Dispensing cap (1) for liquid or pasty products comprising an element sliding in a tubular housing (5) between a raised open position and a retracted closed position by means of an operating button (11) for respectively unblocking or blocking a discharge orifice (20) for the product contained in a container (2) on which the cap is fitted, characterised in that it comprises a cover (4) which is designed to be fitted on the neck (3) of said container and which is locked to the housing (5) in which is fitted slidingly a piston (7) guided axially by said housing and by a tube (6) also locked to the cover (4), said tube communicating through one end with the opening of the neck (3) of the container, its other end having an opening (24) which is reduced in relation to that of the neck and communicates with said discharge orifice (20) when the piston (7) is in the raised open position, while said piston comprises a crown (8) and a side wall (9) a portion of which forms the operating button, and the housing is provided with a notch (16) facing a portion of the button (11) and permitting access to the button for its operation.
  2. Cap according to claim 1, characterised in that the piston (7) comprises a sealing skirt (10) outside the tube (6) formed from the internal wall of the crown (8) of the piston (7) and extending towards the inside, bearing against the external wall of the tube (6).
  3. Cap according to one of claims 1 and 2, characterised in that the internal wall of the crown (8) of the piston (7) comprises a sealing skirt (22) inside the tube (6), which is coaxial with the outside sealing skirt (10) and forms a plug for said tube (6), being introduced into the latter in the closed position.
  4. Cap according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the longitudinal axis of the tube (6), at least in its upper part, is offset in relation to the axis of the cover (4).
  5. Cap according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the button (11) comprises a tab (12) a portion of which slides in a passage (13) formed between the cover and the housing.
  6. Cap according to claim 5, characterised in that the sliding movement of the piston is limited by projections (18, 17) formed respectively on the internal wall of the tab (12) and in the passage (13).
  7. Cap according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the tab (12) is provided with two openings (23, 23') leaving a strip (25) of material between them designed to cooperate with a projection (36) arranged on the internal face of the housing (5) so as to ensure elastic locking in the closed position.
  8. Cap according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the cover (4) is connected to the housing (5) by means of an annular support (27) bearing on the container (2) while it also comprises a skirt (26) designed to be introduced into the neck (3) of the container.
  9. Cap according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the discharge orifice (20) is delimited by a passage (21) which is arranged laterally in the piston (7) and extends, in the closed position of the piston, between the internal wall of the housing (5) and the external wall of the tube (6), which thus forms a closing valve.
  10. Cap according to claim 9, characterised in that said passage (21) is inclined downwards and towards the inside.
  11. Cap according to one of claims 9 and 10, characterised in that the crown (8) of the piston (7) comprises a hollow (30) located above the passage (21) and designed in particular to indicate the place of discharge of the product.
  12. Cap according to one of claims 1 to 11, characterised in that the cover (4) is locked to the neck (3) of the container and in that the notch (16) of the housing (5) permitting access to the button (11) is temporarily covered by an easily detachable protective tab (31), preventing any operation of said button (11) without previously detaching said tab (31).
  13. Cap according to claim 12, characterised in that the crown (8) of the piston (7) comprises an inclined face (32) located above the button (11) and designed to facilitate the removal of the protective tab (31).
  14. Cap according to one of claims 1 to 13, characterised in that the cover (4) is also locked to guides (28) which extend coaxially to the piston in the vicinity of the internal wall of the latter.
  15. Cap according to one of claims 1 to 14, characterised in that the piston (7) exhibits at least one guiding skirt (34) formed from the internal wall of the crown (8) of said piston (7), which extends towards the inside and which is designed to cooperate with a protuberance (35) of corresponding shape provided on the cover (4).
  16. Cap according to one of claims 1 to 15, characterised in that a rib forming a projection towards the outside is arranged under the notch (16) of the housing to serve in particular as a means of orientation for an assembly machine.
