Claims (4)

  1. Sicherheitsverschlußeinrichtung zum Verschliessen eines einen äußeren Befestigungskragen aufweisenden Behälterhalses, mit einem Befestigungsring (6) mit einen innen liegenden Wulst (9) zur Befestigung des Ringes an dem äußeren Kragen (3) des Behälterhalses (1), mit einem Verschlußstopfen (7) mit einer Dichtschürze (12), die mittels eines Scharnieres (14) an dem erwähnten Ring (6) angelenkt ist und mit einem abreißbaren Unversehrtheitsband (8), das den Verschlußstopfen (7) bis zum erstmaligen Öffnen des Verschlußstopfens über seinen gesamten Umfang mit Ausnahme der Stelle des Scharnieres (4) mit dem Ring (6) verbindet, wobei der Befestigungsring (6), der Verschlußstopfen (7) und das Unversehrtheitsband (8) eine einstückig aus Kunststoff geformte Verschlußkappe (4) bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Ausgiesselement (5) aufweist, das getrennt von der Kapsel (4) hergestellt und in diese vor dem Aufsetzen des Ganzen auf den Behälterhals (1) eingesetzt ist, wobei das Ausgiesselement eine Schürze (19) aufweist, die in den Behälterhals (1) einpressbar und nach oben zu durch eine ringförmige Ausgiesstülle (21) verlängert ist, wobei die Längenabmessungen und Durchmesser der Schürze (12) des Verschlußstopfens und der Ausgiesstülle (21), sowie die Lage des Scharniers (14) bezüglich der Schürze (12) des Verschlußstopfens (7) und bezüglich des oberen Endes (22) der Ausgiesstülle (21) derart gewählt sind, dass die Schürze (12) des Verschlußstopfens (7) in der Schliessstellung des Verschlußstopfens in die Ausgiesstülle (21) ragt und diese verschliesst und in der Offenstellung des Verschlußtopfens sich auf dem Rand der Ausgiesstülle (21) so abstützt, dass sie den Verschlußstopfen lagefest in dieser Stellung hält.
  2. Verschlußeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schürze (12) des Verschlußstopfens auf der Seite des Scharniers (14) des Verschlußstopfens eine größere Höhe (Verlängerung 25) als auf dem übrigen Teil des Umfangs aufweist.
  3. Verschlußeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausgiesselement (5) und die Verschlußkappe (4) aus verschiedenen Materialien und/oder in verschiedenen Farben ausgebildet sind.
  4. Verschlußeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausgiesselement (5) Mittel bspw. in Gestalt eines Armsterns (29) zum Regulieren der Ausfliessrate aufweist.
