Claims (14)

  1. Einheit, die Folgendes umfasst:
    einen Stopfen (1) des Typs mit einer transversalen Endwand (3) und einer zylindrische Verkleidung (4), die an ihrer internen Fläche (7) ein Gewinde (8) aufweist, das dazu dient, gemeinsam mit einem zusätzlichen externen Gewinde von einem Behälterhals zu wirken;
    und eine Dichtung (15), die gegen die interne Fläche (16) von der transversalen Wand (3) des Stopfens (1) platziert ist, wobei die Dichtung (15) durch Guss angebracht wurde und sich annährend über die gesamte interne Fläche (16) von der transversalen Wand (3) erstreckt; wobei die transversale Wand (3) des Stopfens (1) an ihrer internen Fläche (16) zumindest eine Auskragung (17) aufweist, die ein Haftmittel für die Dichtung (15) bildet, wobei die Auskragung (17) von der Dichtung (15) umhüllt und bedeckt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung die allgemeine Forme einer Scheibe aufweist, die eine annähernd konstante Dicke aufweist, wobei die axiale Höhe der Auskragung (17) kleiner als die die Dicke von der Dichtung (15) ist.
  2. Einheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auskragung (17) zumindest eine Fläche (21, 25, 27) umfasst, die derart um einen Winkel (β, γ) geneigt ist, der spitz im Verhältnis zur Achse (2) des Stopfens (1) ist, dass sich, wenn die Dichtung (15) im Stopfen (1) platziert ist, zumindest eine Zone der Dichtung (15) in einer Haftzone (27) befindet, die axial zwischen der transversalen Wand (3) und einem Teil der Auskragung (17) liegt.
  3. Einheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auskragung (17) im Axialschnitt die Form von zumindest einem Trapez einnimmt, von dem sich die kleine Basis (19) zum freien Ende von der Auskragung (17) befindet, wobei das Trapez derart ist, dass einer der beiden Winkel (β), die an die kleine Basis (19) angrenzen, spitz ist.
  4. Einheit nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der eine der beiden Winkel (β), die an die kleine Basis (19) angrenzen, zwischen 40° und 80° liegt, und insbesondere bei 60° liegt.
  5. Einheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auskragung (17) im Axialschnitt die Form von zumindest einem Trapez einnimmt, von dem sich die große Basis (23) zum freien Ende von der Auskragung (17) befindet.
  6. Einheit nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trapez eine Symmetrieachse (24) aufweist, die annähernd parallel zur Achse (2) des Stopfens (1) ist.
  7. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auskragung (17) ringförmig ist, wobei die Achse der Auskragung (17) annähernd mit der Achse (2) des Stopfens (1) übereinstimmt.
  8. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei ringförmige annähernd konzentrische Auskragungen (17) umfasst, deren Achse annähernd mit der Achse (2) des Stopfens (1) übereinstimmt.
  9. Einheit nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die freien Enden (19) der beiden Auskragungen (17) axial gegeneinander verschoben sind.
  10. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auskragung (17) eine axiale Höhe aufweist, die kleiner als die Hälfte der Dicke von der transversalen Wand des Stopfens ist.
  11. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auskragung (17) eine axiale Höhe aufweist, die kleiner als das Drittel der Dicke von der transversalen Wand des Stopfens ist.
  12. Einheit, die einerseits einen Stopfen (1) und eine Dichtung (15) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 11, und andererseits einen Behälterhals oder einen Behälter mit einem Hals umfasst, wobei der Behälter leer ist oder zumindest teilweise mit einem bestimmten Inhalt gefüllt ist.
  13. Verfahren zur Realisierung einer Stopfen (1)-Dichtung (15) Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 11, das die folgenden Schritte umfasst: - es wird per Formguss ein Stopfen (1) realisiert, der zumindest eine Auskragung (17) aufweist; - am Boden des Stopfens (1) wird derart eine bestimmte Menge eines Materials, das die Dichtung (15) in flüssiger oder dickflüssiger Form bildet, abgelegt, dass sich das Material über die interne Fläche (16) der transversalen Wand (3) des Stopfens (1) verteilt und die Auskragung (17) umhüllt und bedeckt, und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Menge ausreicht, damit die Dicke der Dichtung größer als die axiale Höhe der Auskragung (17) ist.
  14. Verfahren zur Realisierung einer Stopfen (1)-Dichtung (15) Einheit nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, sobald das Material, das die Dichtung (15) bildet, am Boden des Stopfens (1) abgelegt ist, das Material gegen die transversale Wand (3) des Stopfens (1) gepresst wird.
