Claims (12)
- Spritzgussformteil mit mindestens einem eingelegten und umspritzten elektrischen Kontaktelement,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Formteil ein Wandungsteil eines elektrischen oder elektronischen Geräts bildet. - Spritzgussformteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Formteil zumindest teilweise eine Außenwandung in Form eines Gehäuses oder Gehäuseteils (10) des Geräts bildet.
- Spritzgussformteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Formteil zumindest teilweise eine Innenwandung in Form einer Trennwand oder eines Zwischenbodens des Geräts bildet.
- Spritzgussformteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Kontaktelement ein Metallstift (100, 250) ist, der sich durch das Wandungsteil hindurch erstreckt.
- Spritzgussformteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wandungsteil eine Metallplatte ist, die von beiden Seiten des Wandungsteils kontaktierbar ist.

- Spritzgussformteil nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die steckeroder buchsenartige Ausbildung einen den/die Metallstifte (100) umgebenden Kragen (15) beinhaltet.
- Spritzgussformteil nach Anspruch 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere gleichartige Gruppen von Metallstiften (100) zu einer Anschlussleiste (11,12) des Formteils zusammengefasst sind.
- Spritzgussformteil nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Metallstifte (100) in einer wannenartigen Vertiefung (21,22) des Gehäuses (10) angeordnet sind.
- Spritzgussformteil nach Anspruch 1 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gerät ein Fernsteuersender mit einem Joystick ist, bei dem das Formteil Teil des Gehäuses eines Elektronikblocks (20 ) bildet, auf dem ein Joystickblock (30) unter Herstellung von elektrischen Verbindungen über die Metallstifte (250) aufsetzbar und arretierbar ist.
- Spritzgussformteil nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen Elektronikblock (20) und Joystickblock (30) eine Dichtung (25) vorgesehen ist.
