Claims (10)

  1. Verschluß aus einem Stück mit einem Körper (1), der zum Anbringen an den Hals eines Behälters ausgelegt ist, und einer Kappe (2), die mit dem Körper (1) über ein laterales Scharniergelenk (3) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper (1) einen oberen Abschnitt (1a) aus einem starren Material, der den Halt und die Verriegelung der Kappe (2) in einer dichten Verschlußposition sicherstellt und der mit einem rohrförmigen, zentralen Verteilungsteil (10) versehen ist, und einen unteren Abschnitt (1b) aus einem weichen Material umfaßt, der die Befestigung des Körpers (1) an dem Hals des Behälters durch eine elastische Verformung zuläßt.
  2. Verschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kappe (2) mit einem harpunenartigen Hakenteil (21) versehen ist, das mit der Wand der Kappe (2) mit Hilfe von Brücken (21a) verbunden ist, die bei der ersten Öffnung durchtrennt werden können, und irreversibel in einem Hohlraum (12) eingebracht werden kann, der an einem starren Außenteil des Körpers (1) ausgebildet ist.
  3. Verschluß nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das harpunenartige Hakenteil (21) von einem Keil (22) getragen ist, der am unteren äußeren Umfang der Kappe (2) ausgebildet ist.
  4. Verschluß nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der starre obere Abschnitt (1a) des Körpers (1) einen gekrümmten Außenumfang aufweist, der in der Art eines Spatels oder Zunge erhaben ist, dessen/deren Profil komplementär zur unteren Seite der Kappe (2) ist und dessen am höchsten liegender Bereich die Verbindung des Scharniergelenks (3) sicherstellt, um die freie Beweglichkeit der Kappe (2) ohne Trennung des rohrförmigen zentralen Teils (10) zu ermöglichen.
  5. Verschluß nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichn e t, daß die Kappe (2) selbst starr ist und mit einem zentralen Ring oder Kranz (20) versehen ist, der mit dem rohrförmigen zentralen Teil (10) des Körpers (1) im geschlossenen Zustand in einen dichten Eingriff kommen soll.
  6. Verschluß nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das rohrförmige Verteilungsteil (10) mit einem beweglichen Abdeckmittel (13) versehen ist, der einen Zugring (13a) trägt.
  7. Verschluß nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das starre Material des oberen Abschnitts (1a) des Körpers (1) aus einem homopolymeren Polypropylen oder co-polymeren Polypropylen oder aus einem Polyethylen hoher Dichte gebildet ist.
  8. Verschluß nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das weiche Material des unteren Abschnitts (1b) des Körpers (1) aus einem radikalen oder linearen Polyethylen niedriger Dichte gebildet ist.
  9. Verschluß nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der starre obere Abschnitt (1a) des Körpers (1) aus einem oberen Rand oder Umschlag des Körpers, des rohrförmigen zentralen Teils (10) und einer peripheren Verstärkungsschulter (15) gebildet ist.
  10. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Verschlusses nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Abschnitt (1a), der untere Abschnitt (1b) des Körpers, die Kappe (2) und das Scharniergelenk (3) aus einem Stück durch ein Zweikomponenten-Spritzgießen von Materialien unterschiedlicher Härte geformt werden.
