Claims (3)
- Verfahren zur Montage von Weichen unter Verwendung von Schwellen, Unterlagsplatten, Backenschienen, Fahrschienen, Zungenschienen, Zwischenschienen, eines Herzstückes, Flügelschienen und Radlenkern, wobei zwischen dem Herzstück und einer Flügelschiene eine Herzstückrille und zwischen Fahrschiene und Radlenker eine Radlenkerrille ausgebildet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für Weichen mit unterschiedlichen Weiten der Herzstück- und/oder Radlenkerrille gleiche Schwellen und Unterlagsplatten mit gleichem Bohrmuster eingesetzt werden, daß der den Radlenker tragende Radlenkerstuhl unter Einstellung der jeweils erforderlichen Radlenkerrillenweite auf der Unterlagsplatte positioniert und mit der Unterlagsplatte verschweißt wird und daß die dem Herzstück zugewandte Seite des Flügelschienenkopfes zur Einstellung der Herzstückrillenweite materialabtragend bearbeitet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Anschlagleiste unter Einstellung der jeweils erforderlichen Herzstückrillenweite auf der Unterlagsplatte positioniert und mit der Unterlagsplatte verschweißt wird, worauf die Flügelschiene in Anlage an die Anschlagleiste gebracht und festgelegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Festlegung der Flügelschienen unter Verwendung von Klemmelementen erfolgt, welche mit formschlüssig in die Anschlagleisten eingreifenden Schrauben befestigt werden.
