Claims (10)

  1. Ausgabevorrichtung zum Ausgeben eines fließfähigen, in einem Behälter (2) enthaltenen Produktes, mit einem feststehenden Teil (3), der zum Anbringen an dem Behälter einen Abschnitt aufweist, der in Richtung von dem Behälter weg durch einen im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Ausgießteil (13) verlängert ist, der an seinen beiden axialen Enden offen und der von einer seitlichen Öffnung zum Ausgeben des fließfähigen Stoffes (14) durchsetzt ist, und mit einem beweglichen Teil (4), der einen im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Verschlussabschnitt (21) aufweist, der in dem Ausgießteil (13) des feststehenden Teils (3) abgedichtet gelagert ist, der an seinem axial innen liegenden Ende offen ist, der an seinem axial außen liegenden Ende geschlossen ist, der von einer seitlichen Ausgabeöffnung für das fließfähige Produkt (24) durchsetzt ist und der einen Kopfabschnitt (22,23) aufweist, der es gestattet das bewegliche Teil (4) zu erfassen und nach außen zu bewegen, wobei das bewegliche Teil (4) in dem feststehenden Teil (3) axial verschieblich und drehbar gelagert ist, das feststehende Teil (3) und das bewegliche Teil (4) erste Mittel (11, 26, 29, 30, 31) aufweisen, die dazu vorgesehen sind, eine erste axiale Stellung des beweglichen Teils bezüglich des feststehenden Teils festzulegen, in der die seitlichen Öffnungen (14,24) in den beiden Teile in axialer Richtung gegeneinander versetzt sind, in der Weise, dass sie nicht fluchtend zueinander auszurichten sind, sowie zweite Mittel (18, 25) aufweisen, um eine zweite Axialstellung des beweglichen Teils bezüglich dem feststehenden Teil zu definierten, in der die beiden seitlichen Öffnungen (14,24) der beiden Teile durch Drehung des beweglichen Teils aufeinander auszurichten sind, wobei die zweiten Mittel Rastmittel (18,25) umfassen, die miteinander zusammen wirken, um das bewegliche Teil (4) in seiner axial ausgezogenen Stellung zu halten, die der zweiten Stellung entspricht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zu den ersten Mitteln eine Originalitätsverschlußband (26) gehört, das, so lange es nicht abgerissen ist, den Kopfabschnitt des beweglichen Teils (4) mit dem feststehenden Teil (3) verbindet und das bewegliche Teil in einer maximalen der ersten Axialstellung entsprechenden Betätigungsstellung und in einer festgelegten Winkelstellung hält, damit nach dem Abreißen des Originalitätsverschlußbandes (26) und der Verschiebung des beweglichen Teils (4) bezüglich des feststehenden Teils (3) in die zweite axiale Stellung die zweiten Mittel eine Drehung des beweglichen Teils (4) bezüglich des feststehenden Teils (3) ermöglichen, damit die seitlichen Öffnungen (14,24) der beiden Teile wahlweise im Sinne einer Ausgabe des Produktes miteinander fluchtend ausgerichtet werden können.
  2. Ausgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Originalitätsverschlußband (26) den Kopfbereich (22,23) des beweglichen Teils (4) mit einem Rastring (30) befestigt ist, der an dem feststehenden Teil (3) eingerastet ist.
  3. Ausgabevorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopfteil (22,23) des beweglichen Teils (4) einen Außenrand (23) aufweist, und dass das Originalitätsverschlussband (26) den Außenrand (23) mit dem feststehenden Teil (3), vorzugsweise mit einem auf dem feststehenden Teil (3) eingerasteten Rastring (30) verbindet.
  4. Ausgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außenrand (23) des Kopfteils, das Originalitätsverschlußband (26), gegebenenfalls der Rastring (30) des beweglichen Teils (4) und der Befestigungsabschnitt (6) des feststehenden Teils im Wesentlichen denselben Außendurchmesser aufweisen.
  5. Ausgabevorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die seitliche Öffnung des Fluidauslaß (14) des feststehenden Teils (3) mit einer äußeren Ausgießtülle versehen ist.
  6. Ausgabevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rastmittel, die eine zweite Axialstellung des beweglichen Teils bezüglich des feststehenden Teil definieren, eine Innenrippe (18) auf dem feststehenden Teils (3) und eine Außenrippe (25) auf dem Verschlußabschnitt (21) des beweglichen Teils (4) umfassen.
  7. Ausgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die innere Rippe (18) an einem Kragen (17) ausgebildet ist, der den Ausgießteil (13) des feststehenden Teils (3) in Richtung auf den Behälter verlängert.
  8. Ausgabevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zylindrische Verschlussabschnitt (21) des beweglichen Teils (4) wenigstens einen Ausschnitt (24) enthält, der von dem inneren Ende des Verschlußbereiches bis auf eine axiale Höhe reicht, in der der Ausschnitt in der ersten axialen Stellung des beweglichen Teils (4) noch in axialer Richtung bezüglich der Seitenöffnung (14) des feststehenden Teils (3) versetzt ist, während er in der zweiten axialen Stellung des beweglichen Teils (4) mit der seitlichen Öffnung (14) des feststehenden Teils (39 durch Drehung des beweglichen Teils (4) zum Fluchten gebracht werden kann.
  9. Ausgabevorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 6 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem zylindrischen Verschlußabschnitt (21) des beweglichen Teils (4) zwei diametral gegenüberliegende Ausschnitte (24) vorgesehen sind.
