Claims (17)

  1. Spenderkapsel (1) für flüssige oder pastöse Produkte mit einem in einem rohrförmigen Gehäuse (5) zwischen einer angehobenen Öffnungsposition und einer zurückgezogenen Schließposition mittels eines Bedienungsdruckknopfes (11) verschiebbaren Element zum jeweiligen Freigeben oder Verschließen einer Ausflußöffnung für das in einem Behälter (2), auf dem die Kapsel montiert ist, enthaltene Produkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Kappe (4) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, auf dem Hals (3) des besagten Behälters montiert zu werden und die mit dem Gehäuse (5) fest verbunden ist, in welchem ein Kolben (7) verschiebbar angeordnet ist, der durch das besagte Gehäuse und durch einen ebenfalls mit der Kappe (4) fest verbundenen Stutzen (6) in axialer Richtung geführt ist, wobei der besagte Stutzen an einem Ende mit der Öffnung des Halses (3) des Behälters in Verbindung steht und sein anderes Ende eine Öffnung (24) aufweist, die gegenüber derjenigen des Halses reduziert ist und mit der besagten Ausflußöffnung (20) in Verbindung steht, wenn der Kolben (7) sich in der angehobenen Öffnungsposition befindet, während der besagte Kolben einen Kopf (8) und eine Seitenwand (9) aufweist, von denen ein Teil den Bedienungsdruckknopf bildet, und daß das Gehäuse an einem dem Druckknopf (11) gegenüberliegenden Teil mit einer Aussparung (16) versehen ist, die den Zugang zum Druckknopf zu seiner Betätigung ermöglicht.
  2. Kapsel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolben (7) außerhalb des Stutzens (6) eine Dichtungsschürze (10) aufweist, die von der Innenwand des Kopfes (8) des Kolbens (7) ausgehend ausgebildet ist und die, sich an der Außenwand des Stutzens (6) abstützend, nach innen verläuft.
  3. Kapsel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenwand des Kopfes (8) des Kolbens (7) innerhalb des Stutzens (6) eine Dichtungsschürze (22) aufweist, die koaxial zur äußeren Dichtungsschürze (10) liegt und einen Stopfen für den besagten Stutzen (6) bildet, indem sie in der Schließstellung in diesen eindringt.
  4. Kapsel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsachse des Stutzens (6) mindestens in ihrem oberen Teil gegenüber der Achse der Kappe (4) versetzt angeordnet ist.
  5. Kapsel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckknopf (11) eine Zunge (12) aufweist, von der ein Teil in einer Führung (13) gleitet, die zwischen der Kappe und dem Gehäuse angeordnet ist.
  6. Kapsel nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gleiten des Kolbens durch Vorsprünge (18, 17) begrenzt ist, die jeweils an der Innenwand der Zunge (12) und in der Führung (13) angeordnet sind.
  7. Kapsel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zunge (12) mit zwei Durchbrüchen (23, 23') versehen ist, die einen materiellen Steg (25) zwischen sich lassen, der dazu bestimmt ist, mit einem Vorsprung (36) zusammenzuwirken, welcher an der Innenfläche des Gehäuses (5) derart angeordnet ist, daß eine elastische Verriegelung in der Schließstellung sichergestellt ist.
  8. Kapsel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kappe (4) mit dem Gehäuse (5) über ein ringförmiges Auflager (27) verbunden ist, das sich am Behälter (2) abstützt, während sie außerdem eine Schürze (26) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, in den Hals (3) des Behälters einzudringen.
  9. Kapsel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausflußöffnung (20) durch eine Leitung (21) begrenzt ist, die seitlich im Kolben (7) angeordnet ist und sich in der Schließstellung des Kolbens zwischen der Innenwand des Gehäuses (5) und der Außenwand des Stutzens (6) erstreckt, welche somit eine Verschlußklappe bildet.
  10. Kapsel nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagte Leitung (21) nach unten und innen geneigt angeordnet ist.
  11. Kapsel nach einem der Ansprüche 9 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kopf (8) des Kolbens (7) oberhalb der Leitung (21) eine Aushöhlung (30) aufweist, die insbesondere dazu bestimmt ist, die Ausflußstelle für das Produkt anzuzeigen.
  12. Kapsel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kappe (4) fest mit dem Hals (3) des Behälters verbunden ist und daß die Aussparung (16) des Gehäuses (5), die den Zugang zum Druckknopf (11) ermöglicht, zeitweise von einer leicht ablösbaren Zunge (31) abgedeckt ist, so daß jede Bedienung des besagten Druckknopfes (11) ohne vorherige Ablösung der besagten Zunge (31) verhindert wird.
  13. Kapsel nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kopf (8) des Kolbens (7) über dem Druckknopf (11) eine Schrägfläche (32) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, das Abreißen der Schutzzunge (31) zu erleichtern.
  14. Kapsel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kappe (4) außerdem mit Führungen (28) fest verbunden ist, die sich koaxial im Kolben in der Nähe seiner Innenwand erstrecken.
  15. Kapsel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolben (7) mindestens eine Führungsschürze (34) aufweist, die von der Innenwand des Kopfes (8) des besagten Kolbens (7) ausgehend ausgebildet ist und sich nach innen erstreckt und die dazu bestimmt ist, mit einer in der Kappe (4) vorgesehenen Ausstülpung (35) zusammenzuwirken, welche eine zugeordnete Form besitzt.
  16. Kapsel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unter der Aussparung (16) des Gehäuses eine einen nach außen weisenden Vorsprung bildende Rippe angeordnet ist, die insbesondere als Orientierungsmittel für eine Montagemaschine dient .
  17. Kapsel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenfläche der Kappe (4) mindestens eine Längsrippe (37) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, mit einer Nut (38') zusammenzuwirken, welche mit einer eine V-Öffnung aufweisenden Aussparung (38'') versehen ist, wobei dieselben in der Dicke des Halses (3) des Behälters (2) angeordnet sind im Hinblick auf eine Verriegelung und/oder eine Winkelpositionierung der Kapsel in Bezug auf den Behälter.
