Abstract
Description
Rückflussverhinderern und gleichzeitig geschlossener Wasserentnahme innerhalb der Armatur ein durch die Rückflussverhinderer und das geschlossene Mengenregulierventil abgeschlossenes Wasservolumen ergibt, aufgrund dessen sich bei einer Erwärmung und Ausdehnung, beispielsweise durch Restwärme im Armaturengehäuse, wegen der Inkompressibilität des Wassers erhebliche Drücke einstellen. So sind bei derartigen Konstruktionen Druckspitzen im Bereich von bis zu 70 bar gemessen worden, die zu einem Bersten der Leitungen oder zu einer Zerstörung der Armatur führen können.
Wasserleitungselement dadurch ausgezeichnet, dass der Rückflussverhinderer längs der Wasserströmungsrichtung verschieblich in dem Element einliegt.

Claims (13)
- Wasserleitungselement mit einem Rückflußverhinderer dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rückflußverhinderer (2) in (8) und entgegen (11) der Wasserströmungsrichtung (8) verschieblich im Wasserleitungselement (1) angeordnet ist.
- Wasserleitungselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rückflußverhinderer (2) wenigstens bei Beaufschlagung durch Wasser in Strömungsrichtung (8) an der Innenseite (15) des Wasserleitungselements (1) dichtend anliegt, um ein Umströmen des Rückflußverhinderers (2) zu vermeiden.
- Wasserleitungselement nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei geschlossenem Rückflußverhinderer (2) dieser entgegen (11) der Wasserströmungsrichtung (8) gegen eine Kraft verschieblich ist.
- Wasserleitungselement nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kraft von einem im Wasserleitungselement (1) angeordneten Federelement (3) erzeugt wird, an dem der Rückflußverhinderer (2) anliegt.
- Wasserleitungselement nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rückflußverhinderer (2) durch das Federelement (3) an einen Anschlag (5) im Wasserleitungselement (1) pressbar ist.
- Wasserleitungselement nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rückflußverhinderer (2) bei einer Verschiebung entgegen (11) der Wasserströmungsrichtung (8), insbesondere in geschlossener Stellung entgegen der Federkraft, einen Fluß des Wassers entgegen (11) der Strömungsrichtung (8) ermöglicht.
- Wasserleitungselement nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rückflußverhinderer (2) bei einer Verschiebung entgegen (11) der Wasserströmungsrichtung (8) einen Bypass freigibt.
- Wasserleitungselement nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Wasser nach einer Verschiebung des Rückflußverhinderers (2) entgegen (11) der Strömungsrichtung (8) den Rückflußverhinderer (2) umströmt.
- Wasserleitungselement nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt der Innenwand (15) des Wasserleitungselementes (1), in dem der Rückflußverhinderer (2) verschieblich ist, in Strömungsrichtung (8) zumindest in einem Teilbereich (13) sich verjüngt.
- Wasserleitungselement nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der sich verjüngende Teilbereich (13) des Wasserleitungselementes (1) einen Ventilsitz (13) bildet, an den der Rückflußverhinderer (2) mit einem hieran angepaßten Dichtbereich, insbesondere durch die Federkraft, dichtend anlegbar ist.
- Wasserleitungselement nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Dichtbereich ein Dichtelement (9), insbesondere ein O-Ring (9) am Rückflußverhinderer (2) angeordnet ist.
- Wasserleitungselement nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es an seinen Enden Verbindungsbereiche, insbesondere Innen- (7a) und/oder Außengewinde (7b) aufweist, um mit einer Leitung verbindbar zu sein.
- Sanitäre Armatur, mit wenigstens einer Wasserzufuhrleitung dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in/an einer Wasserzufuhrleitung ein Wasserleitungselement (1) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche angeordnet ist.
