Claims (4)
- Procédé pour commander le programme de lavage d'une machine à laver avec une cuve en plastique réalisée par moulage par injection, avec un tambour monté tournant dedans qui est entraîné par un moteur à différentes vitesses de lavage et d'essorage, et avec un dispositif de commande pour définir les vitesses de rotation du moteur et d'autres paramètres de programme,
caractérisé par le fait
que le dispositif de commande détermine pour des emplacements de la cuve fortement sollicités mécaniquement une valeur de charge de température par mesure directe de la température au moyen de capteurs disposés sur ou dans la paroi de la cuve et, en cas de dépassement d'une valeur limite définie, exécute au moins une mesure de réduction de la charge telle qu'une réduction de la vitesse d'essorage, un raccourcissement de la durée du programme, un refroidissement par amenée d'eau froide, une limitation de la température de la lessive ou un abaissement des seuils de balourd ou une redistribution du linge dans le sous-programme d'essorage. - Procédé pour commander le programme de lavage d'une machine à laver selon la revendication 1, avec au moins un autre capteur de température pour surveiller le liquide se trouvant dans la cuve (capteur de température de lessive) disposé dans la cuve,

caractérisé par le fait
qu'au moins un capteur est disposé à un emplacement de la cuve fortement sollicité mécaniquement pour surveiller sa température, au moyen duquel /desquels le dispositif de commande détermine une valeur de charge de température pour les emplacements fortement sollicités mécaniquement et, en cas de dépassement d'une valeur limite définie, exécute une mesure de réduction de la charge. - Procédé pour commander le programme de lavage d'une machine à laver avec une cuve en plastique réalisée par moulage par injection, avec un tambour monté tournant dedans qui est entraîné par un moteur à différentes vitesses de lavage et d'essorage, et avec un dispositif de commande pour définir les vitesses de rotation du moteur et d'autres paramètres de programme,
caractérisé par le fait
que le dispositif de commande détermine pour des emplacements de la cuve fortement sollicités mécaniquement une valeur de charge de température par calcul à partir des données du processus de lavage, de la température ambiante, des données du matériau et de la géométrie des composants avec des capteurs présent dans le lave-linge et, en cas de dépassement d'une valeur limite définie, exécute au moins une mesure de réduction de la charge telle qu'une réduction de la vitesse d'essorage, un raccourcissement de la durée du programme, un refroidissement par amenée d'eau froide, une limitation de la température de la lessive ou un abaissement des seuils de balourd ou une redistribution du linge dans le sous-programme d'essorage.
