Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a domestic electric oven recessed in a niche.
  • the present invention is particularly aimed at electric ovens pyrolytic preparations for which it is necessary, in order to guarantee the proper operation of the oven, to ensure sufficient cooling of the oven and its environment.
  • GB 2 349 457 A shows an oven of this type.
  • a system For cooling purposes, a system is generally used forced convection that protects both the oven and the environment of the product, and in particular the installation furniture.
  • a known domestic electric oven comprises a cooking chamber 1 housed in an oven body 2 which defines around the cooking chamber an air circulation space 3.
  • the mixing of the air in this space 3 can be achieved by a fan, such as a tangential motor 4.
  • Such an oven is embedded in a niche 5 defined by a piece of furniture recessing 6.
  • the oven body 2 comprises a bottom plate 2a which is adapted to define with a lower plane 6a of the recess niche, an air circulation corridor 7 under the cooking chamber 1.
  • This air circulation corridor 7 makes it possible to draw the air from the front of the oven towards the bottom of it.
  • This lower plate 2a of the bodywork abuts against a bottom plate 2b of this body defining the air circulation space 3 at the back of the cooking chamber 1.
  • Openings 8 are provided at the rear end of the sheet lower 2a so that the air from the airflow corridor 7 can be introduced into the air circulation space 3.
  • Orifices 9 are also provided in the bottom plate 2b of the bodywork so that air can enter the circulation space 3 at the back of the oven.
  • the integrated forced convection system is designed to a type of predefined embedding configuration.
  • the recess niche 5 can be made, as here, by a piece of furniture 6 said "closed", in which the bottom of the niche 5 is closed.
  • the air inlet of the convection system forcing is preferably carried out by the front of the installation unit 6, in the air circulation corridor 7.
  • the embedding can be realized in a formed niche a piece of furniture called "open", in which the bottom of the niche is not closed.
  • the air intake in the forced convection system is preferably at the back of the oven, to the detriment of the fresh air available in front of the oven.
  • the present cooling systems thus present the disadvantage of depending on the type of embedding, and generating constraints when mounting the electric oven in the niche Recessed.
  • the present invention aims to solve the disadvantages above mentioned and to propose a domestic electric oven whose geometry bodywork makes it possible to ensure the circulation of air around the enclosure of cooking regardless of the type of installation chosen.
  • the present invention aims for this purpose a domestic electric oven built-in niche comprising a cooking chamber housed in an oven body defining with the cooking chamber a space of air circulation, the body comprising a bottom plate adapted to define with a lower plane of the niche a corridor of air circulation under the enclosure Cooking.
  • the lower plate comprises a closure wall between the air circulation corridor and the air circulation space, the wall shutter comprising at least one opening of axis parallel to the direction of air circulation in the traffic corridor.
  • the air suction corridor formed under the cooking chamber opens into the air circulation space around the cooking chamber and ensures a preferential air intake from the front of the oven, thanks to a or several openings in the extension of the direction of the air flow coming from the front of the oven.
  • the niche is closed or not at the back of the oven body, the air draft in the space of Air circulation occurs preferentially from the front of the oven.
  • the closure wall is formed of a shoulder of the lower plate.
  • the bodywork furnace comprising a bottom plate defining with the bottom of the enclosure of cooking part of the air circulation space, the shutter wall is adapted to close the air flow corridor upstream of the bottom plate of the body.
  • the air sucked into the circulation corridor is thus introduced into the air circulation space upstream of the bottom plate.
  • the wall shutter is adapted to close the air circulation corridor substantially at right from the bottom of the cooking chamber.
  • the air sucked from the front of the oven is thus introduced into the space of air circulation directly behind the cooking chamber.
  • the cooking oven conforms to the invention is here a domestic electric oven intended to be embedded in a recess niche 5 formed of a piece of furniture parallelepipedic 6.
  • This oven has a cooking chamber 11 of shape parallelepipedic defined by partitions 12.
  • Heaters 13 such as electrical resistors, are arranged in the cooking chamber, generally in apparent manner at the top of this chamber, and at the bottom of this chamber, hidden by the floor 14 from the oven.
  • This cooking chamber 11 is closed in a conventional manner on the front of the oven by a door 15 disposed under a control panel 16.
  • a fan 17 may be further provided inside the enclosure 11 to pulse the cooking air and homogenize the temperature to inside the cooking chamber 11.
  • Cooking fumes can escape through an orifice 18 located in the upper part of the cooking chamber.
  • This cooking chamber 11 is housed in the oven body 20 so that an air circulation space 21 is provided between this oven body 20 and the cooking chamber 11.
  • the outer walls of the cooking chamber 11 are covered with a thermal insulator 22, formed for example of a layer of glass wool.
  • a tangential fan 23 is placed in this space near an opening 24 of the cooking chamber 11.
  • This opening 24 makes it possible to ensure communication between the cooking chamber 11 and the air circulation space 21.
  • the tangential fan 12 forces the circulation of air in the enclosure 11 and the circulation space 21, in particular during the pyrolytic treatment of the walls of the cooking chamber 11.
  • the tangential fan 12 thus ensures the circulation of the air in the air circulation space 21 around the cooking chamber 11 so to cool this cooking chamber, the body of the oven 20 and the environment of this oven.
  • This air circulation space 21 comprises a first portion 21a defined between the bottom of the cooking chamber 11 and a bottom plate 20a of the oven body 20.
  • a second portion 21b of this air circulation space is located in the upper part of the oven, between the upper wall of the enclosure of cooking 11 and the upper plate 20b of the oven body 20.
  • air circulation spaces are also arranged along the lateral faces of the cooking chamber 11.
  • the oven body 20 also includes a bottom plate 25 which is adapted to define with a lower plane 6a of the recess niche 5, a corridor 26 of air circulation under the cooking chamber 11.
  • this lower plane 6a is defined by the lower wall of the cabinet recessing 6.
  • plan bottom of the recess can correspond directly to the floor.
  • Bottom plate 25 is shown separately in FIG. 2B.
  • This bottom plate 25 has a central portion 27 whose cross section is inverted U-shaped.
  • the air circulation corridor 26 is thus defined between this portion central 27 and the lower plane 6a of the recess.
  • This air circulation corridor 26 is made in the depth of the oven, from the front to the bottom of the baking oven.
  • the bottom plate 25 further comprises two end flanges folded 28 disposed on either side of the central portion 27.
  • These folded end wings 28 define with the central portion 27 two channels 29 U-shaped.
  • These folded wings 28 and the channels 29 are respectively located each side of the baking oven.
  • Air is also introduced from the front of the oven at these two channels 29.
  • the bottom plate 25 comprises a wall shutter 30 for closing the air flow passage 26.
  • this shutter wall 30 is disposed between the air circulation corridor 26 and the air circulation space 21.
  • This closure wall 30 comprises at least one opening 31 of axis parallel to the direction F of air circulation in the corridor 26.
  • this closure wall 30 comprises a series of openings 31 distributed in the U-shaped cross section of the corridor air circulation 26.
  • the openings 31 are regularly distributed in the wall shutter 30 according to the width of the baking oven.
  • openings 31 opening out along the axis of air circulation in the circulation corridor 26 promote the drawing of air from the facade from the oven to the bottom of the oven.
  • This closure wall 30 is formed for example of a shoulder of the lower plate 25.
  • the lower plate 25 is folded a first time to form the shutter wall 30, over a distance corresponding to the height of the corridor of circulation 26, then folded a second time to form a free wing 32 extending from the closure wall 30 to the bottom plate 20a of the bodywork 20.
  • This free wing 32 rests directly on the lower plane 6a of the recess niche.
  • shut-off wall 30 is adapted to close the air circulation corridor 26 substantially to the right of the bottom of the cooking chamber 11.
  • the air circulating in the corridor 26 thus opens into the space of air circulation 21, directly to the rear of the cooking chamber 11.
  • this closure wall 30 is adapted to close the corridor air circulation 26 upstream of the bottom plate 20a of the bodywork 20.
  • the closure wall 30 is also substantially parallel to sheet metal bottom 20a of the body 20 of the furnace.
  • the introduction of air into the forced convection system is realized preferably through the orifices 31, opening into the first portion 21a of the air circulation space 21.
  • the air sucked by the tangential fan 23 comes most of the air from the traffic corridor 26, and this as the rear wall 6b of the recess recess is present or not.
  • the air sucked into the front of the oven in the corridor of circulation 26 can represent 75% of the air intake in the space of air circulation 21.
  • the aeration conditions for cooling the oven are thus not not modified by the type of embedding and may be predetermined by the manufacturer.
