Abstract

Mit einem senkrechten Mast 2, an dem an Schwenkachsen in einem Schiebestern 6 Wäscheleinen 4 tragende Arme 3 gelagert sind, wobei die Arme 3 im Bereich des Schiebesterns 6 weiter vom Mast 2 beabstandet sind, als im Bereich des Mastendes 11 und somit einen spitzen Winkel 14 zum Mast 2 bilden.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Wäscheschirm gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1.
Ein Wäscheschirm der gattungsgemässen Art ist z.B. aus der EP 0 219 571 B1 bekannt. Ein derartiger Wäscheschirm kann von einer Gebrauchstellung, in welcher Wäscheleinen zwischen im Beispielsfall vier abstehenden Armen gespannt und somit zur Aufnahme der Wäsche bereit ist, in eine zusammengeklappte Ruhestellung gebracht werden, in der die sich zwischen den Armen erstreckenden Wäscheleinenabschnitte lose herunterhängen. Diese herunterhängenden Wäscheleinenabschnitte werden dabei durch an den Armen angeordneten Klappen abgedeckt. Nachteilig an einem derartigen Wäscheschirm ist, dass beim Zusammenklappen der Arme in die Ruhestellung die Wäscheleinen unkontrolliert herunterhängen und in ihrer Projektion außerhalb der Klappen liegen. Um sie hinter die Abdeckklappen zu bekommen, ist es erforderlich, die einzelnen Wäscheleinenabschnitte mühsam hinter die Abdeckklappen zu drücken. Häufig werden Wäscheleinenabschnitte zwischen den Klappenspalten eingeklemmt.
Weiter ist durch die DE 32 00 013 B1ein Wäscheschirm bekannt, bei dem die Wäscheleinenabschnitte bei zusammengeklapptem Wäscheschirm in die Arme eingezogen werden. Dabei bleibt ein, wenn auch kurzer Wäscheleinenabschnitt ungeschützt zwischen den Armen und es ist eine vergleichsweise aufwendige Bauweise erforderlich.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen Wäscheschirm mit die Wäscheleinen im zusammengeklappten Zustand abdeckenden Klappe zu schaffen, bei dem beim Zusammenfalten die Wäscheleinen zuverlässig hinter den diese abdeckenden Klappen zu liegen kommen. Ein Einklemmen der Wäscheleinenabschnitte zwischen den Klappen muss zuverlässig verhindert werden; dennoch soll die Konstruktion einfach bleiben.
Diese Aufgabe wird mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Durch die christbaumartige Bauweise des Wäscheschirmes wird erreicht, dass die Wäscheleinen bzw. die Wäscheleinenabschnitte deutlich innerhalb des Projektionsbereiches der die Wäscheleinenabschnitte abdeckenden Klappen bleiben und durch diese während des Schließvorganges sicher ohne Einklemmen abgedeckt werden. Bei dieser Anordnung der Klappen liegt deren Schwerpunkt innerhalb der Dreh- bzw. Schwenkachse der Klappen in Blickrichtung zum Mast, so dass diese Klappen sich durch die Schwerkraft schließen. Dies hat den weiteren Vorteil, dass im Bereich der größten Leinenmenge auch der größte Freiraum vorhanden ist.
Ein weiterer Vorteil dieser christbaumartigen Bauweise des Wäscheschirms ist darin zu sehen, dass bei Weglassen der Klappen und der Abdeckung des Wäscheschirmes mit einer Haube, diese durch die kegelartige form sehr viel leichter überzuziehen ist.
Weitere Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen beschrieben.
So kann die Schließbewegung der Klappen zusätzlich zur Schwerkraft über eine Feder oder einen durch die Bewegung der Arme gesteuerten Antrieb erfolgen. Die Klappen können sowohl einteilig, also pro Arm eine Klappe, als auch zweiteilig ausgebildet sein.
Es ist auch möglich, dass an jeweils zwei gegenüberliegenden Armen jeweils beidseitig eine Klappe vorgesehen ist, die dann gegen die bei den klappenfreien Armen zur Anlage kommen.
Zum Schutz gegen unbeabsichtigtes öffnen bei Wind oder beim Transport sind die Klappen zweckmäßigerweise mit einer Rasteinrichtung versehen. Dabei bietet sich als besonders elegante Lösung eine Verriegelung über Magnetleisten an.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird anhand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert.

Der Wäscheschirm 1 besitzt vier in gleichmäßigem Abstand voneinander um einen vertikal stehenden Mast 2 angeordnete Arme 3, die gemeinsam als Träger für eine Wäscheleine 4 dienen, deren Wäscheleinenabschnitte 5 sich von Arm 3 zu Arm 3 erstrecken, wenn dieser in seiner auseinandergespreizten Stellung (Gebrauchstellung des Wäscheschirms) ist, wie er in Figur 2 linke Seite dargestellt ist. Die Verbindung der Arme 3 mit dem Mast 2 erfolgt über einen Schiebestem 6, der entlang des Mastes 2 verschiebbar angeordnet ist. Der Schiebestern 6 besitzt radial abstehende Stege 7, an welchen jeweils das untere Ende des Arms 3 über Schwenkachsen 8 schwenkbar befestigt ist. Zusätzlich ist an einem Arm 3 ein Spreizarm 9 vorgesehen, die einerseits mittels Halteachsen 10 am oberen Ende 11 des Mastes 2 und andererseits mittels Anlenkachsen 12 in den Armen 3 gehalten sind.
Bei Nichtgebrauch des Wäscheschirms 1 sind die Arme 3 gegen den Mast geschwenkt und folglich auch die Spreizarme 9; der Schiebestem 6 befindet sich in seiner untersten Position und die zuvor gespannten Wäscheleinenabschnitte 5 hängen lose zwischen den Armen durch, wie in Figur 2 rechte Ansicht dargestellt. Durch die Schrägstellung der Arme 3 hängen die Wäscheleinenabschnitte 5 aber immer innerhalb dieser Arme 3, d.h. immer in dem Zwischenraum, der durch den Mast 2 und der gedachten Verbindungsfläche zweier Arme 3 liegt.
Um ein Verschmutzen der lose herunterhängenden Wäscheleinenabschnitte im Ruhezustand zu verhindem, sind zwischen den Armen 3 Klappen 13 dreh- bzw. schwenkbar angeordnet. Die Klappen 13 können einstückig, also von Arm 3 zu Arm 3 laufen, sie können aber auch mittig geteilt sein (Figur 5).
Die Schrägstellung der Klappen 13 kann einmal durch Schrägstellung der Arme 3, wodurch ein spitzer Winkel 14 zwischen Arm 3 und Mast 2 entsteht, erreicht werden. Es ist aber auch möglich, dies dadurch zu erreichen, dass wie in Figur 6 dargestellt, die Drehachse der Klappe 13 von der Innenkante 15 zur Außenkante 16 der Arme 3 verläuft, wobei die Arme 3 im beigeklappten Zustand senkrecht stehen können. Diese beiden Möglichkeiten können natürlich noch zusätzlich überlagert werden.
Zur Arretierung der Klappen 13 gegeneinander bzw. am benachbarten Arm, sind Magnetleisten 17 vorgesehen.
Je größer nun die Beabstandung 18 vom Mast zur Außenkante 16 des Armes 3 ist, um so stärker ist die Schrägstellung und um so größer ist auch das Schließmoment der Klappen 13.

Claims (8)

  1. Wäscheschirm (1) mit einem senkrechten Mast (2), an dem an Schwenkachsen (8) in einem Schiebestem (6) Wäscheleinen (4) tragende Arme (3) gelagert sind, wobei im beigeklappten Zustand der Arme (3) die Zwischenräume zwischen den Armen (3) mittels an den Armen (3) angeordneten Klappen (13) abdeckbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arme (3) und/oder die Drehachsen der Klappen (13) im Bereich des Schiebestemes (6) weiter vom Mast (2) beabstandet sind als im Bereich des Mastendes (11) und somit einen spitzen Winkel (14) zum Mast (2) bilden.
  2. Wäscheschirm nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beabstandung im Bereich des Schiebestems (6) zumindest eine Armtiefe beträgt.
  3. Wäscheschirm nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an jedem zweiten Arm jeweils eine den Zwischenraum zum nächsten Arm abdeckende Klappe (13) angeordnet ist.
  4. Wäscheschirm nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappen (13) über Filmschamiere an den Armen (3) angeordnet sind.
  5. Wäscheschirm nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Einrichtung zur Steuerung der Klappen (13) über die Bewegung der Arme (3) vorgesehen ist.
  6. Wäscheschirm nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappen (13) gegeneinander bzw. gegen die Arme (3) mit einer Zuhalteeinrichtung (17) versehen sind.
  7. Wäscheschirm nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuhalteeinrichtung als Magnetverschluss (17) ausgebildet ist.
  8. Wäscheschirm nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuhalteeinrichtung als Rastverschluss ausgebildet ist.
