Claims (12)
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner mit mehreren nebeneinander angeordneten Doppelsaugern zur taktweisen Förderung von Bogen, wobei die Doppelsauger durch ein Kurvenkoppelgetriebe angetrieben Bewegungen auf einer geschlossenen Bahn in Förderrichtung der Bogen und zurück ausführen und dabei die Doppelsauger in einem zwei Arbeitstakte aufweisenden Bewegungszyklus um einen Arbeitstakt versetzt nacheinander in den Bereich der Stapelvorderkante eines Bogenstapels zur Erfassung eines Bogens gelangen, mit einem Gelenkviereck des Kurvenkoppelgetriebes, das zwei etwa horizontal verlaufende Getriebeglieder aufweist, deren eine Enden durch eine einen Doppelsauger tragende Saugerkoppel miteinander verbunden sind und deren andere Enden durch eine von einem ersten Kurvengetriebe im wesentlichen horizontal bewegbar antreibbare Koppel miteinander verbunden sind, wobei eines der horizontal verlaufenden Getriebeglieder weiterhin von einem zweiten Kurvengetriebe im wesentlichen vertikal bewegbar antreibbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Koppel (10) mit einer sich mit großer Länge im wesentlichen vertikal erstreckenden Schwinge (11) einteilig fest verbunden ist, die an ihrem der Koppel (10) entgegengesetzten Ende um eine feste Schwenkachse (12) schwenkbar gelagert ist und die von einer drehbar antreibbaren Kurvenscheibe (13) des ersten Kurvengetriebes schwenkbar antreibbar ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwinge (11) eine derartige Länge und die Auslenkung der Schwinge (11) durch die Kurvenscheibe (13) des ersten Kurvengetriebes eine solche Erstreckung aufweist, daß bei der Bewegung der Koppel (10) deren Endpunkte eine annähernd geradlinige Bewegung ausführen.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdieKurvenscheibe (13) des ersten Kurvengetriebes im etwa mittleren Bereich der Längserstreckung der Schwinge (11) auf die Schwinge (11) einwirkt.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Schwinge (11) eine Rolle (14) frei drehbar gelagert ist, die mit ihrer radial umlaufenden Mantelfläche (15) an der radial umlaufenden Kontur (16) der Kurvenscheibe (13) des ersten Kurvengetriebes in Anlage ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Kurvengetriebe eine sich im wesentlichen vertikal erstreckende zweite Koppel (17) aufweist, die von einer drehbar antreibbaren Kurvenscheibe (18) des zweiten Kurvengetriebes etwa vertikal bewegbar antreibbar ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Koppel (17) mit ihrem einen Ende an einem der Getriebeglieder (8) des Gelenkvierecks (6) angelenkt und an ihrem anderen Ende von der Kurvenscheibe (18) des zweiten Kurvengetriebes etwa vertikal bewegbar beaufschlagbar ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach einem der Ansprüche 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der zweiten Koppel (17) eine zweite Rolle (19) frei drehbar gelagert ist, die mit ihrer radial umlaufenden Mantelfläche (20) an der radial umlaufenden Kontur (21) der Kurvenscheibe (18) des zweiten Kurvengetriebes in Anlage ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßeinemitihreneinenEnde um eine zweite feste Schwenkachse (22) frei schwenkbare Rollenschwinge (23) mit ihrem anderen Ende an der zweiten Koppel (17) angelenkt ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rollenschwinge (23) nahe der Kurvenscheibe (18) des zweiten Kurvengetriebes an der zweiten Koppel (17) angelenkt ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Koppel (17) mit ihrem einen Ende an einem der Getriebeglieder (8) des Gelenkvierecks (6) angelenkt und an ihren zweiten Ende von einer doppelarmigen Schwinge (28) etwa vertikal bewegbar beaufschlagbar ist, wobei die doppelarmige Schwinge (28) um eine zweite feste Schwenkachse (22) frei schwenkbar ist, mit dem freien Ende ihres einen Schwingenarms (29) am zweiten Ende der zweiten Koppel (17) angelenkt und über eine an dem freien Ende ihres zweiten Schwingenarms (30) frei drehbar gelagerte zweite Rolle (19') an der radial umlaufenden Kontur (21) der Kurvenscheibe (18) des zweiten Kurvengetriebes in Anlage ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdiezweiteKoppelineiner Axialführung etwa in Richtung ihrer Längserstreckung geführt ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdieKurvenscheiben (13, 18) des ersten und des zweiten Kurvengetriebes auf einer gemeinsamen drehbar antreibbaren Antriebswelle (24) drehfest angeordnet sind.
