Claims (5)
- Verfahren zum Anfahren einer Offsetrotationsdruckmaschine mit Druckwerken mit Feuchtwerk und Farbwerk mit Dosiervorrichtung zum zonenweisen Einstellen eines Farbprofils, wobei zunächst an der Dosiervorrichtung ein zum Farbprofil für Fortdruck inverses Farbprofil eingestellt und bei einer ersten Drehzahl (n1) bei von der Druckform abgestellten Auftragwalzen eine definierte Farbmenge dem gereinigten Farbwerk zugeführt wird, sodann die Offsetdruckmaschine auf eine dritte Geschwindigkeit (n3) beschleunigt wird, dabei an der Dosiervorrichtung das Farbprofil für den Fortdruck eingestellt wird, die Gummitücher vorgefeuchtet werden und beim Erreichen der dritten Drehzahl (n3) die Sequenz für Druck an ausgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das inverse Farbprofil zu etwa der Differenz zwischen 100 % Durchlass und Solldurchlass der Zonen der Dosiervorrichtung für Fortdruck bemessen ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Beschleunigen auf die dritte Geschwindigkeit (n3) auf einer zweiten Geschwindigkeit (n2) bis zur Freischaltung eines Trockners verharrt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sequenz für Druck an beinhalteta) Antreiben des Feuchtwerksb) Antreiben des Farbduktorsc) Anstellen der Feuchtauftragwalzed) Anstellen der Dosiervorrichtung an das Farbwerke) Anstellen der Farbauftragwalzenf) Anstellen des Druckes
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckmaschine nach Beendigung der Makulaturaussonderung langsam auf eine vierte Drehzahl (n4) für den Fortdruck hochgefahren wird.
