Claims (12)
- Befestigungsvorrichtung für Fassadenelemente (40), mit einem Rahmenprofil (10), das mindestens eine Anlagefläche (20,22) zum Abstützen der Fassadenelemente (40) aufweist, und mit einem an dem Rahmenprofil (10) angreifenden Befestigungselement (28), das in eine Aufnahme des Rahmenprofils (10) eingreift, wobei das Rahmenprofil (10) als Aufnahme für Befestigungselemente einen längs der Anlagefläche (20,22) verlaufenden offenen Kanal (16) aufweist, dessen Breite etwa dem Durchmesser des Befestigungselementes (28) entspricht, und wobei das Befestigungselement (28) mit einer Klemmlasche (36) Fassadenelemente (40) gegen die Anlagefläche (20,22) andrückt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Befestigungselement eine langgestreckte Befestigungsschraube (28) ist, die an ihrem vorderen Ende ein selbstschneidendes Gewinde (30) aufweist, unddaß die Breite des Kanals (16) etwa den Kerndurchmesser der in diesen Kanal (16) zu schraubenden Befestigungsschraube (28) aufweist, wobei das selbstschneidende Gewinde (30) in das Rahmenprofil (10) an der Öffnungsseite des Kanals (16) einschraubbar ist. - Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wandstärke des Rahmenprofils (10) im Bereich des Kanals (16) größer ist als die Differenz aus dem Flankenradius und dem Kernradius der Befestigungsschraube (28).
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite des Kanals (16) und die Wandstärke des Rahmenprofils (10) auf den Kerndurchmesser und den Flankendurchmesser der selbstschneidenden Befestigungsschraube (28) derart abgestimmt sind, daß das Rahmenprofil (10) von dem in seine Wandungen geschnittenen Gewinde nicht durchdrungen wird.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rahmenprofil (10) im Querschnitt ein geschlossenes Profil bildet.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rahmenprofil (10) allseitig eine glatte Oberfläche (24) aufweist.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kanal (16) ein das Kanalprofil zumindest teilweise ausfüllendes elastisches Dichtungsprofil (46) aufnimmt.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kanal (16) im Querschnitt im wesentlichen die Kontur eines Trapezes beschreibt, wobei die kürzere der beiden parallelen Trapezseiten an der Öffnungsseite des Kanals (16) angeordnet ist.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Anlagefläche (20,22) des Rahmenprofils (10) und den Fassadenelementen (40) eine Dichtung (44) angeordnet ist.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Fassadenelementen (40) und der Klemmlasche (36) eine Dichtung (42) angeordnet ist.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gewindeteil der Befestigungsschraube (28) in dem Kanal (16) mit einem den Kanal (16) verschließenden elastischen Dichtungsprofil (46) abgedichtet ist.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 und einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elastische Dichtungsprofil (46) aus einem langestreckten Elastomerstreifen besteht, der einstückig mit der Dichtung (44) hergestellt ist.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rahmenprofil (10) im Querschnitt eine im wesentlichen rechteckige Form und an einer Schmalseite den nach außen offenen Kanal (16) aufweist.
