Claims (23)

  1. Abdichtungsvorrichtung für eine für einen Flüssigkeitsspender vom Typ Wasserbrunnen bestimmte große Flasche mit einem mit einem an seinem freien äußeren Teil versehenen Außenwulst (2) versehenen Hals (1), wobei die genannte Vorrichtung eine Kapsel (3) aus Plastik mit einer transversalen Außenwand (5) umfasst, von der eine deutlich zylindrische, mit einem Innenwulst (8) zum Verhaken hinter dem Wulst (2) des Halses (1) der großen Flasche versehene Außenverkleidung (6) hervorspringt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die transversale Wand (5) an ihrer Innenseite (29) eine deutlich mit der Achse (4) der genannten, durch zwei deutlich senkrecht zur genannten transversalen Wand (5) hervorspringende Rippen (31, 32) begrenzte Kapsel (3) übereinstimmende ringförmige Achsenauskehlung (30) aufweist, wobei sich die genannte Auskehlung (30) gegenüber dem Rand (33) des genannten Halses (1) befindet, wenn die Vorrichtung an dem Hals (1) der großen Flasche angebracht ist, und zur Aufnahme einer gegossenen oder abgeformten Dichtung (34) und zur Verhinderung der Verschiebung derselben parallel zur transversalen Wand (5) bestimmt ist.
  2. Abdichtungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er darüber hinaus einen deutlich zylindrischen, aus der transversalen Außenwand (5) in derselben Richtung wie die Außenverkleidung (6) derart hervorspringenden inneren Kanal (7) umfasst, dass die Auskehlung (30) sich zwischen der Verkleidung (6) und dem Kanal (7) befindet, wobei der genannte Kanal (7) zur Aufnahme einer auf dem Spender vorgesehenen Entnahmekanüle (25) bestimmt ist, um beim Einsetzen der großen Flasche auf dem Spender in den Kanal (7) ab der transversalen Außenwand (5) der Kapsel (3) einzugreifen, und dass sie einen aus einem einzigen Stück mit der Kapsel (3) abgeformten und sich am Ansatz des Kanals (7) auf der Seite der transversalen Wand (5) befindenden Aufbruchschutz-Deckel (20) umfasst, so dass der Kanal (7) abgedichtet wird, wobei der genannte Deckel (20) zur endgültigen und sichtbaren Zerstörung beim Eingreifen der Entnahmekanüle (25) in den Kanal (7) bestimmt ist.
  3. Abdichtungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axiale Höhe der Rippen (31, 32) kleiner ist als die Dicke der Dichtung (34), wenn sie nicht komprimiert ist.
  4. Abdichtungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden der beiden Rippen (31, 32) im Verhältnis zueinander axial versetzt sind.
  5. Abdichtungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich eine erste Rippe (31) axial im Verhältnis zur Achse der Kapsel (3) deutlich bei zwei Dritteln des Durchmessers der genannten Kapsel (3) befindet, wobei sich eine zweite Rippe (32) deutlich in derselben Entfernung der Achse (4) der Kapsel (3) befindet wie das innere Ende des Innenwulstes (8) der Verkleidung (6).
  6. Abdichtungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auskehlung (30) an ihrer Innenseite wenigstens ein somit die Verschiebung der Dichtung (34) außerhalb der Auskehlung (30) verhinderndes Verhakungsmittel der genannten Dichtung (34) umfasst.
  7. Abdichtungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auskehlung (30) an ihrer Innenseite wenigstens einen ein Verhakungsmittel für die genannte Dichtung (34) bildenden Vorsprung (35, 37) umfasst.
  8. Abdichtungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Rippe (31, 32) einen sich deutlich radial zum Innern der Auskehlung (30) erstreckenden Vorsprung (35) umfasst.
  9. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axiale Höhe des Vorsprung (35) ab der Rippe (31, 32) bis zum Ende des genannten Vorsprungs (35) derart abnimmt, dass eine zum Eindringen in die Dichtung (34) geeignete Spitze gebildet wird.
  10. Abdichtungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprung (35) sich zum freien Endteil der Rippe (31, 32) hin befindet.
  11. Abdichtungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der beiden Rippen (31, 32) einen sich deutlich radial zum Innern der Auskehlung (30) erstreckenden Vorsprung (35) umfasst.
  12. Abdichtungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (36) der Auskehlung (30) wenigstens einen sich deutlich axial zum Innern der Kapsel (3) erstreckenden Vorsprung (37) umfasst.
  13. Abdichtungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprung (37) wenigstens eine um einen spitzen Winkel im Verhältnis zur Achse (4) der Kapsel (3) geneigte Seite umfasst, so dass wenigsten ein Bereich der genannten Dichtung (34) in einem sich axial zwischen dem Boden (36) der Auskehlung (30) und einem Teil des genannten Vorsprungs (37) befindenden Verhakungsbereich (41) inbegriffen ist, wenn die Dichtung (34) in der Auskehlung (30) platziert ist.
  14. Abdichtungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprung (37) im Axialschnitt die Form wenigstens eines Trapezes aufweist, dessen große Basis sich zum freien Ende des genannten Vorsprungs (37) hin befindet.
  15. Abdichtungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Trapez eine zur Achse (4) der Kapsel (3) deutlich parallele Symmetrieachse (40) besitzt.
  16. Abdichtungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 12 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axiale Höhe des Vorsprungs (37) kleiner ist als die axiale Höhe der Rippen (31, 32).
  17. Abdichtungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 7 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprung (35, 37) ringförmig ist, wobei die Achse des genannten Vorsprungs (35, 37) deutlich mit der Achse (4) der Kapsel (3) übereinstimmt.
  18. Abdichtungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenseite der Auskehlung (30) Verhakungsmittel für die genannte Dichtung (34) bildende lokalisierte Reliefs umfasst, wie zum Beispiel Rillen, Unebenheiten oder dergleichen.
  19. Eine Abdichtungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 18 und eine in der Auskehlung (30) der transversalen Wand (5) der genannten Kapsel (3) platzierte Dichtung (34) umfassende Struktur, wobei die Dichtung (34) durch Gießen oder durch Abformen eingesetzt wird.
  20. Eine Abdichtungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 18, eine in der Auskehlung (30) der transversalen Wand (5) der genannten Kapsel (3) platzierte Dichtung (34), wobei die Dichtung (34) durch Gießen oder Abformen eingesetzt wird - und eine große Flasche umfassende Struktur, wobei die große Flasche leer oder wenigstens teilweise mit einem bestimmten Inhalt gefüllt ist.
  21. Struktur gemäß Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auskehlung (30) sich gegenüber dem Rand (33) des genannten Halses (1) befindet, wenn die Kapsel (3) auf dem Hals (1) der großen Flasche angebracht ist, wobei die Dichtung (34) in der Auskehlung (30) zwischen der transversalen Wand (5) der Kapsel (3) und dem Rand (33) des Halses (1) der großen Flasche komprimiert ist.
  22. Realisierungsverfahren einer Struktur gemäß Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (34) in der Auskehlung (30) der Kapsel (3) gegossen wird, wobei die genannte Kapsel (3) zuvor durch Einspritzen abgeformt wird.
  23. Realisierungsverfahren einer Struktur gemäß Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kapsel (3) und die Dichtung (34) durch Abformen durch Bi-Einspritzen realisiert werden.
