Wand 13 ist noch eine Sicke 17 als Vorsprung angebracht, die in die eine oder andere Delle 7a, 7b eingreift, um eine definierte Öffnungsund Schließstellung für die Gesamtdose zu bestimmen.
Der Drehverschluss 10 wird deckelartig auf die Dose 1 aufgesteckt, wobei er mit einer Anzahl Klipse 20, z. B. drei federnden Einbuchtungen, die Randfalzung 3 hintergreift (Fig. 6). Zusätzlich greift eine vorspringende Ringwellung 21 in die Rille 8 ein, um die Drehschiebewand 13 federnd und damit eng an der Deckelwand 2 zu führen, wenn der Drehverschluss gedreht wird. Der Drehverschluss 10 wird im übrigen dadurch besonders griffig gemacht, dass die Ringwand 11 gewellt oder geriffelt ausgebildet wird.
Um zu einem druckdichten Verschluss zu gelangen, ist es zweckmäßig, die Vorderseite 16a des wulstartigen Vorsprunges 16 und die Unterseite der Wand 13 bei 13a zu gummieren oder mit einer sonstigen abdichtenden Beschichtung zu versehen.
Ferner ist es zweckmäßig, um den umgrenzten Bereich 5 herum außerhalb der Sollbruchlinie 6 einen wulstartigen Abdichtauftrag vorzunehmen, so dass die Anpressung des Drehverschlusses 10 um den umgrenzten Bereich 5 herum am größten ist.
In der Ausgangsstellung oder Lieferstellung der Dose befindet sich der wulstartige Vorsprung 16 innerhalb des umgrenzten Bereiches 5 in Überdeckung mit dem Randbereich 6a. In diese Ausgangsstellung rastet der Vorsprung 17 in die Delle 7a ein und fixiert so diese Ausgangsstellung. Durch Drücken mit dem Daumen auf den wulstartigen Vorsprung 16 kann man die Schwächungskerben 6 im Bereich 6a zum Einreissen bringen, wie in Fig. 5 links oben dargestellt. Anschließend umgreift man den Rand 11, 12 des Drehverschlusses 10 und dreht ihn in Fig. 4 entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn. Der Wulst 16 biegt dann den umgrenzten Bereich 5 als Lappen 5a zunehmend nach unten, wie in der Darstellung der Fig. 5 rechts oben und links unten skizziert. Dadurch wird die Trink- oder Ausgießöffnung 9 gebildet, die in etwa den umgrenzten Bereich 5 einnimmt. Durch Zurückdrehen des Drehverschlusses 10 kann diese Öffnung 9 freigemacht werden, wie in Fig. 5 rechts unten dargestellt. In dieser Stellung überdecken sich die Öffnung 9 und die ausgesparte Öffnung 15 des Drehverschlusses 10, was eine maximale Entnahme des Inhalts der Behälter ermöglicht. Durch Drehen entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn kann die gebildete Überdeckungsstellung teilweise oder ganz aufgehoben werden, so dass die wirksame Auslaßöffnung mehr oder weniger groß bzw. verschlossen ist, letzteres wenn die Sicke 17 in die Delle 7b eingreift.
In dieser Schließstellung kommt die Abdichtbeschichtung 16a des Wulstes 16 in Berührung mit dem Rand 2a der Öffnung 9, wie in Fig. 5 links unten dargestellt, und die Beschichtung 13a dichtet an der Wand 2 ab.
Fig. 7 zeigt das Zusammenwirken des Wulstes 16 mit dem umgrenzten Bereich 5 ohne Zuhilfenahme des Daumens. Der umgrenzte Bereich hat drei Zonen 5a, 5c und 5d mit Schrägflächen und eine Plateauzone 5b. Wenn der Drehverschlussdeckel aus der Ausgangsstellung gedreht wird, gleitet der Wulst 16 entlang der Schrägfläche 5a in Richtung auf die Plateaufläche 5b, wodurch der Druck auf den Deckel 2 zunimmt und die Schwächungslinie im Grenzbereich zwischen 6c und 6a einreisst. Dieser Riss setzt sich über den Bereich 6a in den Bereich 6d fort und gelangt über den Bereich 6b in den Bereich 6c, in welchem die Schwächungslinie unterbrochen ist, damit das abgetrennte Teil 5 an dem Deckel 2 hängenbleibt und nicht ins Innere der Behälter fällt. Je steiler die Schrägfläche der Zone 5a ist, um so größere Anfangskraft ist aufzuwenden, um das Einreissen der Schwächungslinie zu bewirken. Der Schrägwinkel der Schrägfläche beträgt zwischen 20 und 40°.
Der Drehverschlussdeckel 10 ist vorzugsweise so bemessen, dass der Dosenfuß einer Nachbardose in die obere Randöffnung des Deckels 10 hineinpaßt, so dass mehrere Dosen in gegenseitigem Eingriff übereinander stapelbar sind.
Fig. 8 bis 13 zeigen eine zweite Ausführungsform der Dose mit Drehverschluss. Sich entsprechende Teile zur ersten Ausführungsform werden mit den gleichen Bezugszeichen belegt, und es wird auf die diesbezügliche Beschreibung der ersten Ausführungsform verwiesen.
Die Schwächungskerbe 6 hat einen nierenförmigen Umriss mit einer Ausbuchtung 6e, an welcher Stelle die Schwächungskerbe unterbrochen ist. Der umgrenzte Bereich 5 der Deckelwand 2 wird zur Bildung der Trinköffnung 9 ausgebrochen, bleibt jedoch im Bereich 5e an der Deckelwand hängen, um unverlierbar zu sein. Das Ausbrechen des umgrenzten Bereichs 5 erfolgt in ähnlicher Weise wie bei der ersten Ausführungsform, wobei jedoch die Schrägfläche 5a etwas schmäler und länger ausgebildet ist gegenüber der Schrägfläche der ersten Ausführungsform. Der Vorsprung 16 des Deckeldrehverschlusses 10 ist demgemäß in radialer Richtung kürzer und erstreckt sich von der Drehschiebewand 13 nur nach unten, d. h. er ist als Delle oder Sicke ausgebildet, die einen gewissen Abstand S1 (Fig. 13) zu der ausgesparten Öffnung 15 einnimmt, welche in der Drehschiebewand 13 angebracht ist und einen nierenförmigen oder bohnenförmigen Umriss aufweist. Der Abstand der Delle oder Sicke 16 von der Drehachse 4 wird als S2 bezeichnet. Die Einbuchtung der Nierenform weist einen gewissen Abstand S4 zur Drehachse 4 des Drehdeckelverschlusses 10 und einen Abstand S3 zum Rand der Deckelwand 2 auf. Auf diesen Abstandsstreifen wird rund um das Feld 5 herum eine Abdichtschicht oder ein Abdichtwulst aufgetragen, worauf näher bei der Besprechung der Fig. 14 bis 16 eingegangen wird.
Bei dem System der Erfindung überdeckt die geschlossene Hälfte der Drehschiebewand 13 die Öffnung bzw. den Bereich 5, der demnach maximal die Hälfte der Fläche der Drehschiebewand 13 einnehmen könnte. Da man die Trinköffnung 9 mit gerundeten Rändern wünscht, und da der Wandausbruch am Steg 5e hängen bleiben soll, ist die maximale Größe der Trinköffnung 9 entsprechend kleiner. Da die Trinköffnung 9 abgedichtet werden soll, benötigt man Abdichtfläche um die Öffnung herum. Deshalb werden die Abstände S1, S3 und S4 benötigt. In der beschriebenen Ausführungsform haben die Öffnungen 9 und 15 beinahe ihre maximale Größe für die Praxis erreicht. Man könnte die Öffnungen 9 und 15 nur noch dadurch etwas vergrößern, daß man den Abstand S2 des Vorsprungs 16 von der Drehachse 4 vergrößert, wodurch die Umrisse der Öffnungen 9 und 15 etwas langlochartiger gestaltet werden können. Die radiale Weite der Öffnung 9 bzw. 15 beträgt r - (S3+S4), wenn r der Radius der Drehschiebewand bedeutet. Diese radiale Weite sollte wenigstens r/2 betragen, um eine ausreichend große Trinköffnung bei handelsüblichen Getränkedosen von 65 mm Durchmesser zu erzielen. Der Vorsprung 16 sollte sich in etwa tangential zur sollbruchlinie 6 erstrecken und den Bereich 5 in etwa dessen Mitte überstreichen. Dies bedeutet, daß die Erstreckungsrichtung des Vorsprungs 16 einen Winkel von etwa 30° bis 60° zum radialen Strahl einnimmt, wenn die Verhältnisse der Fig. 8 bis 13 betrachtet werden. Für den Abstand S2 wird ein Bereich von 0,3 bis 0,6 r bevorzugt.
Der Deckeldrehverschluss 10 wird in gleicher Weise auf das obere Ende der Dose aufgeklipst, wie bei der ersten Ausführungsform. Die umlaufende Ringwand 11 endet jedoch mit einer Bördelung 11a, wie in Fig. 10 dargestellt. Wie aus Fig. 9 ersichtlich, kann die Ringwand 11 Wellenform aufweisen, um den Drehdeckelverschuss 10 mit größerer Kraft drehen zu können.
In den Fig. 11 bis 13 wird die Handhabung des Deckeldrehverschlusses skizziert. Fig. 11 zeigt die Stellung des Deckeldrehverschlusses 10 nach der Montage in der Verkaufsposition. Wenn der Kunde die Dose öffnen will, dreht er den Drehdeckelverschluss 10 nach links, wie durch den Pfeil P1 angedeutet. Der Vorsprung 16 wandert über das schräge Feld 5a, wobei der zunehmende Druck dafür sorgt, dass die Kerbe 6 einreisst. Bei dieser Drehung P1 gelangt die Öffnung 15 in den umgrenzten Bereich 5 und überdeckt schließlich diesen gänzlich, wie in Fig. 12 dargestellt. Bei dieser Drehung gemäß dem Pfeil P1 schwenkt der Wandbereich 5 ins Innere der Dose 1, bleibt aber an der Deckelwand 2 hängen, wie bei 5e dargestellt. In der Stellung der Fig. 12 ist die Trinköffnung 9 maximal geöffnet.
Der Drehverschluß kann durch Drehen des Teils 10 nach rechts entsprechend dem Pfeil P2 wieder geschlossen werden. Man gelangt dann zur Stellung des Deckeldrehverschlusses gemäß Fig. 13. Dabei gelangt der Vorsprung 16 in Anlage an den Rand des geöffneten Bereichs 5. Deshalb ist die Winkelstellung des Drehverschlusses 10 etwas abweichend von der Winkelstellung in der Ausgangsposition der Fig. 11. Ein sichelförmiger Bereich 2b wird deshalb von der Deckelwand 2 sichtbar, der in der Stellung der Fig. 11 noch verdeckt war. Dieser sichelförmige Bereich 2b kann markiert sein, um dem Kundigen anzuzeigen, dass die Dose geöffnet worden ist oder dass ein Öffnungsversuch stattgefunden hat.
Das Merkmal des Garantieverschlusses (Tamper Indicating Feature) kann auch in anderer Weise verwirklicht werden, beispielsweise mittels eines Siegels, welches auf die Deckelwand 2 und die Drehschiebewand 13 im Bereich der Öffnung 15 geklebt wird. Wenn der Drehdeckelverschluss 10 gedreht wird, muss dieses Siegel zerrissen werden, was die unbefugte Benutzung der Dose anzeigt.
Das Sicherheitsmerkmal kann auch im Bereich des Randes 11a der Ringwand 11 angebracht sein, da auch dort beim Drehen des Verschlusses 10 eine Relativverschiebung zu der Dose 1 stattfindet.
Bei Behältern kann es zweckmäßig sein, wenn die Ausgießöffnung einen runden Querschnitt aufweist, beispielsweise weil man dort einen Ausgießhahn oder dergleichen einstecken möchte. Die Variante gemäß Fig. 14 bis 16 zeigt eine solche kreisrunde Zugangsöffnung 15. Die Sollbruchlinien 6 verlaufen etwa hufeisenförmig und umschließen einen entsprechend gestalteten Bereich 5, um den sich ein wulstartiger Abdichtbereich 5f erstreckt. Wenn der Verschluss 10 nach links entsprechend Pfeil P1 gedreht wird, wandert der Vorsprung 16 über die Schrägfläche 5a und drückt den Wandbereich 5 nach unten, so dass die Sollbruchlinie 6 einreisst, bis auf den Bereich 5e, der stehen bleibt. Im Teil 10 ist ein Vorsprung 17 vorgesehen, der in eine entsprechende Delle der Deckelwand 2 einrastet, wie dies ähnlich bei 7a in Fig. 2 dargestellt ist. In dieser Winkelstellung des Drehdeckelverschlusses 10 überdeckt die Öffnung 15 den nunmehr geöffneten Bereich 5 maximal, wie dies in Fig. 15 dargestellt ist. Die Drehschiebewand 13 liegt unter Pressung an dem Abdichtbereich 5f an. Es wird darauf hingewiesen, daß die Drehschiebewand 13 infolge federnder Nachgiebigkeit, insbesondere im Bereich der Ringnut 21, ausgestattet ist, so dass die abdichtende Anlage der Drehschiebewand 13 am Abdichtbereich 5f auch dann noch funktioniert, wenn die Deckelwand 2 infolge des Innendruckverlustes beim Öffnen der Dose etwas zurückweicht, d. h. ihre ursprüngliche größere Wölbung einbüßt.
Fig. 15 zeigt die geöffnete Stellung des Behälters, die durch Drehen gemäß Pfeil P2 nach rechts in die Schließstellung der Fig. 16 übergeführt werden kann. Aus dieser kann der Behälter durch Drehen des Drehdeckelverschlusses 10 nach links gemäß Pfeil P3 wiederholt geöffnet werden.
Die Dose 1 kann als Spieldose weiterentwickelt werden, in dem ein Mikrochip mit Mikroenergiequelle und Mikrolautsprecher am Deckel oder Deckeldachverschluss angebracht wird, das beim Öffnen der Dose oder beim Drehen des Deckeldrehverschlusses wirksam wird und eine Melodie, eine Werbebotschaft oder dergleichen abspielt.
Der neue Drehverschluss kann ausser bei Dosen auch bei anderen Formen von Behältern oder Gefäßen verwendet werden, die eine drehsymmetrische Wand mit Deckelwand besitzen, die zur Bildung einer Ausgießöffnung aufgerissen werden muss.
Der neue Drehverschluss ist sehr bedienungsfreundlich. Die haubenartige Ausbildung des Drehverschlusses ermöglicht bequemes Umgreifen ohne Verletzungsgefahr (d.h. ohne Abbrechen der Fingernägel, kein Sich-Schneiden am Aufreissring, wie bei bisherigen Behältern). Der Drehverschluss bietet ausserdem günstige Hebelwirkung, da sich die Griffstelle 11 weiter aussen relativ zu der Betätigungsstelle 6/16 befindet. Wegen der einfachen Konstruktion sind die Mehrkosten des Deckeldrehverschlusses gegenüber den bisher üblichen Behältern mit Aufreisslasche nur geringfügig höher und werden durch die erzielbaren Vorteile aufgewogen. Die Dose kann wiederholt geöffnet und geschlossen werden, dabei ist sie auslaufsicher und dichtet gegen den Verlust von Kohlensäure-haltigen Getränken ab. Bei verschlossener Dose entfällt die Gefahr des Verschluckens von Insekten, die in die geöffnete Behälter hineingefallen sein könnten (Ausschluß von Gewährleistungsansprüchen).

Claims (10)

  1. Behälter, umfassend:
    einen drehsymmetrischen Wandbereich (1);
    eine Deckelwand (2), die einen kreisförmigen Umfang mit einer gegebenen Radiuslänge (r) aufweist und an dem drehsymmetrischen Wandbereich (1) entlang des Umfangs angebracht ist;
    einen umgrenzten Bereich (5) der Deckelwand (2), der sich zwischen der Drehachse (4) und dem kreisförmigen Umfang der Deckelwand (2), und zwar mit etwas Abstand (S4) von der Drehachse (4) und etwas Abstand (S3) von dem kreisförmigen Umfang erstreckt und von einer Sollbruchlinie (6) umgeben ist, die nach Aufreissen eine einzige Trink- und Ausgießöffnung (9) freigibt;
    eine Einbuchtung mit Schrägfläche (5a), die von Wandteilen der Deckelwand (2) innerhalb der Sollbruchlinie (6) gebildet wird;
    einen Deckeldrehverschluss (10), der eine die Deckelwand (2) überspannende Wand (13), eine darin ausgesparte Öffnung (15) und einen Vorsprung (16) zum Aufreiten auf der Schrägfläche aufweist, um die Trink- und Ausgießöffnung (9) aufzureissen, wobei die ausgesparte Öffnung (15) weitgehend die Form und Größe des umgrenzten Bereichs (5) der Deckelwand (2) aufweist und durch Drehen des Deckeldrehverschlusses (10) mit diesem Bereich (5) zur Deckung gebracht werden kann;
    Mittel (3, 20). zum Abstützen des Deckeldrehverschlusses (10), wenn dieser zum Aufreissen der Trink- und Ausgießöffnung (9) um die Drehachse (4) gedreht wird, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:
    die Einbuchtung mit Schrägfläche (5a) der Deckelwand (2) ist an solcher Stelle des umgrenzten Bereichs (5) angeordnet, die von der ausgesparten Öffnung (15) überdeckt wird, wenn der Deckeldrehverschluss (10) zur Freigabe der Trink- und Ausgießöffnung (9) gedreht worden ist;
    der Vorsprung (16) ist aus Wandteilen des Deckeldrehverschlusses (10) gebildet;
    die Wand (13) des Deckeldrehverschlusses (10) liegt federnd und mit Anpressung an der Oberseite der Deckelwand (2) an, um nach Aufreissen der Trink- und Ausgießöffnung (9) und Zurückdrehen des Deckeldrehverschlusses (10) die Trink- und Ausgießöffnung (9) abzudichten.
  2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand (S4) des Vorsprungs (16) von der Drehachse (4) im Bereich von 0,3 bis 0,6 r Radiuslänge der Deckelwand (2) liegt und daß die radiale Abmessung der Trink- und Ausgießöffnung (9) wenigstens die halbe Radiuslänge (r/2) beträgt.
  3. Behälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der drehsymmetrische Wandbereich (1) mit der Deckelwand (2) über eine Randfalzung (3) verbunden ist und der Deckeldrehverschluss (10) haubenförmig und zum Umgreifen der Randfalzung (3) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Abstützmittel (3, 20) gebildet werden, und dass der Deckeldrehverschluss (10) einen Griffbereich (11) aufweist, der relativ zur Drehachse (4) eine größere Hebellänge besitzt als der Abstand des Vorsprungs (16) von der Drehachse (4) ausmacht.
  4. Behälter nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Anzahl Klipse (20) zum Umgreifen der Randfalzung (3) vorgesehen sind.
  5. Behälter nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Griffbereich (11) des Deckeldrehverschlusses (10) gewellt ist.
  6. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Deckelwand (2) und dem Deckeldrehverschluss (10) zusammenwirkende Rastmittel (7, 17) angebracht sind, um den Deckeldrehverschluss in der kompletten Öffnungsstellung oder in der vollständigen Schließstellung zu arretieren.
  7. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umrandung des umgrenzten Bereichs (5) der Deckelwand mit einem abdichtenden Auftrag (5f) oder einer Beschichtung versehen ist.
  8. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der umgrenzte Bereich (5) nierenförmigen Umriss aufweist.
  9. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sollbruchlinie (6) nicht vollständig geschlossen ist, so dass beim Öffnen das Wandmaterial (5e) des umgrenzten Bereichs (5) als Lappen unverlierbar an der Deckelwand (2) hängenbleibt.
  10. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckeldrehverschluss (10) eine Ringwellung (21) aufweist, um die Drehschiebewand (13) federnd auf die Deckelwand (2) zu drücken.
