Claims (12)

  1. Kappe zum dichten Verschließen eines Behälters (R) mit einem Befestigungsflansch (C), die aus einem Deckel besteht, welcher eine seitliche Schürze (2) überragt, die in ihrem unteren Teil mit Mitteln zum Einrasten unter dem Flansch (C) und in ihrem oberen Teil mit einem lösbaren Originalitätssicherungsstreifen (12) versehen ist, der durch eine zerreißbare Umfangshaut (20) am Deckel (1) und an der Schürze (2) befestigt ist und eine Lasche (22) trägt, die ein Mittel zum Ergreifen des Streifens (12) bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Teil oder der untere Teil der Lasche (22) durch die Haut (20) am Deckel (1) oder an der Schürze (2) befestigt ist und dass ihre Innenfläche mit einem Buckel (22a) versehen ist, der mit mindestens zwei Seitenflächen (220, 221, 222) gebildet ist, die beim Einrasten der Kappe das Gleiten an dem Flansch (C) sowie das Nachaußenschwenken der Lasche gewährleisten.
  2. Kappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lasche (22) an einem der Enden des Originalitätssicherungsstreifens (12) ausgeführt ist.
  3. Kappe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Streifen (12) nur an einem Umfangsteil der Schürze (2) ausgeführt ist, wobei an dem komplementären Teil ein Scharnier (21) gebildet ist.
  4. Kappe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Einrasten der Schürze (2) unter dem Flansch (C) aus einem teilweise um den Umfang verlaufenden Innenvorsprung (23) bestehen.
  5. Kappe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lasche (22) in einem entsprechenden Ausschnitt (2a) der seitlichen Schürze (2) aufgenommen ist.
  6. Kappe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Rand (2b) der Schürze an eine untere Schulter (T) des Halses des Behälters (R) anstößt.
  7. Kappe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie des Weiteren eine zylindrische Buchse (10) aufweist, die mit der Innenfläche des Deckels fest verbunden ist und in das Innere des Behälters (R) in dichtem Kontakt mit seiner oberen Innenwand eingeführt werden soll.
  8. Kappe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die seitliche Schürze (2) lotrecht zu dem Umfangsrand (1a) des Deckels (1) an letzterem befestigt ist, so dass sie vor dem Einrasten am Behälter (R) eine zylindrische Hülle bildet.
  9. Kappe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenfläche der Lasche (22) ein vertieftes Profil aufweist.
  10. Kappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenfläche der Lasche (22) ein zur Schürze (2) koplanarer Zylinderteil ist.
  11. Kappe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Umfangsrand (1a) des Deckels (1) in dem dem Scharnier (21) diametral gegenüberliegenden Bereich mit einem Ausschnitt (11) versehen ist.
  12. Kappe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der innere Buckel (22a) der Lasche ein aus mindestens zwei Seitenflächen (220, 221, 222) gebildetes Profil aufweist.
