Claims (10)
- Behälterverschluss (1) versehen mit einem Hals (2), wobei der Behälterverschluss eine Gießtülle (3) umfasst, die auf den Hals montiert werden kann, und eine Einheit (4), die eine Haube bildet, die auf den Hals montiert werden kann und eine Kappe (43) umfasst, die zwischen einer ersten Stellung, in der sie den Hals und die Gießtülle von der Außenseite isoliert, und einer zweiten Stellung, in der sie den Zugang zum Hals und zur Gießtülle erlaubt, beweglich ist, wobei die Einheit, die die Haube bildet, mindestens eine Anhängschnur umfasst, die sich ausgehend von einem Ring (41) radial zum Inneren erstreckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einheit, die die Haube bildet, zwei Anhängschnüre (411, 412) umfasst, die sich radial ausgehend von dem Ring (41) nach innen erstrecken, wobei eine erste Schnur (411) mit einem äußeren Kragen (26) des Halses eingreifen kann, während eine zweite Schnur (412) mit einem äußeren Kragen (36) der Gießtülle eingreifen kann, wobei die erste und die zweite Schnur untereinander ein Volumen (V) zur Aufnahme der Kragen definieren.
- Behälterverschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anhängschnüre (411, 412) auf die Kragen (26, 36) eine Kraft (F5) ausüben können, die sich ihrem relativen Spreizen widersetzt.
- Behälterverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Schnur (411) eine Fläche (411a) bildet, die zu einer zentralen Achse (X4-X'4) des Behälterverschlusses geneigt ist, wobei die Fläche in Richtung des Körpers (11) des Behälters (1) aufgeweitet ist.
- Behälterverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und die zweite Schnur jede eine Fläche (411b, 412b) bilden, die insgesamt zu einer zentralen Achse (X4-X'4) des Behälterverschlusses senkrecht steht.
- Behälterverschluss nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flächen (411b, 412b), die insgesamt zur zentralen Achse (X4-X'4) senkrecht stehen, einander gegenüber stehen und dass das Aufnahmevolumen (V) zwischen ihnen definiert ist.
- Behälterverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Kragen (36) der Gießtülle (3) ausgehend von einem Rand (34) einer Schürze (33), die von der Gießtülle gebildet wird und auf dem Hals (2) sitzen kann, radial nach außen erstreckt.
- Behälterverschluss nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schürze (33) eine schräge Fläche (34a) zu einer zentralen Achse (X3- X'3) des Behälterverschlusses bildet, wobei die Fläche zum flächigen Aufliegen gegen eine äußere schräge Fläche (24a) des Halses (2) kommen kann.
- Behälterverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Ring (41) gegenüber der Kappe (43) durch eine Schürze (45) verlängert, die gegen die äußere Fläche eines Teils (28) des Behälters (1) zum Aufliegen kommen kann.
- Behälterverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gießtülle (3) mindestens teilweise im Inneren des Halses (2) angeordnet ist, und dadurch, dass die Kappe (43) mit einer Schürze (433) versehen ist, die sich in der ersten Position und ausgehend von einer inneren Fläche (432) der Kappe bis zu einem Rand (22) des Halses erstrecken kann, wobei die Schürze in der ersten Position und gegen eine radiale innere Fläche (31a) der Gießtülle eine Kraft (F6) ausüben kann, die dazu tendiert, die Gießtülle gegen den Rand zu drücken.
- Behälter für Flüssigkeit (1), insbesondere Flasche aus Kunststoff, versehen mit einem Behälterverschluss (2-4) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
