Abstract

Bei einem Beschlag zur Verstellung von Rückenlehnen oder Kopfteilen von Sitz- und/oder Liegemöbeln ist die Rückenlehne (3) oder der Kopfteil an ihrem bzw. seinem oberen Ende an einer an einer Führung (5) annähernd in einer lotrechten Ebene verschiebbaren Schiene (4) schwenkbar gelagert. Darunter ist ein Arm (7) angelenkt, der am Möbelgestell (1) schwenkbar gelagert ist. Dadurch wird ein leichter Einbau des Beschlages möglich. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Beschlag zur Verstellung von Rückenlehnen oder Kopfteilen von Sitz- und/oder Liegemöbeln.
Bei Sitzmöbeln ist es erwünscht, die Rückenlehne in verschiedene Neigungen zu verstellen, um dem Benützer die Möglichkeit zu geben, eine aufrecht sitzende oder eine halb liegende Stellung einzunehmen. Auch bei Liegemöbeln bzw. bei Möbeln, die von einer Sitzstellung in eine Liegestellung bringbar sind, ist eine Verstellung des Winkels des Kopfteiles oft erwünscht.
Die Erfindung hat es sich zum Ziel gesetzt, einen Beschlag der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, der leicht einzubauen ist, ohne daß die Sitzfläche oder Liegefläche selbst verändert werden muß. Erreicht wird dies dadurch, daß die Rückenlehne oder der Kopfteil an ihrem bzw. seinem oberen Ende an einer an einer Führung annähernd in einer lotrechten Ebene verschiebbaren Schiene schwenkbar gelagert ist und darunter ein Arm angelenkt ist, der am Möbelgestell schwenkbar gelagert ist.
Es sind schon Beschläge zum Verstellen des Kopfteiles bekannt, bei denen der Kopfteil als Teil der Liegefläche durch ein Scharnier mit der üblichen Liegefläche verbunden ist. Derartige Beschläge sind aber zur Verstellung von Rückenlehnen nicht brauchbar.
Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung besitzt die Schiene ein U-Profil in das zwei Rollen oder dgl. einer am Möbelgestell befestigten Führung eingreifen.
Zum Festlegen der Neigung der Rückenlehne oder des Kopfteiles kann an der Rückenlehne oder dem Kopfteil ein an sich bekannter Teleskopsteller angelenkt sein, dessen anderes Ende am Arm oder am Möbelgestell schwenkbar gelagert ist.
Es ist aber auch möglich, daß die Schiene in vorbestimmbaren Abständen feststellbar ist. Dies kann z.B. durch Rasten erreicht werden, wie sie bei Kopfstützen in Kraftfahrzeugen in Verwendung sind.
Nachstehend ist die Erfindung anhand eines in den Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher beschrieben, ohne auf dieses Beispiel beschränkt zu sein. Dabei zeigen:
  • Fig. 1 den Endteil eines Sitzmöbels mit einem daran angebrachten erfindungsgemäßen Beschlag, wobei der Beschlag in der eingeklappten Stellung dargestellt ist;
  • Fig. 2 das Möbel nach Fig. 1 mit verschwenktem Beschlag;
  • Fig. 3 eine Rückansicht des Möbels nach Fig. 1.
    • Auf einem nur schematisch dargestellten Möbelgestell 1 liegt ein Sitzpolster 2 auf. Eine zur Auflage eines Polsters bestimmte Rückenlehne 3 ist am oberen Ende einer Schiene 4 schwenkbar gelagert. Die Schiene 4 besitzt ein etwa U-förmiges Profil, in das zwei Rollen 6 einer am Möbelgestell 1 befestigten Führung 5 eingreifen.
    Unterhalb der Anlenkung der Rückenlehne 3 an der Schiene 4 greift an der Rückenlehne 3 ein Arm 7 an, der am Möbelgestell 1 schwenkbar gelagert ist. Neben dem Arm 7 greift das eine Ende eines Teleskopstellers 8 an der Rückenlehne 3 an, dessen anderes Ende am Arm 7 (oder am Möbelgestell 1) schwenkbar gelagert ist. Derartige Teleskopsteller sind zur Kopf- oder Fußteilverstellung vielfach bekannt und sind mit einer Mehrzahl von Rastungen versehen, die eine feststellbare Längenveränderung ermöglichen.
    Soll die Rückenlehne 3 aus der Stellung nach Fig. 1 in die Stellung nach Fig. 2 gebracht werden, wird diese an der untern Kante vorgezogen, wodurch sie um ihren Anlenkpunkt an der Schiene 4 dreht. Zufolge der Anordnung des Armes 7 bewegt sich gleichzeitig die Schiene 4 nach unten. Durch Einrasten in eine der Rasten des Teleskopstellers 8 kann die gewünschte Stellung der Rückenlehne 3 fixiert werden.
    Zur Rückverwandlung ist z.B. an der Schiene 4 oben eine Schlaufe (nicht dargestellt) angebracht, sodaß durch Anziehen an dieser die Stellung des Beschlages bzw. der Rückenlehne 3 verändert werden kann.
    Im Rahmen der Erfindung sind zahlreiche Abänderungen möglich. So könnte statt des Teleskopstellers 8 die Schiene 4 mit Rasten versehen sein, durch die sie in verschiedenen Höhenlagen feststellbar ist. Selbstverständlich umfaßt der Begriff "Schiene" jede Querschnittsform, z.B. eine Rundstange, ein Rohr oder dergleichen. Auch kann der erfindungsgemäße Beschlag nicht nur zur Verstellung einer Rückenlehne sondern auch eines Kopfteiles verwendet werden, wobei dieser Kopfteil dann nicht zwangsläufig Bestandteil der Gesamtliegefläche ist.

    Claims (4)

    1. Beschlag zur Verstellung von Rückenlehnen oder Kopfteilen von Sitzund/oder Liegemöbeln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückenlehne (3) oder der Kopfteil an ihrem bzw. seinem oberen Ende an einer an einer Führung (5) annähernd in einer lotrechten Ebene verschiebbaren Schiene (4) schwenkbar gelagert ist und darunter ein Arm (7) angelenkt ist, der am Möbelgestell (1) schwenkbar gelagert ist.
    2. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schiene (4) ein U-Profil besitzt, in das zwei Rollen (6) oder dgl. einer am Möbelgestell (1) befestigten Führung (5) eingreifen.
    3. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Rückenlehne (3) oder dem Kopfteil ein an sich bekannter Teleskopsteller (8) angelenkt ist, dessen anderes Ende am Arm (7) oder am Möbelgestell (1) schwenkbar gelagert ist.
    4. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schiene (4) in vorbestimmbaren Abständen feststellbar ist.
