Description
- d'une part, la saillie ne permet pas toujours un bon maintien du joint contre la paroi transversale de la capsule, le joint pouvant notamment se détacher de la dite paroi en se déplaçant axialement vers l'intérieur de la capsule ;
- d'autre part, il existe un important effort de cisaillement au niveau de la zone de contact entre la saillie et le joint, ce qui peut conduire à une fissuration ou une rupture du joint, et par conséquent à une perte de l'étanchéité. Ce problème est d'autant plus fréquent que les bonbonnes sont empilées les unes sur les autres sur des palettes, les palettes étant elles-mêmes empilées, de sorte que les bonbonnes sont soumises à d'importants efforts. Il en résulte une dégradation de l'état du joint au cours du stockage et du transport des bonbonnes.

Claims (23)
- Dispositif de bouchage pour une bonbonne comportant un col (1) muni d'un bourrelet extérieur (2) à sa partie extrême libre et destinée à un distributeur de liquide du type fontaine à eau, le dit dispositif comportant une capsule (3) en matière plastique comprenant une paroi transversale d'extrémité (5) de laquelle fait saillie une jupe extérieure (6) sensiblement cylindrique, pourvue d'un bourrelet intérieur (8) pour l'accrochage derrière le bourrelet (2) du col (1) de la bonbonne, caractérisé en ce que la paroi transversale (5) présente, sur sa face intérieure (29), une gorge annulaire (30) d'axe sensiblement confondu avec l'axe (4) de la dite capsule (3), délimitée par deux nervures (31, 32) faisant saillie sensiblement perpendiculairement à la dite paroi transversale (5), la dite gorge (30) étant située, lorsque le dispositif est monté sur le col (1) de la bonbonne, en regard du rebord (33) du dit col (1), et étant destinée à recevoir un joint (34) coulé ou moulé et à empêcher le déplacement de celui-ci parallèlement à la paroi transversale (5).
- Dispositif de bouchage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre une cheminée intérieure (7) sensiblement cylindrique, faisant saillie de la paroi transversale d'extrémité (5) dans le même sens que la jupe extérieure (6) de telle sorte que la gorge (30) soit située entre la jupe (6) et la cheminée (7), la dite cheminée (7) étant destinée à recevoir une canule de soutirage (25) prévue sur le distributeur pour venir s'emboíter dans la cheminée (7) depuis la paroi transversale d'extrémité (5) de la capsule (3), lors de la mise en place de la bonbonne sur le distributeur, et en ce qu'il comprend un opercule d'inviolabilité (20) moulé d'une seule pièce avec la capsule (3) et situé à la naissance de la cheminée (7), du côté de la paroi transversale (5), de façon à obturer la cheminée (7), le dit opercule (20) étant destiné à être irrémédiablement et visiblement détruit lors de l'emboítement de la canule de soutirage (25) dans la cheminée (7).
- Dispositif de bouchage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la hauteur axiale des nervures (31, 32) est inférieure à l'épaisseur du joint (34) lorsqu'il n'est pas comprimé.
- Dispositif de bouchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités des deux nervures (31, 32) sont décalées axialement l'une par rapport à l'autre.
- Dispositif de bouchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une première nervure (31) est située axialement, par rapport à l'axe de la capsule (3), sensiblement aux deux tiers du diamètre de la dite capsule (3), une deuxième nervure (32) étant située sensiblement à la même distance de l'axe (4) de la capsule (3) que l'extrémité intérieure du bourrelet intérieur (8) de la jupe (6).
- Dispositif de bouchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la gorge (30) comprend, sur sa face intérieure, au moins un moyen d'accrochage du dit joint (34), empêchant ainsi le déplacement du joint (34) hors de la gorge (30).
- Dispositif de bouchage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la gorge (30) comprend, sur sa face intérieure, au moins une saillie (35, 37) formant moyen d'accrochage pour le dit joint (34).
- Dispositif de bouchage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une nervure (31, 32) comprend une saillie (35) s'étendant sensiblement radialement vers l'intérieur de la gorge (30).
- Dispositif de bouchage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la hauteur axiale de la saillie (35) va en diminuant depuis la nervure (31, 32) jusqu'à l'extrémité de la dite saillie (35), de sorte à former une pointe apte à pénétrer dans le joint (34).
- Dispositif de bouchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la saillie (35) est située vers la partie extrême libre de la nervure (31, 32).
- Dispositif de bouchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que chacune des deux nervures (31, 32) comprend une saillie (35) s'étendant sensiblement radialement vers l'intérieur de la gorge (30).
- Dispositif de bouchage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le fond (36) de la gorge (30) comprend au moins une saillie (37) s'étendant sensiblement axialement vers l'intérieur de la capsule (3).
- Dispositif de bouchage selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la saillie (37) comprend au moins une face inclinée d'un angle aigu par rapport à l'axe (4) de la capsule (3) de sorte que, lorsque le joint (34) est placé dans la gorge (30), au moins une zone du dit joint (34) est comprise dans une zone d'accrochage (41) située, axialement, entre le fond (36) de la gorge (30) et une partie de la dite saillie (37).
- Dispositif de bouchage selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce que la saillie (37) présente, en coupe axiale, la forme d'au moins un trapèze dont la grande base est située vers l'extrémité libre de la dite saillie (37).
- Dispositif de bouchage selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que le dit trapèze possède un axe de symétrie (40) sensiblement parallèle à l'axe (4) de la capsule (3).
- Dispositif de bouchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 15, caractérisé en ce que la hauteur axiale de la saillie (37) est inférieure à la hauteur axiale des nervures (31, 32).
- Dispositif de bouchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 16, caractérisé en ce que la saillie (35, 37) est annulaire, l'axe de la dite saillie (35, 37) étant sensiblement confondu avec l'axe (4) de la capsule (3).
- Dispositif de bouchage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la face intérieure de la gorge (30) comprend des reliefs localisés tels que des stries, des aspérités, ou équivalent, formant moyen d'accrochage pour le dit joint (34).
- Ensemble comprenant un dispositif de bouchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 18 et un joint (34) placé dans la gorge (30) de la paroi transversale (5) de la dite capsule (3), le joint (34) ayant été mis en place par coulage ou par moulage.
- Ensemble comprenant un dispositif de bouchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 18, un joint (34) placé dans la gorge (30) de la paroi transversale (5) de la dite capsule (3), le joint (34) ayant été mis en place par coulage ou par moulage, et une bonbonne, la dite bonbonne étant vide ou au moins partiellement remplie d'un certain contenu.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 20, caractérisé en ce que, lorsque la capsule (3) est montée sur le col (1) de la bonbonne, la gorge (30) est située en regard du rebord (33) du dit col (1), le joint (34) étant comprimé, dans la gorge (30), entre la paroi transversale (5) de la capsule (3) et le rebord (33) du col (1) de la bonbonne.
- Procédé de réalisation d'un ensemble conforme à la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce qu'on coule le joint (34) dans la gorge (30) de la capsule (3), la dite capsule (3) ayant été préalablement moulée par injection.
- Procédé de réalisation d'un ensemble conforme à la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que la capsule (3) et le joint (34) sont réalisés par moulage par bi-injection.
