  2. Domestic electric oven according to Claim 1, characterised in that said closing-off partition (30) is formed from a shoulder of the lower metal sheet (25).
  3. Domestic electric oven according to either of Claims 1 or 2, the oven body (20) comprising a back metal sheet (20a) defining, with the back of the cooking chamber (11), part (21a) of said air circulation space (21), characterised in that the closing-off partition (30) is adapted to close off the air circulation passage (26) upstream of the back metal sheet (20a).
  4. Domestic electric oven according to Claim 3, characterised in that the closing-off partition (30) is adapted to close off the air circulation passage (26) substantially in line with the back of the cooking chamber (11).
  5. Domestic electric oven according to either of Claims 3 or 4, characterised in that the closing-off partition (30) and the back metal sheet (20a) are substantially parallel.
  6. Domestic electric oven according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the closing-off partition (30) comprises a series of openings (31) distributed in the cross-section of said air circulation passage (26).
  7. Domestic electric oven according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the lower metal sheet (25) comprises a central portion (27) with an inverted U-shaped cross-section adapted to define the air circulation passage (26) with a lower surface (6a) of the fitting recess (5), and two folded-up end wings (28) disposed either side of the central portion (27) and defining, with the central portion (27), respectively two U-shaped channels (29).
