Abstract

Um eine Nut-Federverbindung von Dach- und Wandelementen, die jeweils als plattenförmiges Sandwichelement mit einem Kern aus Kunststoff-Hartschaum oder Mineralfasern ausgebildet sind, dessen beide Oberflächen durch eine ebene oder leicht strukturierte Schale aus Stahlblech abgedeckt sind, zu schaffen, die eine Verwendung von Wandelementen zur Erstellung von Dächern ermöglicht, wobei zum einen Anschlüsse für Lichtkuppeln, Rauchgasanlagen oder dergleichen sehr einfach hergestellt werden können und zum anderen eine optimale Abdichtung zwischen zwei benachbarten Paneelelementen vorgesehen ist, ist in einem nach außen gerichteten Schlitz zwischen zwei benachbarten Sandwichelementen eine Dichtung aus Kunststoff vorgesehen, die mit der Außenschale bündig ist. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Nut-Federverbindung von Dach- und Wandelementen, die jeweils als plattenförmiges Sandwichelement mit einem Kern aus Kunststoff-Hartschaum oder Mineralfasern ausgebildet sind, dessen beide Oberflächen durch eine ebene oder leicht strukturierte Schale aus Stahlblech abgedeckt sind.
Beim Erstellen von Dächern kommen Wandelemente aufgrund ihrer ebenen oder leicht stukturierten Außenschale und des Aufbaus der Abdichtung zwischen zwei benachbarten Sandwichelementen zumeist nicht zum Einsatz, da keine optimale Abdichtung zwischen zwei benachbarten Sandwichelementen vorhanden ist.
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine gattungsgemäße Nut-Federverbindung zu schaffen, die eine Verwendung von Wandelementen zur Erstellung von Dächern ermöglicht, wobei zum einen Anschlüsse für Lichtkuppeln, Rauchgasanlagen o.dgl. sehr einfach hergestellt werden können und zum anderen eine optimale Abdichtung zwischen zwei benachbarten Paneelelementen vorgesehen ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Kennzeichnungsmerkmale des Schutzanspruch 1 gelöst.
Zweckmäßige Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen gekennzeichnet.
Vorteile der erfindungsgemäßen Nut-Federverbindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung eines die Erfindung wiedergebenden Ausführungsbeispieles anhand der Zeichnung, die eine Querschnittsdarstellung einer Fugenverbindung zweier benachbarter Sandwichelemente zeigt.
Bei den in der Figur dargestellten Dach- oder Wandelementen, die jeweils als plattenförmiges Sandwichelement 1 mit einem Kern 2 aus Kunststoff-Hartschaum oder Mineralfasern ausgebildet sind, dessen beide Oberflächen 3, 4 durch eine ebene oder leicht strukturierte Schale 5 aus Stahlblech abgedeckt sind, sind die beiden Längsränder der Sandwichelemente 1 als Nut- und Federprofile 7, 8 ausgebildet.
Die Nut- und Federprofile 7, 8 der Sandwichelemente 1 sind derart gestaltet, daß die Nut-Federverbindungen 9 der Sandwichelemente 1 eine äußere, eine mittlere und eine innere Dichtebene 10-12 sowie einen Kanal 13 zur Ableitung von Kondensat mit Abstand unter der Außenschale 5 des jeweiligen Sandwichelementes 1 mit dem Nutprofil 7 bilden, das das Federprofil 8 des benachbarten Sandwichelementes 1 aufnimmt.
Innerhalb jeder Nut-Federverbindung 9 werden die Kerne 2 zweier angrenzender Sandwichelemente 1 durch Dichtbänder 14, 15 abgedichtet.
Bei der fortlaufenden Anbringung von Sandwichelementen 1 an einer z.T. dargestellten Unterkonstruktion 16 eines Daches oder einer Wand wird zunächst z.B. ein Sandwichelement 1 mittels selbstschneidender Blechschrauben 17, die durch die Außenschale 5, den Kern 2 und die Innenschale 5 in die Unterkonstruktion 16 geschraubt werden, an dieser befestigt. Danach wird die Federseite 18 zusammen mit auf das Federprofil 8 aufgelegten Dichtscheiben 19 oder Lastverteilungsplatten 20 mit Blechschrauben 17 auf der Unterkonstruktion 16 befestigt, wobei eine Rille 21 im Federprofil 8 zum Positionieren der Blechschrauben 17 dient.
Bei der Montage des nächsten Sandwichelementes 1 wird dieses mit der Nutseite 22 gegen die Federseite 18 des bereits auf der Unterkonstruktion 16 befestigten ersten Sandwichelementes 1 gedrückt und mit Blechschrauben 17 auf der Unterkonstruktion 16 befestigt.
In einem nach außen gerichteten Schlitz 23 zwischen zwei benachbarten Sandwichelementen 1 ist eine Dichtung 24 aus Kunststoff vorgesehen, die mit der Außenschale 5 bündig ist. Dabei weisen die sich gegenüberliegenden Wandungen 25, 26 im Bereich des Schlitzes 23 jeweils eine Fase 27 auf.
Zusätzlich kann in dem Nutprofil 7 der Sandwichelemente 1 eine weitere Dichtung 28 aus Kunststoff vorgesehen sein, an der das Federprofil 8 des jeweilig benachbarten Sandwichelementes 1 angreift.
Aufgrund der besonderen Geometrie der Nut-Federverbindung 9 werden bei der Montage der Sandwichelemente 1 die Blechschrauben 17 zur Befestigung der Federseite 18 des einen Sandwichelementes 1 durch die Außenschale 5 an der Nutseite 22 des anderen Sandwichelementes 1 überdeckt. Die Geometrie der Nut-Federverbindung 9 bzw. die Verwendung der Dichtungen 24, 28 ermöglicht eine einfache Montage bzw. die Verwendung der Sandwichelemente 1 als Dach- und Wandelemente mit speziellen Montagewerkzeugen, die den erforderlichen Anpreßdruck der Nut-Federverbindung 9 der Sandwichelemente 1 in allen Anwendungsbereichen ohne Beschädigungen der Elemente gewährleisten.

Claims (3)

  1. Nut-Federverbindung von Dach- und Wandelementen, die jeweils als plattenförmiges Sandwichelement mit einem Kern aus Kunststoff-Hartschaum oder Mineralfasern ausgebildet sind, dessen beide Oberflächen durch eine ebene oder leicht strukturierte Schale aus Stahlblech abgedeckt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem nach außen gerichteten Schlitz (23) zwischen zwei benachbarten Sandwichelementen (1) eine Dichtung (24) aus Kunststoff vorgesehen ist, die mit der Außenschale (5) bündig ist.
  2. Nut-Federverbindung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich des Schlitzes (23) die sich gegenüberliegenden Wandungen (25, 26) jeweils eine Fase (27) aufweisen.
  3. Nut-Federverbindung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Nutprofil (7) der Sandwichelemente (1) eine weitere Dichtung (28) aus Kunststoff vorgesehen ist, an der das Federprofil (8) des jeweilig benachbarten Sandwichelementes (1) angreift.
