Claims (10)
- Steuerwalze zum Einbau in ein elektromechanisches Schaltgerät, wobei die Steuerwalze (18) geformte Nockenkonturen (23) an ihrem Außenumfang aufweist um Schalteinrichtungen des Schaltgeräts zu betätigen, wobei die Steuerwalze aus mindestens zwei verschiedenen Kunststoffen besteht, wobei ein Kunststoffteil einen Kern (11) bildet und aus einem wärme- und formstabilen ersten Kunststoff besteht, und wobei ein Walzenkörper (20) mit den Nockenkonturen (23) aus einem zweiten Kunststoff an den Kern angespritzt ist und diesen zumindest teilweise umgibt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Kunststoff Stabilisierungszusätze aufweist, wobei der zweite Kunststoff des Walzenkörpers (20) gute Gleiteigenschaften aufweist.
- Steuerwalze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Kunststoff ein faserverstärkter Kunststoff ist, insbesondere GFK.
- Steuerwalze nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kern (11) dünnwandig und zumindest teilweise hohl ausgebildet ist zur Aufnahme einer Betätigungswelle (26) für die Steuerwalze (18), wobei er vorzugsweise eine Mittelbohrung (12) aufweist, die insbesondere abgeflacht ist.
- Steuerwalze nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittelbohrung (12) des Kerns (11) Haltemöglichkeiten aufweist zur Sicherung einer Betätigungswelle (26) für die Steuerwalze (18), wobei vorzugsweise die Haltemöglichkeiten als Rastelemente (15) ausgebildet sind.
- Steuerwalze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kern (11) an seiner Außenseite Ausnehmungen (13, 14) und/oder Vorsprünge (16) aufweist zur Verbindung mit dem umspritzten Walzenkörper (20).
- Steuerwalze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Kern (11) Metallteile eingearbeitet sind, vorzugsweise als Einlegeteile.
- Steuerwalze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Walzenkörper (20) den Kern (11) zumindest in einem Bereich völlig umgibt, vorzugsweise den gesamten Kern ummantelt.
- Steuerwalze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Kunststoff aus einem verfahrenstechnisch einfach und wirtschaftlich vorteilhaft einsetzbaren Kunststoff besteht.
- Steuerwalze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nockenkonturen (23) der Steuerwalze (18) bereichsweise in ähnliche bzw. einander entsprechende Nockenkonturen aufgeteilt sind.
- Elektromechanisches Schaltgerät, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es eine Steuerwalze (18) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche aufweist.
