Claims (14)
- Mechanisches Hebelschnappschloss, das im Inneren seines Gehäuses (1) einen Stapel (22) von auf einem gemeinsamen Zentrierdorn aufgesetzten Klinken (23) aufweist und das mit einem ausschiebbaren Riegel (10) versehen ist, der fest mit einer unter dem Klinkenstapel befindlichen Grundplatte (7) verbunden ist, wobei innerhalb des Schlosses ein Betätigungselement in Form einer Drehscheibe (18) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klinken (23) aus dem Stapel (22) jeweils einen breiten Vorderteil (24) aufweisen, der über eine Verengung (26) in einen hinteren Teil (25) übergeht, in dem eine Zentrierbohrung (27) zum Aufsetzen an einem gemeinsamen, an einem Boden des Gehäuses (1) befestigten Zentrierdorn (5) angeordnet ist, wobei sich in der Verengung (26) jeder Klinke (23) ein Loch (28) für einen Schlüssel (29) und im Vorderteil (24) jeder Klinke (23) eine quer liegende Führungsöffnung (34) zum Aufsetzen an einem für alle Klinken (23) gemeinsamen Führungsdorn (6) befindet, und wobei auf einer Seite jeder Klinke (23) Federelemente (35, 36) angeordnet sind, von denen das eine Federelement am Vorderteil (24) und das zweite am hinteren Teil (25) der Klinke (23) befestigt ist, und wobei die durch den Schlüssel (29) betätigbare Drehscheibe (18) abgebogene Arme (20) aufweist, die zwischen den Federn (35, 36) und der Verengung (26) jeder Klinke (23) angeordnet sind.
- Hebelschnappschloss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehscheibe (18) mit einem Drehhebel (16) verbunden ist, der einen Mitnehmer (21) umfasst, welcher in einen in der Grundplatte (7) des Riegels (10) eingearbeiteten Sitz (37) eingreift.
- Hebelschnappschloss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die abgebogenen, sich gegenüber liegenden Arme (20) mit einem Flansch (19) der Drehscheibe (18) verbunden sind.
- Hebelschnappschloss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei aus geraden Abschnitten ausgeführten Federelemente (35, 36) jeder Klinke (23) im wesentlichen längs einer Linie verlaufen und sich dabei am größeren Teil ihrer Länge gegenseitig abstützen.
- Hebelschnappschloss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Riegel (10) ein Rohrstück ist, das auf seiner Schließseite geschlossen und auf seiner dem Inneren des Gehäuses (1) zugewandten Seite offen ist.
- Hebelschnappschloss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am flachen Vorderteil (24) jeder Klinke (23) Kerben angeordnet sind, die bei den auseinander geschobenen Klinken (23) im Stapel (22) einen zylindrischen Schlitz (38) bilden.
- Hebelschnappschloss nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zylindrische Schlitz (38) im Stapel (22) von auseinander geschobenen Klinken (23) eine wenigstens dem Hub des Riegels (10) entsprechende Tiefe und eine wenigstens der Rohrwanddicke des Riegels (10) entsprechende Breite aufweist.
- Hebelschnappschloss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlüssel (29) zum Schließen des Schlosses einen runden Betätigungsdorn (30) aufweist, wobei am Arbeitsteil dieses Dornes (30) Umfangsrillen (31) eingeschnitten sind.
- Hebelschnappschloss nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dorn (30) des Schlüssels (29) mit einem Arbeits-Endstück (32) endet, das in eine Bohrung (33) der Drehscheibe (18) eingreift.
- Hebelschnappschloss nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Arbeits-Endstück (32) des Dorns (30) des Schlüssels (29) abgeflacht ist, wobei die Bohrung (33) in der Drehscheibe (18) schlitzförmig ist und einen Querschnitt aufweist, der den Querschnitt dieses flachen Arbeits-Endstückes (32) des Dorns (30) des Schlüssels (29) nicht unterschreitet.
- Hebelschnappschloss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundplatte (7) des Riegels (10) eine Vorderkante (14) und zwei Seitenkanten aufweist, die mit Innenflächen der Seitenwände (8, 9) des Gehäuses (1) kontaktieren.
- Hebelschnappschloss nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundplatte (7) des Riegels (10) eine hintere Kante (12) aufweist, die mit Innenfläche einer Rückwand (13) des Gehäuses (1) in Kontakt steht.
- Hebelschnappschloss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundplatte (7) des Riegels (10) einen Sitz (37) umfasst, in den der Mitnehmer (21) des Flansches (19) der Drehscheibe (18) eingreift.
- Hebelschnappschloss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehscheibe (18) auf ihrer unteren Seite einen profilierten, runden, drehbaren Zentrierzapfen (16) aufweist, der in eine am Boden des Gehäuses (1) eingearbeitete Bohrung (17) eingreift.
