Description
- Le premier cordon forme une surface inclinée par rapport à un axe central du dispositif, cette surface étant évasée en direction du corps du récipient. Cette surface qui peut être tronconique dans le cas d'un goulot et d'une bague cylindriques, facilite l'encliquetage de la bague sur le goulot car elle constitue une rampe d'expansion radiale de la bague.
- Les cordons forment chacun une surface globalement perpendiculaire à un axe central du dispositif. Ces surfaces perpendiculaires à l'axe central, qui sont annulaires dans le cas d'une bague cylindrique, forment des moyens de verrouillage efficace des collerettes contre la bague. On peut prévoir que ces surfaces se font face et que le volume de réception des collerettes est défini entre elles.
- La collerette du verseur s'étend radialement vers l'extérieur à partir d'un bord d'une jupe formée par ce verseur et apte à coiffer le goulot. Dans ce cas, la jupe forme avantageusement une surface inclinée par rapport à un axe central du dispositif, cette surface étant apte à venir en appui surfacique contre une surface inclinée correspondante à l'extérieur du goulot.
- La bague se prolonge, à l'opposé du capuchon, par une jupe, apte à venir en appui contre une surface externe d'une partie du récipient. Cette jupe permet de masquer la zone de transition entre l'ensemble formant coiffe et le corps du récipient.
- Le verseur est disposé au moins partiellement à l'intérieur du goulot, alors que le capuchon est pourvu d'une jupe s'étendant, dans la première position précitée et à partir d'une surface interne du capuchon, jusqu'au niveau d'un bord du goulot, la jupe étant apte à exercer, dans la première position et contre une surface radiale interne du verseur, un effort tendant à plaquer ce verseur contre ce bord. Cette jupe permet de réaliser un assemblage étanche entre le capuchon et le verseur par expansion radiale du verseur et compression contre le bord du goulot.
- la figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'une partie supérieure d'une bouteille de lait conforme à l'invention, équipée d'un dispositif de bouchage conforme à l'invention dont le capuchon est dans une première position ;
- la figure 2 est une vue analogue à la figure 1 alors que le capuchon est dans une seconde position ;
- la figure 3 est une coupe éclatée, selon la ligne III-III à la figure 1, du dispositif de bouchage ;
- la figure 4 est une coupe du dispositif des figures 1 à 3 en cours de montage sur le goulot de la bouteille ;
- la figure 5 est une demi-coupe à plus grande échelle selon la ligne V-V à la figure 1 et
- la figure 6 est une vue à plus grande échelle du détail VI à la figure 5.
Claims (10)
- Dispositif de bouchage d'un récipient (1) pourvu d'un goulot (2), ledit dispositif comprenant un verseur (3), apte à être monté sur ledit goulot, et un ensemble (4) formant coiffe apte à être monté sur ledit goulot et comprenant un capuchon (43) mobile entre une première position où il isole ledit goulot et ledit verseur de l'extérieur et une seconde position où il autorise l'accès audit goulot et audit verseur, ledit ensemble formant coiffe comprenant au moins un cordon d'accrochage s'étendant radialement vers l'intérieur à partir d'une bague (41) caractérisé en ce que ledit ensemble formant coiffe comprend deux cordons d'accrochage (411, 412) s'étendant radialement vers l'intérieur à partir de ladite bague (41), un premier cordon (411) étant apte à venir en prise avec une collerette externe (26) dudit goulot alors qu'un second cordon (412) est apte à venir en prise avec une collerette externe (36) dudit verseur, lesdits premier et second cordons définissant entre eux un volume (V) de réception desdites collerettes.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits cordons d'accrochage (411, 412) sont aptes à exercer sur lesdites collerettes (26, 36) un effort (F5) s'opposant à leur écartement relatif.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit premier cordon (411) forme une surface (411a) inclinée par rapport à un axe central (X4-X'4) dudit dispositif, ladite surface étant évasée en direction du corps (11) dudit récipient (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits premier et second cordons forment chacun une surface (411b, 412b) globalement perpendiculaire à un axe central (X4-X'4) dudit dispositif.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que lesdites surfaces (411b, 412b) globalement perpendiculaires audit axe central (X4-X'4) se font face et ledit volume de réception (V) est défini entre elles.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite collerette (36) dudit verseur (3) s'étend radialement vers l'extérieur à partir d'un bord (34) d'une jupe (33) formée par ledit verseur et apte à coiffer ledit goulot (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ladite jupe (33) forme une surface inclinée (34a) par rapport à un axe central (X3-X'3) du dispositif, ladite surface étant apte à venir en appui surfacique contre une surface inclinée externe (24a) dudit goulot (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite bague (41) se prolonge, à l'opposé dudit capuchon (43), par une jupe (45) apte à venir en appui contre la surface externe d'une partie (28) dudit récipient (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit verseur (3) est disposé au moins partiellement à l'intérieur dudit goulot (2) et en ce que ledit capuchon (43) est pourvu d'une jupe (433) s'étendant, dans ladite première position et à partir d'une surface interne (432) dudit capuchon, jusqu'au niveau d'un bord (22) dudit goulot, la jupe étant apte à exercer, dans ladite première position et contre une surface radiale interne (31a) du verseur, un effort (F6) tendant à plaquer ledit verseur contre ledit bord.
- Récipient pour liquide (1), notamment bouteille en matière plastique, équipé d'un dispositif de bouchage (2-4) selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
